• Peter (3/5): Overpriced and not customer oriented - Locatie was goed, maar moeilijk te vinden Eigenaar reageerde niet op mails of telefoontjes en liet me in de regen staan. Geen warm water in de douche.

• Keiran (3/5): See above - Location was convenient Cold - heating was not on when we arrived and December in Italy!!!! The owner did send a video of how to turn on the hot water / heating but it should have been on well before we arrived. Additionally, the shower was not connected well and did not function properly plus the bathroom fan did not work filling the entire apartment with steam. What a comedy of errors! Lastly, the so called beds in the living room were hard; cold and from several decades ago! I dislike giving reviews like this but let the truth be told! If you are going to take people’s money then provide the service. NO, I would not stay here again in case you are still in doubt.

Un posto romantico, l'arredamento, il camino, la disponibilità della Host nell'accontentare le richieste...ho chiesto di poter accendere il camino e mi ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per poterlo fare. Posizione molto comoda anche per visitare i paesi vicini. Lo consiglio vivamente. Sinceramente mi è piaciuto tutto

• JAMES (1/5): Nice place, but dealing with the late upcharge was the worst experience of my stay in Italy - Good location. Property owner notified me 6 days before our arrival that the advertised rate which we had agreed to was incorrect. To stay at the location I was told would cost an extra 30 Euro that I was instructed to leave in the property in cash on departure. As I was walking in rural Italy and the town's accomodations were sold out for a weekend conference, I had no choice but to accept the additional charge and pay it. Since then, the property has not given me a requested receipt for the additional charge. I am contesting this outrageous late charge with Booking.com and, if necessary, with my credit card company.

• Sara (8/5): Siamo stati felici e soddisfatti per aver soggiornato in questa location, che ci ha permesso di usufruire di un ambiente - Contesto famigliare e accogliente, molto vicino al centro paese e ai servizi più importanti (negozi, supermarket e parcheggi ampi e gratuiti). Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione, ben tenuto e attrezzato. La zona è generalmente tranquilla. Sembra davvero di essere in una seconda casa! Vuole essere un semplice consiglio per migliorare ancora di più il servizio e l’accoglienza! Si potrebbe sostituire il divano/letto posto tra la zona giorno e la zona notte con un vero divano letto a due posti.
