• Natasha (10/5): Beautiful place overlooking the old town with a hot tub! - Proximity to old town, hot tub, parking spot, view, kind host, snacks, coffee/tea and washing machine, very clear directions Bright lighting, needs some softer lights

• Drilon (9/5): Very good! - The property had everything needed, from kitchen tools to towels. It was a very enjoyable stay. The location, if you go by car, getting out of the property has 3 uphill roads. I had a caravan car, which is huge and it made it more difficult. And, it had too many stairs to go in the city and get back. That was the only downside to it.

• Lidia (7/5): Polecam Dubrownik poza sezonem :) - Apartament jest duży, ma przypisane miejsce parkingowe, piękny widok na Old Town, jakuzzi, dużą przestrzeń wspólną z ogromnym telewizorem, zadaszony taras ze stolikiem i krzesłami. Wyposażenie kuchni jest wystarczające do przygotowania śniadań i kolacji. Jeśli nie przemieszczasz się autem tylko pieszo musisz pokonać wiele schodów, w łazienkach brak wentylacji (jedna ma okno). Klimatyzator jest tylko w salonie.

• Tomasz (6/5): Obiekt fajny, szkoda że zaniedbany - Dobra lokalizacja 5 min po schodach do starego miasta.Fajne przestronne Jacuzzi wystarczające na 4 osoby chociaż fajnie gdyby gospodarz wcześniej włączył podgrzewanie wody. W apartamencie było brudno,ręczniki dawno powinne być wymienione, cześć mebli i sprzętu już zniszczone. Szkoda bo obiekt ma duży potencjał spokojne mogła być ocena 9-10 gdyby ktoś zadbał o czystość i detale takie jak kawa,herbata środki czystosci nie tylko resztki pozostawione przez poprzednich gości.

• Dominique (8/5): - L'appartement est vraiment tel que décrit, il est grand et très propre. Tout le nécessaire est la. Les 2 seuls points que j'ai trouver ordinaire est la communication avec le propriétaire qui était presque inexistante. Il a fallut que je le texte pour s'avoir ou était les clés. Aussi, ce qui n'est pas mentionné lors de la réservation est qu'il faut monter 277 marches pour se rendre a l'appartement. Certes la vue est magnifique mais c'est un pense-y bien avant de réserver.
• Rosie (5/5): Dubrovnik is lovely, well worth visiting; the apartment is very tired and needs some tlc. - Dubrovnik is such a lovely place. Had the hot tub which was great, but again needs tlc. Finding the key was easy :) The apartment is a little tired, the beds were uncomfortable and one of them broke (and the owner said he'd come and fix but that did not happen, so we fixed it ourselves). One of the kitchen cupboard doors was loose, we fixed it, the kitchen equipment does not really support or enable breakfast/dinners in the apartment.... the showers did not stay up; the sofa was very uncomfortable... could go on but will not. Its location as the crow flies was very close to the old town, however you need to go down 204 steps just to get to the 2nd level, not even the level closest to the old town and the apartment is difficult to get too.... if we'd have had a little more insight we'd have likely not booked as we'd people in the party who struggled to walk down the stairs, let alone up them.

• SHARMA (8/5): In my opinion, it was not worth the money, not recommended for old people who are driving their car because you will not - Property was nice and clean, but good view with a working jacuzzi tank, but we should be ready for going up and down more than 200 steps every day and the steps are quite high and irregular like an old cities Property was very nice with good location, but taking your car to its parking was a Herculean task. You have to drive the car up and down in reverse gear down the hill on a very narrow road. Only a professional driver of Croatian can do that and going down to the Stradum the main street of old town was at least 300 steps going down and coming up, not recommended for old people at all, but good property for very young persons
• Dennis_91 (9/5): Overall great stay.. with a few hick ups - Simply a great stay. Location, comfort, price-quality. Matrass in main bedroom should be replaced, it's sagging which isn't comfortabel. The old city view from the jacuzzi has diminished due to a bush growing in the neighbours garden which blocks the view of the old city, still breathtaking though. The parking spot is quite the challange to get to, expect backwarts and forward zigzagging down the hill and visa versa to get back up the road.

• Mara (9/5): Fabuloso! Volveremos sin duda. - Las espectaculares vistas, el apartamento espacioso, el Jacuzzi, el trato amable y generoso recibido. A pesar de estar ubicado en una zona algo difícil, las explicaciones para llegar al apartamento fueron claras y de agradecer. Comunicación desde cualquier punto con Uber para llegar y andar un trayecto corto y escaleras cómodas para bajar al Down Town.
• Helen (9/5): Exceptional stay - Beautiful apartment, in a central location. Modern, clean interior with everything you need for your stay. Bonus of having the hot tub with stunning views. Great communication from the host, Nik. Would highly recommend a stay. Everything was great. We knew about the steps beforehand, but it is important to note that you do need a reasonable level of fitness to stay at the apartment! Worth every step.

• Heather (9/5): Fabulous stay in a such wonderful city. Would highly recommend. - Great location with stunning views over Dubrovnik. The apartment was clean and well equipped and worked perfectly for 2 couples particularly with having 2 bathrooms. The hot tub was a real bonus which really added to our holiday. Nothing really, it would have been nice if both bedrooms were en-suite but it didn’t pose a big problem. The drive down to the apartment parking space was only for the experienced driver and not to be tackled in a big car certainly!

• Venetia (7/5): Good - Nice location, very spacious. The parking space is very difficult to get to, and even harder to leave. Think there should be some more warning about this, reversing our car up narrow steep hills was challenging to say the least. The hot tub seemed like it needed a good clean, maybe we just got there at a bad time for that! Beds were not the comfiest… however other than that the apartment was lovely!
• Eleanor (10/5): Amazing! Highly recommend - The apartment was lovely and clean and super comfy- they have thought of everything. There are a lot of steps to get up and down to the town but you get an amazing view and it’s nothing a bolt/uber can’t sort and walk down! It was a great stay- check out is a little early but wasn’t a problem and the host let us in earlier than expected so that was great- didn’t meet them but the were super helpful and accessible and quick to respond. Thank you so much an incredible stay
• Jennifer (9/5): Great location to Old Town - The location is perfectly near Old town. We loved the jacuzzi with a perfect view to Old town. We get to drive to nearby beaches and at the end of the day we always have this option of having a nice walk to Old town.. just be mindful that there are stairway and we loved it as a form of exercise on holiday 😅 Just a little bit off about the parking situation especially if you are a novice driver. Literally need to reverse on tight road. We went on rental car thus we were extra careful and thankfully we rented a small car.

Access to the parking spot was ridiculous and involved reversing down a very narrow road.Television controls only offered volume as muted or maximum.

• Karen (10/5): A gem of a find!!! We loved the place. - The location was high on the mountain overlooking the city walls. A breath taking view! There is a nice terrace with a hot tub. The apartment is spacious and even includes a washing machine. A parking space was included which was good as we were traveling from one city to another. Once we arrived we walked everywhere as everything is so close.
• Angela (6/5): Disappointing. - The view is really good. The host kindly let us store bags for a couple hours after check out. This was nice because the apartment is on a very big hill (+250 stairs). Apartment access instructions are very thorough and helpful. Maybe this was a result of coming late in the tourism season, but the apartment is generally run down. Missing kitchen cabinet door, dirty walls, peeling vinyl on the couch corner. We arrived to find no bedding on the second bed, as well as no available proper bedding, though we asked several times and were told it was there. It wasn't. A promise to bring some wasn't fulfilled. There were no pods for the special coffee machine, which only takes special pods, though we were told there were plenty in a closet. There were not, and a promise to bring some went unfulfilled. The towels are kind of dingy and crunchy. I was so hopeful about this place from the reviews, and it was a frustration and disappointment.
• Jacob (10/5): Incredible Views, Comfy, Luxurious Apartment - Property was great, spacious rooms with 2 bathrooms and a nice living room. Incredible views of the old city from the windows. The hot tub was a nice touch as well. Huge TV was easy to hook up to and made it feel like home. Washing Machine was great too - we needed it after a week of not having one in other hotels. Only 1 AC in the living room. We had to sleep with the doors open. Be aware of the tight driveway and tight parking space. Parking in Dubrovnik is tough so im grateful for a space but getting into the space was a challenge.
• Raja (10/5): Fabulous stay with lots of beautiful memories. - The apartment was very modern and clean, and the location was fantastic. It really felt like home. The jacuzzi was amazing, and the view was beautiful. We were a group of six, and we had an incredible time. Everything about the apartment was perfect, but the only downside was the stairs to reach it. However, this is typical in Dubrovnik, so I would advise traveling with light luggage.

If you bring a car, you need to be a confident driver as to get to the car park you need to go drive in reverse a few places along a very narrow incline and Decline

Also the television is gigantic with Netflix and fully equipped kitchen. We surely will come back there when traveling to Dubrovnik again! A lot of stairs to get to the apartment, but it’s worth the view.
• Stephanie (10/5): Perfection! - I liked so many things! Start with Nik the host. He had cold beverages waiting for us in the fridge. Place was sparkling clean and check in super simple. After travelling for many hours the first thing our husbands did was shower then jump into the beautiful hot tub spa to relax. The location was perfect, minutes from old town center, entrance gates to city and cable car to scenic view/restaurant. You are literally minutes from convenience stores, pizzaria, bakery and restaurants. But mind the stairs. We counted around 200. They are not a terrible problem if you are fit, or even moderately fit with light luggage. If not, you will have to take these steps slowly, carefully, and probably not more than 1 up and down series a day. The view from the apartment is stunning, especially when viewed in the evening while relaxing in the spa. Truly magical. Other things to know - *The apartment has a HUGE, BIG SCREEN tv. I'm going to guess between 70 and 80 inch tv. We streamed NFL gaves via our laptops and had a grand time. *Internet works great! * apartment has nice seating area on patio with privacy screen. * There is a great little pizzaria/restaurant between where you catch the cable car and next steps level down to get to old town. if facing cable car, continue past and take stairs down just past cable car. * If you go down the steps from apartment and turn left, about 5 minutes walk there are more shops and restaurants. There's also a food market. You can also continue that was to enter old town through the harbor entrance. Giving highest review I can for this apartment. We loved it and will be back. Can't think of a single thing we didn't like.

A well furnished and modern/ spacious space that had a hot tub with incredible views. This is the only place to stay in Dubrovnik! Not a fault of the property as everywhere in Dubrovnik is the same but the steps up are a trek in the midday heat

Nick was amaizing and super hospitable, gave us great tips for restaurants and places to see, called taxies for us a couple of times, left us enough coffee and some local drinks. On the way from old city to apartment, there is a bit steep stairs, and may not be good for family who carries stroller. However the view from apartment is awesome.
