• Philipp (7/5): Fantastischer Seeblick in ruhigem Bergdorf - Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und tollem Balkon inkl. fantastischem Blick auf den See und die Berge. Große Wohnung mit schönem Wohnzimmer und Hauptschlafzimmer. Relativ neues Bad. Einziges Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist auch zügig mit dem Auto im Tal. Nettes Personal und die Möglichkeit vor Ort in kleiner Sauna zu entspannen dort sich eine Massage zu gönnen. Leider war die Toilette verdreckt und musste erstmal selbst gereinigt werden. Ansonsten keine weiteren Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, für uns zu weich, und sollte getauscht werden. Eine sehr große Küche in der allerdings ein paar Basics fehlen (weitere Schüsseln, Schneidebrett, Kaffee, Salz/Pfeffer, Öl).

• Phlippes (6/5): Trop de stress vu les petites routes - Bien avec une belle vue sur le lac Accès très compliqué pour monter dans le village et impossible de garer mon véhicule vers l'appartement vu que je possède un 4x4

• Arnaud (10/5): - Le cadre était magnifique. Le petit espace SPA est bien avec une très belle vue depuis le Jaccuzi. Le personnel est très accueillant, et ils arrivent a se faire comprendre en s'adaptant aux langues étrangères. La télévision est un peu petite malheureusement.

• Carbon (8/5): Très joli vu mais accès compliqué - La vue est très jolie, l'appartement est au calme dans les hauteurs. L'appartement est bien équipé. Le personnel très souriant. L'endroit est entouré de forêts, de pâtures, c'est très reposant ! La route pour parvenir au lieu est très compliqué (étroite et très pentue) ! Nous avons rayé la voiture de location malgré toutes nos précautions... Si vous avez l'intention de bouger tout les jours, prenez une voiture très étroite !

• Jarosław (9/5): Bardzo fajne miejsce z przepięknym widokiem na miasto i jezioro - Apartament znajduje się dość wysoko ponad miastem, przez co dostarcza niesamowitych widoków, wschodów i zachodów, pod warunkiem, że ma się okna w odpowiednią stronę :) dojazd nie należy do łatwych, Google potrafi zrobić figiel z trasą, zdecydowanie sugeruję auta typu Fiat 500, Punto, Corsa, Yaris, Clio ale nie większe. Szerokości dróg są tu minimalne i trzeba być sprawnym kierowcą, żeby dojechać, zaparkować, wyjechać. Każda z tych operacji to wyzwanie. Piechotą do miasta jest 4,5 km - w dół fajnie, pod górę już gorzej. W obiekcie jest przyjemnie, duże, wygodne łóżko, łazienka OK, kuchnia OK, jest stół, krzesła, koc w szafie, lodówka, osprzęt do samodzielnego gotowania, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, generalnie prawie nie można na nic narzekać. Odbiór kluczy poprzez skrzynkę na szyfr, zatem wejście i wyjście możliwe jest o dowolnej godzinie. Poznaliśmy sympatycznego właściciela i skosztowaliśmy pysznych przetworów z borówki :) atmosfera miejsca jest bardzo przyjazna, sama "wioseczka" wygląda jak w Transylwanii w drodze do zamku Draculi ;) Ma to swój urok. Obiektem zarządza profesjonalna agencja. Cała komunikacja jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie, linki, informacje, wszystko sprawnie, pomocne strony typu "co zobaczyć" bardzo przydatne. Jestem niezwykle pozytywnie zaskoczony. Ma to również swój minus ale o tym niżej. Jeśli poruszacie się tylko piechotą to za daleko do sklepów, miasta i zbyt stromo pod górę, żeby chodzić kilka razy dziennie. Jeśli macie auto lub inny środek transportu to wszędzie jest blisko: do miasta, do marketu, do portu, do kościoła, a nawet na cmentarz ;) Nocą jest bardzo cicho, brak ruchu ulicznego. Miejsce dobre do wypadów w góry na trekkingi. BARDZO polecam kapliczkę San Domenico, aczkolwiek dojazd do niej zwykłym autem wymaga czarnego pasa w karate, jąder ze stali i dobrej pogody. W nagrodę niesamowite widoki. Minusów niewiele, w kuchni zabrakło przede wszystkim zwykłych dużych szklanek na herbatę (ale wszystko inne było), trzeba pamiętać, żeby zabrać ze sobą cukier jeśli ktoś słodzi, bo trzeba będzie na miejscu kupić cały kilogram, a na wyposażeniu nie było (a może był, ale powinienem zapytać?) ale to wszystko drobnostki. Znaczącym problemem może być to, że w opisie obiektu nie ma informacji, że konieczne jest przesłanie skanów dowodu osobistego poprzez specjalną (bardzo fajnie zrobioną) stronę internetową i to nie tylko osoby wynajmującej, ale wszystkich gości. Uważam, że taka informacja nie może pojawiać się po zawarciu umowy najmu bo jest to bardzo istotny warunek. To jest niestety problem całej platformy Booking, a nie tylko tego przypadku. Są ludzie, którzy bardzo niechętnie lub wręcz absolutnie nie godzą się na takie praktyki. Generalnie jest to podyktowane przepisami jednak skany dokumentów to trochę za dużo. Na plus, że zaproponowano mi w zamian okazanie dokumentów do wglądu na miejscu w agencji w godzinach pracy. Żeby uniknąć przykrych i niepotrzebnych sytuacji proponuję, żeby agencja dopisała w opisie obiektu, że jest taki wymóg, a generalnie sugeruję, żeby Booking zajął się tym systemowo ponieważ po wynajęciu nie można już zrezygnować z umowy i nie odzyska się swoich pieniędzy, natomiast wprowadzanie dodatkowych obostrzeń po zawarciu umowy jest niedopuszczalne. Wystarczy tylko odpowiednia informacja i wszystko będzie OK.

• Diederik (7/5): Mooi groot appartement met erg mooi uitzicht en enkele minpuntjes. - Het uitzicht was heel erg mooi! Bank zorgde voor uitslag en bultjes, smalle en steile route van een paar honderd meter naar boven vanaf het meer, sanitair is verouderd.

• Santeri (5/5): Overall OK but didn’t love the room. - The view was great, and it was very quiet and peaceful. It was very hard to get to the property. It’s isolated in the mountains and there are no good roads leading up to it. The parking was super tight. The view would have been nice but there was just one tiny window hence didn’t see much of it - not a lot of natural light in the room.

I highly recommend to book a spa and massage at the property - so relaxing! Diana has magical hands and very kind person. Also consider purchasing local goods with blueberry - taste is delicious! Consider renting a car as it is in a quiet countryside, limited transport options.

He always messaged back quickly whenever we had concerns. The streets are very narrow to pass by car and you have to be careful what route you give the GPS as you might end up in a forest which was a bit scary for us.

• Laureen (9/5): Superb - The view was amazing and the apartment was comfortable, nice, clean and quite spacious. It was well equipped, we had everthing we need and the bathroom was very nice. We absolutely love the wellness offer. The jacuzzi was amazing! There also was an amazing and cheap restaurant near by. We definetely recommend staying here! The drive to the apartment was a bit adventurous. But that was the only small downside to an amazing stay.
