- Milanesio (10/5): Excelente! - La atención de Hernán fue impecable. Tuvimos todo lo necesario: café, azúcar, aceite, desodorante de ambientes, etc. La ducha sale con una potencia que relaja y reconforta. Los colchones nuevos y cómodos. Nada. Todo estuvo genial

Tenía shampoo, crema enjuague, juego de toalla y toallón, jabón, tooodos los electrodomésticos y utensillos de cocina, sal, aceite, café, té, agua filtrada fría y natural. Súper equipado, muy limpio y tal cual las fotos. Hernán súper atento y muy claro en las explicaciones. Dejó que me aloje en el horario de mi llegada y fue flexible en el horario de salida. me tocaron justo unos vecinos muy muy ruidosos y molestos, y se escuchaba absolutamente todo lo que hablaban y hacían desde el pasillo. pero en general, desde la calle no se escucha nada, es silencioso el departamento

The host does not speak english at all, wich made our communication impossible. They accept cash only, so please be prepared with USD in advance. Withrawing cash from the local ATM 's costs a fortune as the fees are super high. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
- Jayne (10/5): A perfect place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires. - What a wonderful place to call home for four nights. Hernán, our host, communicated with us throughout our planning of this trip. He greeted us at the apartment upon arrival. Everything was clean and ready for us. Plenty of towels and hot water. The TV featured Netflix - which was a treat at the end of a long day of site seeing! The location was right downtown, only a few blocks from the great Avenida 9 de Julio. Lots of restaurants around. And all of this for a wonderful, low price! By the way, the kitchen is well equipped, but we never used it. If you come to BA, stay at this gem of an apartment! There was no view (the apartment looks into another apartment block). However, we never had time to look through the window!
