• Riccardo (8/5): Nel pieno centro di Ivrea - Posizione molto centrale e con un grande parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Appartamento spazioso e arredato con gusto. Riscaldamento confortevole. Letto comodo. Tutti i negozi e i servizi del centro di Ivrea si raggiungono a piedi in un minuto Le parti comuni non sono bellissime e per accedere all'ingresso condominiale si deve percorrere un breve tratto di una ripida salita. La mattina si sentono un pò di rumori dalla strada

• Antonella (8/5): Soggiorno per lavoro - La posizione centrale e la pulizia dell’appartamento Mi è dispiaciuto non trovare neanche una bottiglietta d’acqua. Arrivando in tarda serata e dopo lavoro non ho pensato a comprala da me.

Lo consiglio! - Il titolare mi ha assistito telefonicamente per raggiungere la struttura poiche con il navigatore non e' stato possibile raggiungerla facilmente, a causa di lavori in corso ed anche al fatto che si trovi nel centro storico a traffico ridotto. Appartamento ben arredato, carino e molto bene accessoriato anche nella cucina (c'era addirittura un blender). Ideale per chi cucina durante il soggiorno. Macchinetta caffe con ottimo caffe in capsule! Suggerirei indicazioni piu chiare riguardo la possibilita di regolare la temperatura ambiente (sul termostato e' scritto di non modificarla), aggiungere delle pantofoline monouso da 70 eurocent cad, un minimo di acqua nel frigorifero.

• Gerard (9/5): Goed appartement, prima keuken om zelf maaltijden te kunnen regelen, parkeren op 2 minuten loopafstand. - Ruim appartement voor kort of langer verblijf in Ivrea, complete keuken. De toiletrol houder met zuignap raakt te gemakkelijk los.

• Maksim (7/5): Good place to stay overnight inexpensively. - Price/Quality ratio is good. Place is in the very center of the town. Paid parking is pretty close to the appartment. Cleanliness could be better. We were missing a kettle. The cups are only good for coffee, they are too small for tea.

Directions showing how to get to property would be helpful, as would where to park, although Found parking 5 min walk away.

• Tiina (7/5): Good - Location is good in the old town and the apartment is spacious and quite clean. Comfortable bed. It was dark when I arrived in town and the alley in which the apartment is, did not have light, so it was very hard to find the right door. Instruction "the house is yellow" did not help, because it was pitch dark. I also would have needed better instructions to use the shower . Communication with my poor Italian by messages with the owner was difficult. If he could have come to meet me in the first place and show me how everything (especially the shower) worked, I woudn't have had any trouble.

• Chris (9/5): A great find - The most comfortable bed and pillow we have had on our trip in 5 weeks and a very well decorated apartment. All facilities needed to prepare our own meals was provided and a coffee machine and pods were included also. A comfy lounge was also a welcome addition for relaxing after dinner. Parking is difficult but we were aware that would be the case and not the owner's fault as it is in the village area with laneways. We did find parking within easy walking distance and it was free after 5pm up until 8 am.
