• FREDERIC (9/5): J'ai beaucoup aimé Bologne et la possibilité de se rendre en train dans les villes voisines:Ferrarre - L'appartement est très bien situé : à 5 minutes à pied de la gare et 5 minutes à pied du centre historique. Il est spacieux, récent, propre et lumineux L'isolation phonique, mais c'était peut-être parce qu'il y avait des travaux nocturnes
• Dr.Elisabeth (7/5): Lage hervorragend, der Preis für die Leistung zu hoch. - Die Sicherheit des Apartments war perfekt, es war klug eingerichtet. Die Nachfrage des Besitzers ausgezeichnet. Es gab leider keine Küchenrolle, das Besteck war ziemlich zusammengestückelt, es fehlten auch Tissues im Bad. Hier wäre ein weiterer Mistbehälter von Vorteil. Die Baustelle vor dem Haus war laut, aber für die kann niemand etwas.
• Joshua (10/5): Communicative host with a clean, quiet apartment exactly as shown in the pictures - Alessandro allowed an early check-in and the place was clean when we arrived with everything ready. The location was close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. There were some good restaurants nearby, and Alessandro was helpful with recommendations. He was always fast to respond with good communication. If you need a supermarket there is an Aldi close to the apartment. It was easy to get a taxi using the TaxiClick or BTaxi apps. The apartment was clean with new appliances. The washer worked well, but be aware there is no dryer, which seemed to be a common theme at all the places we stayed in Italy. There was a drying rack for clothes and an iron and ironing board. The building seemed very safe and was very quiet. I could not hear any noise from the street or neighbors during our stay. As a small improvement, I would like a small trash can in the bathrooms instead of just under the kitchen sink. The showers did not have a place to put soap or the bottles of shampoo/body wash. I put mine on the floor of the shower stall, but it is harder for my parents in their 70s to crouch to pick up and put down the bottles. A shower caddy or adhesive shower shelf would be an inexpensive fix for this issue.

• Wendy (10/5): A perfect home away from home in Bologna - A delightful new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment close to Bologna Centrale, and a perfect base from which to explore the local area. Its proximity to the main train station also makes it easy to get to other top cultural and tourist spots, including Florence, Venice, Verona, Rome and Naples. Nothing - it was a perfect.
• Christopher (4/5): - Decent location in the city and a large room. Very noisy. Current roadworks, non stop buses and despite being 5 floors up you could clearly hear people on the street even with windows closed. Also was not very clean, most notably the floors.

• Rafael (10/5): - Very clean and modern apartment. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of storage, and there are multiple outlets (including USB) on both sides of the bed. The bathroom is also spacious, with a modern design, good storage space, and excellent water pressure. The living/kitchen area is well-equipped with all the essentials for basic meals, plus a large fridge/freezer and microwave. The QR code entry system is very convenient and easy to use. The host was always available and responsive. The apartment has two air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, both of which are very effective. The apartment is about a 10–15 minute walk from the city center. While this is a relatively short distance, the area can feel a bit uncomfortable at night. This is not specific to the apartment itself, but more of a general impression of the surrounding area.

The location is right in the city center, with the main attractions just a few minutes away. Public transport is directly opposite the accommodation. I can definitely recommend it! • isabelle vangeel (10/5): Toplocatie, topappartement en tophost. We gaan terug :) - De locatie was top. In het centrum van Bologna maar heel rustig. Op wandelafstand van alle leuke plaatsen. Nette en veilige buurt. Het appartement was heel gezellig, proper en had vele faciliteiten (Nespresso-machine, wasmachine, strijkijzer, balkon). Wifi was helemaal in orde wat voor onze tieners heel belangrijk was :) De host was heel gastvrij en stond altijd ter beschikking voor vragen via whatsapp. Ik heb geen opmerkingen.
• Jennifer (7/5): - Eine geräumige Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz. Eindache praktikable Ausstattung. Tolles Türschließsystem. Zentrale Lage! Man ist zu Fuss schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber war sehr gut. Er stand bei allen Fragen zur Verfügung. Im Gegensatz zu allen anderen Bewertungen, war es nicht ruhig! Natürlich ist die zentrale Lage ein Vorteil. Heißt aber auch das man an einer lauten Straße wohnt. Selbst in der Nacht fahren Busse. Geschlossene Fenster helfen nicht!! Hinzu kommt das die Wände Papierdünn sind. Es war so als hätten wir uns ein Zimmer mit der Familie inkl. Kinder von neben an geteilt. Wir waren in der Wohnung 4. Ich kann nur für diese Wohnung sprechen. Kann mir aber nicht vorstellen das die Wände der anderen Wohnungen anders sind. Ein weiteres Thema ist die Sauberkeit. Es ist alles so schön neu renoviert, vorallem das Bad wirkt sehr neu. Leider ist es ganz schlecht gepflegt. Es befindet sich vorallem in der Dusche (Duschkopf, Halterung,Tür) schon sehr viel Schimmel. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr einfach und wirkt sehr abgenutzt. Das Bett war sehr weich, wobei das auch Geschmackssache ist.. Die Couch sieht schon sehr gebraucht aus. Die Wohnung heizt sich auch extrem auf. Wir waren jetzt im April da. Ich will mir nicht vorstellen wie heiz es im Sommer wird. Durchzug zwischen Küche und Schlafzimmer bringt nichts. Natürlich gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Nur dann hat man in der Nacht natürlich auch keine Ruhe. Aber das ist eher auch nach persönlichen Empfinden.

Odległość krótkiego spaceru do turystycznego centrum, sklepów spożywczych, apteki, kawiarni i knajpek. Dworzec równie blisko. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna. Mieszkanie ciepłe (byliśmy w marcu), roletami można je całkowicie zaciemnić na noc, z wyposażeniem aneksu kuchennego, które pozwala na przygotowanie prostych posiłków. Duża lodówka (jak na apartament do wynajęcia) z zamrażalnikiem. Dostępny expres do kawy i kapsułki - żeby po włosku zacząć dzień :). Wygodna łazienka ze sporym prysznicem. Czyste i zadbane, w minimalistycznym stylu. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Dziękujemy Alessandro!
• Gilles (5/5): - Les photos sont très flatteuse sur l’annonce en réalité l’appartement est très froid et pas très accueillant. Le lit canapé dans le salon pas du tout confortable. On a des insectes dans la salle de bain en arrivant. Le propriétaire existe uniquement par message nous ne l’avons jamais rencontré. Il n’était pas ouvert à un geste commercial quand je lui ai fait part de ma déception.
• Tiani (6/5): It's a bit pricey, but it's really clean. - The location is excellent, close to the train station, with two supermarkets nearby, and close to the city center. There is a mirror in front of the bed The living room balcony window cannot be closed with curtains, meaning there is no privacy. If you have a baby and your baby shares a bed with both of you, the bed is too small; only one adult can sleep on the sofa outside, but I personally don't like sleeping on the sofa. Actually, the bedroom is wide enough to fit a larger bed.
• Dilara Sude (9/5): Overall, it was a very satisfying stay and I was quite happy with the accommodation. - The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and smooth. The host’s communication was great and they were very helpful whenever there was a problem. This wasn’t directly related to the accommodation itself, but there was street construction during my stay, which caused quite a lot of noise early in the mornings. I also noticed some homeless people in the surrounding area. They did not cause any problems, but it’s something future guests may want to be aware of.

( le cœur de Bologne) Il est aussi très bien équipé. Le lit est très confortable. L’entrée dans l’immeuble grâce a un QR code vraiment très pratique. Placé sur la via dei millle, l’appartement est un peu bruyant pour moi qui ait le sommeil léger

• Michelle (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location. - Very comfortable and well positioned apartment. 5 minute walk from main shopping street, 15 minute walk from the main square and 10 minute walk to the train station. Plenty of good restaurants and bars in walking distance, as well as 2 supermarkets a couple of minutes walk away. Host was very helpful and good at communicating. Bed was comfortable and the apartment had Netflix and good WiFi. Could have done with a few more kitchen bits. A larger chopping board and a bread knife would be a good addition.
• THEODOROS (10/5): Υπέροχη! - Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και σε σωστή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο. Ζέστη υπήρχε καθόλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινισμένο σαν καινούργιο και το μπάνιο πεντακάθαρο απολάμβανες να κάνεις ντούζ. Θα το επιλέγαμε πάλι.

• Tatyana (9/5): - Отель находится в центре города, близко к вркзалу и основных достопримечательностей, также рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Номер довольно просторный, современный, есть вся необходимая посуда и оборудование на кухне, особенно порадовало наличие капсульной кофеварки. Удобная ванная комната с современной душевой кабиной. Окна закрываются жалюзи. Мы были в Болонье зимой, поэтому, приходя с улицы в свой номер, все время думали: куда же повесить пальто? Было бы удобно, если б на входе была бы хотя бы пара крючков для уличной одежды. В спальне у нас был платяной шкаф, но тоже довольно неудобный, вешалки с одеждой находились на такой большой высоте, что надо было использовать специальную палку, чтобы достать одежду. При этом пальто там не умещалось, потому что шкаф поделен по высоте полкой. В конце концов мы просто складывалось пальто на стулья. Это единственное неудобство, не могу сказать, что это испортило наш отдых, но если владельцы отеля решат эту небольшую проблему, апартаменты будут просто идеальными.

El dueño estuvo en todo momento pendiente de nuestra estancia via wathasp. Lo unico que podria decir que la ducha no tragaba bien. Pero el resto de la casa estaba perfecto y muy confortable.

La cucina attrezzata utilizzata con piacere per la prima colazione .

It was clean and well equipped, suitable for both short and longer stays. Overall it was comfortable and had everything we needed.

• Fernando Luiz (9/5): Great apartment! It's a pity it is on a busy road. - Hotel-quality apartment! Everything was super high-quality and super clean! The location is very convenient as it is just a 10-min walk to the Central Train Station. The only problem is that the apartment is on a very busy road. Despite the very strong modern double-glazing, the noise of traffic is constant. You can also hear people in other apartments next door. I used ear-plugs every night and that did the trick, but for anyone who is sensitive to noise, this could be a problem.

• Sarah (8/5): Comfortable, clean, convenient apartment - The apartment is spacious, clean and conveniently located between the centre of the old town and the train station. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very responsive. The wifi was very weak in the bedroom and the mattress was a bit too soft.

Apartamentul este foarte aproape de centru, foarte aproape de gară și de stația de autobuz, ajungeam rapid oriunde aveam nevoie, iar asta e pun plus foarte mare. Strada era în reparație și noaptea se auzea gălăgie de la lucrări. Am fi apreciat niște papuci de cameră de unică folosință.

• Kovacevic (8/5): Great location, but rather noisy due to ongoing construction in the street. - The location is perfect, we did everything on foot. The closeness to train station is a plus. Communication with host is easy and check in is very smooth. The kitchen looks great, but is rather unfunctional. Some things are missing (like large knife) and there isnt enough power outlets. The dumpster is locked and there is some specific card you need in order to dump thrash. There is ongoing construction in the street and it can be quite loud (we actually got ourselves a whole night of drilling). There is an additional city tax which should be mentioned when booking (or even better included in the price).

• murdo (9/5): We had a great time in Bologna and would definitely recommend staying at Milleventi Apartments - We liked the location as it was only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk into Piazza Maggiore and the city centre. Instructions how to access the apartment were sent via WhatsApp and were very clear and easy to follow. Although we never met him, Alessandro the host was very attentive and responded quickly to messages. He also gave us a load of suggestions as to where to eat and he checked in during the week to make sure everything was going well. The apartment was very clean, tidy and spacious and had everything we needed for a week's stay. It has a very modern minimalist feel. We didn't cook anything so didn't use any of these facilities so can't comment on that. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. All in all we really enjoyed staying at this apartment and can see why it is highly rated. We would definitely use again if we stayed in Bologna. A coffee table or small tables would have been helpful when sitting on the settee with a wine or two but not a deal breaker by any means. If you are coming from the UK be aware that the TV does not transmit any English speaking channels. Again not a deal breaker as we were on holiday.
• James (10/5): A very comfortable stay in Bologna! - The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and well-located for the station, while also being ~15 min walk to the centre. It was perfect for me as I was using Bologna as a base while doing day trips in Emilia-Romagna. Despite being on a main road, my apartment faced an inner atrium, so I got no road noise. Communication with Alessandro was also great and he offered me plenty of recommendations for food! There was nothing major, but I have a couple of small suggestions for improvement. More bins in the apartment would have been nice, e.g. one in the bathroom. Also, the sound insulation between my apartment and my neighbour's wasn't great; perhaps the apartments could benefit from a sign on the wall or a reminder to guests to not speak too loudly at unsociable hours.

• Louise (8/5): - Alessandro nous envoie les directives précises pour entrer dans l'immeuble et l'appartement, plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est spacieux et très propre. Il y a beaucoup de rangements. Très bonne douche. L'hébergement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et 15 minutes du centre historique. Le matelas n'était pas confortable. Très mou.Nous préférons un matelas ferme. Alessandro nous demande de laisser le montant de la taxe de séjour sur la table avant de quitter l'appartement. Pour nous, c'était 56 euros. ( 4 nuits, 2 personnes) Par contre, si vous exigez un reçu de la commune de Bologne, Alessandro vous l'enverra par e-mail.
• Laurent (10/5): Séjour de 3 jours à Bologne près de la gare. - Un grand merci à Leonardo pour son professionnalisme sans égal. Sans lui et ses assistances, notre expérience aurait été tout à fait différente. L'équipement est très bon et astucieux. La localisation était parfait pour nous : à 10 minutes à pied de la gare à 1 rue de là. Possibilité de mettre les bagages en sécurité dans un autre endroit just à côté de la gare grâce à Leonardo. Très utile pour nous afin de profiter de la ville encore un peu et ensuite de prendre directement le train sans se préoccuper des valises ! Nous n'avions pas de poubelle dans la toilette ce qui était étrange, uniquement sous l'évier. Les travaux de voiries à l'extérieur sous la fenêtre de l'appartement font du bruit tôt le matin jusque dans l'après-midi. Les vitres et murs extérieurs devraient être plus isolés sonoriquement afin de bien profiter du confort de l'appartement. J'aurais aimé voir plus de prises électriques aux murs.

Alessandro was great and there for advice if required. No issues with property would highly recommend.
