He make sure everything is fine and achieve my expectations. No onsite parking. But theres few roadside available all the time and we are made aware during booking.

Shared bathroom not ideal, but we knew this is advance so was perfectly acceptable. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable and Venetian blinds instead of curtains made the room quite light all night long.

Zeker als je met het openbaar vervoer reist zoals wij gedaan hebben kost dat veel tijd en is het een gesjouw met de bagage Geen enkel fysiek contact, geen ontmoeting met de eigenaar vind ik toch wel jammer. Gemeenschappelijke badkamer en toiletruimte is ook niet echt geweldig. Inrichting kamer zeer matig, weinig sfeer.

• Steve (4/5): Good location. Imperfect facilities. - The location, which is why I chose it. I remembered the building from my childhood, and was returning to Liverpool for a school reunion nearby. The absence of staff is fairly standard these days, but it makes little niggles hard to resolve. I learned to cope with the entry code procedure, eventually, but it gave me a few awkward moments. Hand gel was available, but the 20p honesty box sounded very cheapskate. Anyway, I didn't want hand gel, I wanted shampoo, and as far as I could tell, there wasn't any, so my hair went unwashed the week-end. This is not what I expect from any overnight stay. You may think it is a small thing, but I am unlikely to return here, because of it.

• Kelly (7/5): Overall this ticked the boxes of requirements for a very short stay. Would recommend - Very spacious rooms. Clean and tidy with loads of storage. Bathroom/toilets were very clean. Very quiet location, little to no noise. Was even let in 45 minutes early after a whole day travelling as I arrived slightly early but this was no problem. The only negatives things I could say and these are more observations than criticisms. Kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee provided and the only place to fill the kettle was the bathroom? But was able to get some relatively locally. Also as a solo female traveller I’d have preferred a lock on the inside of the door as I didn’t sleep too well for fear of someone potentially walking in my room. Whilst I understand the digital locks just a little slide across lock would have been sufficient to put my mind at ease

You got your own code for the front door and your room. There was a good-sized kitchen with all the facilities in it. Coffee and tea are in the room as well. Straightforward instructions on everything, totally perfect on the price you couldn't have asked for a better place. I will rebook there in a heartbeat. Very clean and tidy no complaints at all. • Nigel (8/5): Lovely Liverpool Guesthouse - Great location on the edge of Garston Park, close access to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Liverpool South Parkway Station. Nearby leisure centre. Not really a negative but more an awareness: this is a guest house with shared facilities - bathroom and kitchen facilities. That said these are well appointed and include laundry facilities too
• Shane (10/5): - Good location in between the city and airport , very comfortable room a lot bigger than expected and great value for money, owner very accommodating in letting me leave my bag for the day as I had a late flight Nothing
• Roland (8/5): Werde bei nächste Gelegenheit wieder buchen. - Zimmer war sehr geräumig, Lage war ok, keine Parkprobleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen bequem auf dem Weg.
• Dariusz (10/5): Content - This was my second visit to this place. The rooms were very pleasant and clean. The room met my expectations. I was pleased with my stay and will definitely stay there again. I liked everything.

• Firdevs (10/5): Close to airport and metro line, clean and nicely decorated place - The property is very close to the airport and also to metro line which was exactly what I was looking for. The room was specious and very clean. Communication with Tom worked also really well, he was very responsive and nice. I found the pillows too hard.
