- Betina (5/5): Dirty old-lady’s house on a 3 floor (no lift) - It is an old-lady house full of her personal possessions. I found the apartment very dirty and full of garbage inside the furniture. It is on the 3 floor of an old poorly maintained building. Not easy to go up.

- Zak (9/5): Very big apartment with great city and sea views. - A very large apartment on the top floor (3rd?). There are a lot of stairs but that makes for a lovely view. The apartment is right in the centre so do expect some noise but it’s not too bad. AC is only in the main room and not in the bedroom. Shower pressure good. The owner was very kind to let me check in early and check out late to suit me which was super helpful. For easy parking look here (this is nothing to do with the apartment or Booking.com - I found it online and was great) - www.kalavriaholidays.com/en/tropea-city-parking It is 15 euro per day which is a little expensive but it's very near the apartment and you get a dedicated safe and secure space where you can come and go as you please, even in the ZTL zone. Saves the driving around trying to find the limited free spaces. You MUST arrange in advance as limited spaces. Please reduce the amount of stairs 😆
