Danke - Lage super , Preis Leistung Top , Gastgeberin ein Sonnenschein , Sauber besser gehts nicht , Hund kein Problem, Pool , Rasen alles top gepflegt , Sogar Sauna vorhanden . Appartment wie beschrieben tip top sauber , alles vorhanden sogar Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. • Melanie (10/5): Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Sauna und Außenpool, Hundefreundlich! - Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man als Gast für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt viel Stauraum. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mitten in einem schönen Dorf 10 Min. von Meran entfernt. Die Sauna und der dazugehörige Ruheraum ist ein Highlight, das man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Die Gastgeberin wohnt selbst in der Anlage, ist sehr freundlich und immer per Klingel oder mobil erreichbar. Nebenan hat es eine Pension mit Café/Bar, bei dem wir jeden Morgen Cappuccino trinken waren, sehr praktisch. Preis-Leistung stimmt, wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt. Schönstes Weihnachten seit Langem! Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

• Gaston (10/5): Top gepflegte traditionelle Unterkunft in erstklassiger Lage mit den herzlichsten Gastgeber für top Preis-Leistung - Eigentlich müsste ich 11 von 10 Punkten geben, aber… Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel ausgestattet – von Staubsauger bis Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnungen sind geräumig, gemütlich und modern renoviert, oft mit Balkon und herrlicher Aussicht auf Berge und Garten. Die Gastgeberfamilie und vor allem Marianna ist ein Sonnenschein, die nicht nur äußerst freundlich, herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist, sonder dieses besondere Gefühl „Zuhause zu sein“ erzeugt. Auf Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen, und wir haben uns rundum willkommen gefühlt. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein wunderschöner, sehr gepflegter Pool, ein Rasen- und Gartenbereich, teils auch eine Sauna. Fahrräder können sicher in der Garage oder separat bestens untergebracht werden. Die Lage ist genial: Bushaltestelle direkt am Haus, gute Anbindung an Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sesselbahn in der Nähe. Direkt vor der Haustür beginnen schöne Wander- und Fahrradwege (z. B. Waalweg), was die Unterkunft ideal für Aktivurlauber macht. Besonders ist nicht nur die höchste Sauberkeit, die wir je erlebt haben und das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie die angenehme, erholsame Atmosphäre. Fazit: Eine top gepflegte Unterkunft mit idealer Lage, erstklassiger Ausstattung und außergewöhnlich herzlichen Gastgebern – uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen & wie kommen wieder! Das einzig Negative - für mich, der eine sehr gute Wifi Verbindung für die Arbeit/ Streaming benötig - da musste man in manchen Bereichen schon trotz Expander suchen und musste fast komplett meinen 5G Plan nutzen, aber für Menschen die das nicht brauchen fällt es nicht auf. Daher hier statt den 11 Punkten „nur“ die Top Wertung von 10
• Eugen (10/5): Traumhafte Lage mit paradiesischem Garten und Pool - Äußerst zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberfamilie, sehr gemütliche und absolut gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit Balkon , Berg- und Gartensicht, wunderschöner Pool , sicherer Garagenplatz für Fahrräder, wunderbare Umgebung ideal zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren. Herzlichen Dank an die Gastgeber- Familie. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder Es hat uns an gar nichts gefehlt.
