De bedden waren goed en de badkamer heel gerieflijk. Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en uitgebreid. Er was nergens een plek om gezellig nog even te babbelen. De ontbijtruimte was daarvoor niet geschikt, en het was al iets te fris om buiten te blijven zitten.

• Richard (9/5): Would definitely stay there again. - Quaint, good staff, very clean, modern furnishings. We stayed in the apartment in the building next-door. It was excellent. Good location - Close to San Francesco basilica, but not in Assisi. 20 min walk to Porta di San Francesco.

Es ist wunderbar, dass wir das Auto an der Unterkunft stehen lassen konnten, um zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum zu gehen.

Daarnaast was de demotica hinderlijk op de kamer, er was continu een irritant, zoemend geluid. De ontbijtruimte is erg krap, hele kleine, dicht op elkaar staande tafeltjes.

• An (10/5): Prachtig verblijf met machtig zicht op Assisi - Prachtig en rustig gelegen aan de voet van Assisi met een heel mooi zicht op de stad. Te voet te bereiken op 20-25 minuten (wel steile klim) zodat auto bij het verblijf kan blijven. Handig! Het verblijf zelf is met zeer veel smaak gerestaureerd, met respect voor de geschiedenis van het gebouw. De kamers zijn heel net en mooi ingericht, met alle voorzieningen, inclusief een goedwerkende airco. De ontvangst door de eigenaar Diego was super! Zo’n vriendelijke en enthousiaste man! Het ontbijt was in buffetvorm met keuze van eitjes, heel verzorgd en lekker. Na het uitchecken mocht de auto blijven staan tot we vertrokken uit Assisi. We hebben zo hard genoten van dit mooie verblijf en de vriendelijkheid van de hosts, een echte aanrader! Niets!

Pokoje wykończone z pomysłem i starannością.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Asyżu, można nawet spacerem w kilkanaście minut dotrzeć do Bazyliki św. Franciszka. Kilkanaście minut samochodem do lotniska Perugia. Smaczne śniadania i bardzo sympatyczna obsługa dbająca o gości.

• Erica (10/5): Relax e bellezza tra natura e storia. - Ambiente curato, pulito e rilassante. Una vera oasi di bellezza e relax nella campagna appena sotto il centro di Assisi. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite e la vista che si può ammirare è un vero incanto. Un posto in cui tornare. Niente. È stato tutto davvero delizioso. A voler trovare il pelo nell’uovo, implementerei la scelta a colazione magari con qualche prodotto tipico di nicchia. La colazione è comunque ottima.

La sera, immersi nel buio, con la città illuminata davanti, è un sogno. Struttura nuovissima (inaugurata nel 2024) ma conserva il fascino dell’antico. Colazione ottima e servita con cortesia e cura degli ospiti! Nulla di veramente rilevante. Forse solo consiglieremmo l’installazione di zanzariere alle finestre per poter dormire con le finestre aperte di notte.

• John (9/5): - This is a small property down the hill from the town of Assisi, sitting amongst olive trees and fields. The main building is a renovated water mill from years ago. The view of the city above is absolutely stunning, and the property is very quiet. We did not have a car, and were just fine with walking up to the town (about 45 minutes uphill), but I think most people would want to have a car. The breakfast was good, and the staff is very friendly. Diego is a charming guy, and we loved meeting him and his mom, Diana. They introduced us to an excellent guide to show us around Assisi. It was great to be there. No complaints.

Zum Frühstück wird frischer Orangensaft gepresst und Omelett etc. auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Nach Assisi kann man wunderbar zu Fuß gehen. Es ist auch ein herrlich ruhiger Ort. Alles schön - ein Pool wäre noch wunderbar ☺️

Wonderfull location with fantastic restaurants all walking distance from the agriturismo the walk up the hill to view the basilica was a little daunting. However, it was well worth the walk.
• Stefania (10/5): - L' appartamento in cui siamo stati era perfetto. Accogliente, luminosi e con una vista impagabile sulla basilica di San Francesco. I proprietari hanno ristrutturato questo vecchio mulino con attenzione e con interventi volti alla conservazione della struttura. Un posto dove vogliamo tornare appena possibile. • Bin (9/5): Good choice for you to stay in Assisi. - The location is super good. You can see the church from the day to the night. The host is very friendly and is eager to tell us the stories about their family and the Assisi. They supplied the good breakfast, you can have the breakfast with the good view. But the property did not have the lunch or dinner to serve. We arrived there on Sunday. The closest restaurant is closed. But it is not a big problem as you have a car there anyway. You can drive 2 kilometers for more choices.

• Guy (9/5): מקום מעולה מתחת לאסיסי - המיקום מתחת לאסיסי , המראה מדהים במיוחד בלילה הנוף הפתוח מסביב. הניקיון. מבנה משופץ ברמה גבוהה.. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים. הגינה והדשא מסביב. היחס והרצון לעזור מכל הלבלמרות שהם לא מדברים אנגלית. קפה מעולה! האחראית חזרה במיוחד להביא לנו יין בלילה כשביקשנו וזאת למרות שהיא כבר עזבה את החווה המיטה קצת רכה מידיי! ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה, אבל לטבעוניים אין מספיק אופציות.. למרות שהודענו מראש שאנחנו מבקשים ארוחת בוקר טבעונית.הם לא נערכו לכך. היה מעט מידיי פירות וירקות בארוחת הבוקר אבל הסתדרנו.

• Barbara (10/5): Piacevolissimo soggiorno - Struttura di recente ristrutturazione molto bella e curata . Colazione ottima. La proprietaria e il suo staff sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Ci hanno anche consigliato ottimi ristoranti in zona . Posizione super ! Speriamo di tornare!
• Guillermo (10/5): One of the best places I have ever stayed - Without a doubt, this is one of the best places I have ever stayed. A magical place. It is an old country house in the middle of a field, surrounded by more than a thousand olive trees, yet the room has absolutely all the modern comforts. Everything is impeccably maintained. The gardens are full of flowers, the room is spotless, and the bed, sheets, and pillows are all of excellent quality. You can see the care and love the owners put into the restoration in every detail. Everything is new and smells fresh. Diego and his family are very friendly and warm. They are the perfect hosts. The views of Assisi are simply incredible, and at night, the sense of peace is truly unique. This is not just another place. It is a one-of-a-kind destination that you won’t want to leave. I can’t wait to return. Nothing!
• Adea (10/5): - Beautifully restored buildings, nestled among olive trees and breathtaking view of Assisi (pictures cant do it justice).Super lovely and accommodating staff (we arrived very late with kids and they went above and beyond!). Lovely breakfast and such a gorgeous spa area (we didnt use it this time but hopefully next one). Would most certainly go back.

• Zara (10/5): Amazing place, wonderful people, gorgeous view. - AMAZING. This has been the best place I’ve stayed in Italy. Diego (the host) was incredibly polite and attentive. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and very stylish. The garden simply beautiful. The day and night view of Assisi breathtaking. I didn’t like that I had to leave.

• Brian (10/5): Prime location with unobstructed views of Assisi - The property is located in a quiet and prime location with direct and unobstructed views of the Basilica of St. Francis. We could not have picked a better location. The room and bathroom were very clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Diego, the owner and host welcomed us and gave a nice introduction to the farmhouse that he and his family bought and renovated. He is very friendly and personable. Breakfast was offered by Diego’s mom who provided us with homemade pastries, scrambled eggs, local salumni, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, and freshly squeezed orange juice. We highly recommend a stay here. Everything was wonderful.

• Massimo (9/5): Ad un passo dalla perfezione! - La posizione è fantastica per la veduta di Assisi (deve però andare bene percorrere un tratto di strada non asfaltata e un po’ dissestata). La struttura è ristrutturata magistralmente dentro e fuori. Il nostro appartamentino nella struttura adiacente era accogliente e grande. Colazione molto buona e personale top! Non diamo il massimo dei voti poiché la temperatura dell’acqua in doccia era appena tiepida e non c’è modo di oscurare due finestrini in camera che al mattino presto fanno entrare troppa luce. Cose che son convinto verranno sistemate, la struttura è ad inizio attività. Tutti bravi e gentili.
