Michell (5/5): Für paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend. - Die Nähe zum Kunden. Tolle Dusche / Badewanne. Alte Möbel. Die Töpfe in der gemeinsamen Küche sollten ausgetauscht werden, mir ist ein Henkel von der Pfanne / Kochtopf weggefallen. Sind auch nicht mehr die saubersten.
Heiko (7/5): - Zimmer war sauber und Check in problemlos. Leider Tür ausgeklappert Fenster nicht besonders schalldicht und offen lassen durch direkte Straßenlage unmöglich. Haustür stand meist offen und Fernsehen nicht möglich außer man meldet sich selbst überall an,da es nicht mal normale Sender gab. Und Kissen sehr sehr hart.

Yvonne (8/5): - Spacious room, practically furnished with bed, couch and desk. There is a large, communal kitchen and bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Someparking available on the property plus on-street parking. Bathroom had some water damage on the ceiling but nothing that would stop you from using it at all.

Hawwary (1/5): Gesundheitsschädigend - Das Zimmer war sauber. Im Zimmer roch es stark modrig/schimmelig, so dass ich als Asthmatiker nach 30 min ein anderes Quartier suchen musste und 4 Stunden brauchte, um wieder frei atmen zu können. Die Gemeinschaftstoilette war mit Blut, Kot und Urin stark beschmutzt, in der Gemeinschaftsküche standen alte benutzte Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Insgesamt nicht einladend. Der günstige Preis hat sich nicht gelohnt.

Lya (1/5): Je déconseille fortement - L'établissement ne correspond pas à la description, les murs ne sont pas isolés phonétiquement on entend l'intégralité des bruits. C'est très sale et la porte de ma chambre ne fonctionne pas correctement j'étais donc obligé de claquer la porte systématiquement et au vu du bruit je n'imagine pas les désagréments causés aux autres personnes.

Sarina (2/5): Nie wieder! - Die Zimmergröße. Es roch modrig. Davon abgesehen ist es sehr hellhörig. Ich hab den kompletten Aufenthalt kaum ein Auge zugemacht. Man hört jeden Schritt und jedes Wort der weiteren Mitbewohner. Diese haben sich benommen, als wären sie alleine. Mitten in der Nacht haben diese die Waschmaschine angemacht, die direkt über mir war. Die Treppe wurde andauernd rauf und runter gerannt, die Zimmertüren geknallt. Und wie die Küche und das Bad teilweise hinterlassen wurde, kann sich jeder selbst vorstellen. Auch wenn der Vermieter für das Verhalten der Mieter nichts kann, kann ich nur jedem davon abraten, der nicht wie ein Toter schläft und sehr tolerant ist. Wenn mein Kind nicht in Augsburg in der Klinik gelegen hätte, wäre ich bereits nach einem Tag wieder abgereist!

Oliver (8/5): Alles gut 👍 - War alles ok - n Parkplatz wäre noch cool gewesen Morgens um 6 waren die Jungs von der oberen Etage schon sehr aktiv - aber egal ....
Detlef (4/5): Wir werden nicht wieder einschecken . - Das Zimmer war sauber und in den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen . In der Küsche war alles vorhanden was man brauchte . Das schlimmste ist ein Bad und eine Dusche für drei Ebenen mit insgesammt acht Zimmer . Dort war dann auch nur ein Waschbecken aber eine Waschmaschine die bis in die Nacht lief und den Fussboden sammt Betten fiebrieren liess . Die Türen hatten die neusten Klinken aber waren so Undicht das das Flurlicht reinschien und jeder Ton zu hören war .
