Guest Reviews
- Kathleen (5/5): Great location but for goodness sake put in some work! - Self-catering Poorly maintained. Bath, but no plug, no mirror, nowhere to hang clothes or towels. Very poor water pressure. Scuff marks everywhere and hasty decorative order, badly fitted kitchen. No wifi. Dangerous outside steps. Steep inside staircase with no handrail. No door on lounge so hard to heat. The list is endless and much of what I found had previously been highlighted and seems to have been ignored. I ended up scrubbing scuff marks off the kitchen walls and guess what? It can be done!
- Eva (1/5): Awful - Cutlery was so dirty within the kitchen, fridge had a horrible angel to it, the carpet was so dirty, the wifi didn’t work all weekend, the couch and walls were dirty. Didn’t get photos of the dirty carpet on stairs and in hall but it was brown with dirt, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before.

- Jade (10/5): Lovely, clean and so close to Glasgow. - Lovely clean apartment with good WiFi.
Everything you could need was there.
Plenty of parking.
Was a short drive to Glasgow which we needed but there’s a train station right there if you didn’t want to drive.
- khaled (6/5): - Mostly good The cleaning is OK but place requires deep cleaning. Bed are not comfortable
- Nicola (5/5): At best this was an OK experience. - Off street parking
Quiet Strong unpleasant smell on arrival
No mattress protector on bed which meant that the bobbles on the mattress were uncomfortable.
Uncomfortable sofas, one was heavily stained.
Very, very low water pressure in bathroom, shower not great!
Overall clean but could do with a deep clean in bathroom, corners etc
- Gerald (10/5): An enjoyable week - Clean . Quiet location . Shops and railway station handy Nothing
- Yosef (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gerard (9/5): Superb - No mirror in the bathroom. No tap mixer in the kitchen.
- Kamaleswaran (7/5): Good - Quiet area Water pressure for shower and sink
- Simon (8/5): Enjoyable experience overall - location close to local train station to Glasgow Queen St and good facilities not too close to shops
- Anthony (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kelsey (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (6/5): Important facility details lacking - Location was nice and quiet. Short walk to the Robroyston Scotrail station. Close to small (Coop) and very largs (Asda) grocery stores. Affordable taxi fare back from city centre restaurants (£11 approximately). WiFi not working: details for BT service provided however the BT equipment is disconnected and in behind the sofa. EE equipment under TV but login details do not work. TV not working: no HDMI cable so no access to the TV Apps. I could not find any terrestrial stations. Bathroom had just a third of a roll of toilet paper which is not adequate for a group of four arriving in the evening after a long day of travel. No ice tray. Details for accessing the entrance key are incorrect: the pin on the booking information does not give access (eventually another number did). Blind in the kitchen broken and off the wall so no privacy in that area. Damp smell.
