- Angélique (8/5): Bon emplacement à un prix cohérent - La propreté L'emplacement (à 15 min à pied de l'entrée d'ortiga) La salle de bain est propre et spacieuse. Le gérant est arrangeant quant aux heures d'arrivées. Il y a eu des travaux dans l'immeuble dès 7h du matin. Le petit déjeuner "compris" est en réalité des madeleines et biscottes sous vide avec une briquette de jus d'orange et une dosette de café mis à disposition dans la chambre.

- Marco (10/5): Piacevole soggiorno a Siracusa - Alloggio a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro con camera spaziosa e bagno in comune pulitissimo. Colazione con snack, check-in facilissimo e parcheggi bianchi nelle vicinanze. Super consigliato
- Laraf85 (10/5): Ottima soluzione! - La stanza è grande a sufficienza e viene pulita tutti i giorni. Ho trovato tutto l'occorrente. C'è aria condizionata, frigo e finestre in camera e in bagno. La posizione è abbastanza comoda, vari servizi nei dintorni e a una ventina di minuti a piedi da Ortigia. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Nulla. Al massimo aggiungerei una ghiacciaia nel frigo.

- Ciocca (7/5): Esperienza comunque positiva, con qualche pecca - Zona tranquilla, attorniata da molti servizi. Proprietario chiaro con le istruzioni per il check in. Sesto piano dell’edificio, non raggiungibile se non con l’ascensore. Il bagno è in condivisione con stanze diverse, motivo per cui a volte abbiamo dovuto aspettare per fare la doccia o lavarci semplicemente i denti. La stanza accogliente ma leggermente piccola. C’era scritto che sarebbero dovuti venire a sistemare la camera, ma ciò non è avvenuto.

- Lilia (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious room, bathroom clean, good location (walking distance to Ortigia). The bathroom smelled sewer and the breakfast was quite cheap. Also, the common entrance door was very noisy (woke is up in the night when people were getting in).
