• Rosi (1/5): Incorrect behaviour - The house is built on a place with beautiful view near the Ostrovsko lake. In fact we had bad experience because the reservation was canceled in the arrival date at 17:30.... You can imagine how challenging was to find a good place for the night in the last minute during holiday time... It was very disappointing also because the owner didn't answer our call. After we reached the place, we saw the cancellation (sent 2 hours ago by email), and we saw a proposal from the owner for another place with much lower level 6.6 on a higher price :) , so no chance. And one unfair fact: the owner cancel with argument of bad weather, while the weather was perfect...it was an obvious lie.
• Sandra (10/5): Calming, breath taking view - The view is magical, so calming. The apartment is spacious and has a balcony. It's worth to visit. There was not not enough kitchen utensils, but they were totally missing, like glasses, coffee cups, knife, plates. We were for one night and didn't ruin our positive impression, but I think they should overcome this small issue.
• Al Bundy (6/5): Super Ausblick - mehr nicht - Der Ausblick auf den See ist unglaublich. Direkter Blick auf den See und am Abend der Sonnenuntergang gleich gegenüber. Grundsätzlich ist das Apartment in Ordnung, jedoch gab es bei uns Komplikationen. Die Heizung hat funktioniert. Und da wir zu einer Jahreszeit dort geurlaubt haben, in der es auch am Abend/in der Nacht kalt wird, ist das sehr wichtig. Der Vermieter war nett, aber leider reicht es nicht höfflich und nett zu sein, wenn andere Dinge nicht passen. Ich beziehe mich auf das Apartment 3 - Agnadema. Das Bett: Die Matratze ist viel zu hart für uns gewesen. Das "Zusatzbett": Da wir 3 Erwachsene waren, haben wir auch für 3 Erwachsene bestellt. Als wir angekommen sind, haben wir nur ein Doppelbett gesehen. Ich habe den Vermieter kontaktiert, der mir erklärt hat, dass im Sofa ein Bett drinnen ist. Das Bett alleine reicht nicht. Wir brauchen auch ein drittes Bettzeug. Das kam ~2 Stunden verspätet an, nachdem ich nochmals nachgefragt habe. Ausserdem ist dieses Sofa-Bett kein Bett, sondern ein Brett - also ein Sofa-Brett. Die "Matratze" war wie eine Yogamatte so dünn. Man hat direkt auf den Brettern geschlafen. Also für 3 Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen. Das Bad: Grundsätzlich gibt es nicht zu meckern. Jedoch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn das Wasser auch heiss gewesen (nicht einmal lauwarm) wäre, wenn man duschen will. Die Handseife war auch leer. Die Sauberkeit: Grundsätzlich war alles sauber, ausser man schaut unter das Bett. Dort ist Dreck gelegen. Ausserdem gab es auch Schimmel bei den Fenstern. Die Küche: Wir haben am Vortag für das Frühstück eingekauft. Das Frühstücken war aber nicht so einfach, weil wir hatten nur einen Teller, kein Besteck (gar kein Besteck!) und 2 kleine Kaffeetassen. Zum Abtrocknen von Geschirr gab es kein Tuch. Der Eingang: Wenn man unten reinkommt - das Apartment ist oben im ersten Stock - hat es verfault gerochen. Nicht sehr angenehm und auch für den ersten Eindruck nicht die beste Wahl. Alles in Allem hat unser Aufenthalt nicht den besten Eindruck hinterlassen. Für jedes einzelne Probleme habe ich mit dem Vermieter gesprochen, oder per booking.com kommuniziert. Er war immer freundlich und hat sich auch immer entschuldigt. Wir waren 2 Tage dort. Und als wir am zweiten Tag ins Apartment gekommen sind, hat er uns eine Nachricht hinterlassen und eine kleine Entschädigung.
• Anna (7/5): The best location EVER, bare minimal facilities - Location location location! WOW. Like a fairy tale. One of the best views we’ve stayed in. The host was responsive. There’s bare minimum of the minimum in terms of hosting us - not even a decent type of cups/glasses, no forks, only 3 small spoons and only tiny ‘tea party’ style cups.. the living room ‘2 sofas’ includes the rounded sitting area below the window which is not so comfortable. The place needs maintenance- lots of thing just fall off by simply touching them :/

• Mikhael (1/5): - Όμορφη θέα κοντά στο ξενοδοχείο Είναι δύσκολο να το βρεις χρησιμοποιώντας το Google Mars. Η διαμονή μας καταστράφηκε ολοσχερώς. Λάβαμε ένα μήνυμα επιβεβαίωσης το πρωί. Όταν φτάσαμε, δεν ήταν κανείς εκεί, ούτε το προσωπικό ούτε οι επισκέπτες. Όταν τηλεφωνήσαμε, είπαν ότι είχαν στείλει μια επιστολή. Έλεγξα και ναι, έφτασε γύρω στις 4 μ.μ., ακυρώνοντας την κράτηση, αλλά ήμασταν στο δρόμο και δεν την είδαμε. Δεν νομίζω ότι είναι καν αποδεκτό να φέρονται έτσι στους πελάτες τρεις ώρες πριν την άφιξη. Μας πρότειναν να βρούμε άλλο ξενοδοχείο. Αυτό είναι γελοίο το βράδυ και με ένα κουρασμένο παιδί. Στην επιστολή ακύρωσης, έγραψαν ότι δεν μπορούσαν να μας φιλοξενήσουν επειδή άλλαζαν σεντόνια λόγω της εισροής επισκεπτών για το Πάσχα. Αυτή είναι απλώς μια δικαιολογία. Κανένα άτομο δεν ήταν καν κοντά. Δεν θα συνιστούσα σε κανέναν να νοικιάσει από αυτούς τους ιδιοκτήτες με τέτοια συμπεριφορά.

• alkioni (10/5): Εξαιρετική θέα από τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια οικοδεσπότης πολύ ευγενικός -
• Konstantina (5/5): - Ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πολύ ευγενικός και έχει καλή θέληση. Η θέα στη λίμνη είναι πανέμορφη. Το διαμέρισμα έχει πολύ καλές προοπτικές και ο οικοδεσπότης είναι πραγματικά πολύ ευγενικός. Ωστόσο το διαμέρισμα θέλει πολλή δουλειά για να ανταποκριθεί στην τιμή του. Είναι πολύ άνετο και μεγάλο ωστόσο κάποιος πρέπει να ασχοληθεί με βασικά πράγματα, όπως η υγρασία και η μυρωδιά μούχλας, τα σκεπάσματα που δεν επαρκούν για να σκεπαστούν δύο άτομα, το κρεβάτι που πρέπει να ανανεωθεί και η καθαριότητα που δυστυχώς δεν είναι επαρκής. Υπάρχουν και άλλα πράγματα που κάνουν το κατάλυμα ανεπαρκές, όπως ο ελλιπής φωτισμός και η ανύπαρκτη διακόσμηση που κάνει τη διαμονή εντελώς ψυχρη. Κρίμα γιατί η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ όμορφη και το διαμέρισμα θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει μια εμπειρία ανεπανάληπτη.
• Grammenidou (7/5): Καλό θα ήταν να φροντίσετε θέρμανση από την προηγούμενη μέρα την χειμερινή περίοδο. - Υπεροχή τοποθεσία! Καθαρό διαμέρισμα. Υπήρχε πρόβλημα με θέρμανση, κρυώσαμε αρκετά.

• Katherine (10/5): Εκπληκτική διαμονή - Καταπληκτικό το μέρος, εξυπηρετικός ο οικοδεσπότης, πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο και ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά.
• Ioanna (10/5): - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία το δωμάτιο όπως και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, οι παροχές και η σχέση ποιότητας-στιγμής αξίζουν στο 100% ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός όπως και το πάρκινγκ που είχε αρκετό χώρο.

• PARASKEVAS (1/5): - Δεν έφτασα κάν στο κατάλυμα. Ενώ βρισκόμουν στο δρόμο (1 1/2 ώρα μακριά από τον τόπο κατοικίας μου) ενημερώθηκα από τον υπεύθυνο ότι έσπασε μια σωλήνα στο χώρο που θα μέναμε. Από κει και πέρα μου "προτειναν- ενημέρωσαν" ότι υπάρχουν και άλλα ωραία καταλύματα στην περιοχή τούς και εάν τελικά βρώ κάτι και πάω και χρειαστώ κάποια πληροφορία να επικοινωνήσω μαζί του. Τώρα την τελευταία στιγμή πως θα βολεύονταν ζευγάρι και τρία παιδιά που βρισκόταν στο δρόμο?????..…...... Άκρα του τάφου σιωπή....... Θα πω τα πάντα γιατί δεν έφτασα πότε.

• Stavroula (6/5): - Μόνο ωραία θέα έχει, και καλή θέρμανση με καλοριφέρ. Φτάσαμε αργά το απόγευμα, με σκοπό να μαγειρέψουμε, δεν είχε καμία κατσαρόλα ή τηγάνι. Ζήτησαμε από τον οικοδεσπότη και μας έφερε κάποια, που ίσα ίσα κάναμε μια μακαρονάδα. Η κουζίνα ήταν υποτυπώδης, με δύο μάτια, ένα μικρό ψυγειακι και ελάχιστα αντικείμενα. Όταν έφτασε η ώρα του ύπνου συνειδητοποιήσαμε ότι δεν μας είχε αφήσει σεντόνια για να στρώσουμε στους καναπέδες που θα κοιμόταν τα παιδιά. Του ζητήσαμε και μας έφερε πολύ αργά... Προφανώς ο ύπνος ήρθε πιο γρήγορα στα παιδιά. Δεν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

• DIONYSIOS (4/5): Ένα κόσμημα αφημένο στην τύχη του - Η ησυχία και η καταπληκτική θέα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό, με γουστόζικα και καθόλου φτηνιάρικα έπιπλα, με δύο μπαλκόνια και την απίστευτη θέα της λίμνης. Το κτήριο είναι όμορφης αρχιτεκτονικής αλλά η εξωτερική του εμφάνιση έχει εμφανή τα σημάδια εγκατάλειψης. Θα αναφερθώ στο δωμάτιο 3 γιατί δεν μπορώ να γνωρίζω την κατάσταση των άλλων. Σοβάδες που έχουν σκάσει σε πολλά σημεία, αράχνες σ’ έναν μεγάλο φεγγίτη, ελλείψεις στα κουζινικά σκεύη (φλυτζάνια, κουταλάκια), βρώμικο ψυγείο, λάμπες καμένες, κουζινάκι παμπάλαιο και οξειδωμένο. Η εικόνα στα μπαλκόνια ήταν ακόμα χειρότερη. Ως και χόρτα είχαν φυτρώσει ανάμεσα στα πλακάκια. Οι άσχημες εντυπώσεις απογειώθηκαν όταν στα σεντόνια βρήκαμε δυο μακριές μαύρες τρίχες!! Έχω φωτογραφίες για όλα αυτά αλλά προτιμώ να μην τις δημοσιεύσω. Πόρτα δωματίου που δεν κλειδώνει (δεν έχουν κλειδί) και πρέπει ν’ αρκεστεί κανείς στην κλειδωμένη εξώπορτα που βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο. Φως που μπαίνει από τον φεγγίτη και σε ξυπνάει από τις 7 το πρωί. Ο κατά τα άλλα ευγενέστατος Αντώνης προσπάθησε να διορθώσει όσα μπορούσε (ν’ αλλάξει σεντόνια, να συμπληρώσει τις ελλείψεις της κουζίνας και του μπάνιου) και ζήτησε κατ’ επανάληψη συγνώμη. Όμως η γενικότερη άσχημη εικόνα παρέμεινε. Και συμπληρώθηκε όταν, στην αναχώρησή μας, τον περιμέναμε κάπου μια ώρα να έρθει για να τον πληρώσουμε. Κι ενώ μας διαβεβαίωνε πως ήταν καθ’ οδόν και σε λίγο θα έφτανε αναγκαστήκαμε να φύγουμε πριν έρθει.

• Eduards Kreiss (9/5): Relaxing - Beautiful views to the lake from the main room and balcony. Stylish interior. Comfortable and spacy. Great host, that meets on arrival, helps with questions and brings nice breakfast (fresh assortment form a local bakery,, coffee etc) at the morning.

• Daniel Lobont (9/5): Best view in the area! - We were the only ones there so Anthony decided to give us a much bigger apartment than the one we booked, since we were traveling with our two puppies. The place is big, has a gorgeous view of the lake and Anthony is the best! The rooms can feel a bit outdated. Also, as someone traveling with dogs there are stray dogs in the area and we didn't want them to interact with ours so we had to be very careful. But overall, it s been great!

• Dimitris Gn. (10/5): - Εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο Αντώνης, πραγματικά σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε μας βοήθησε. Τρομερή η τοποθεσία με φοβερή θέα στη λίμνη. Απόλυτη ηρεμία και ησυχία. Ευρύχωρο το διαμέρισμα ειδικά για δύο άτομα που ήμασταν εμείς. Κάποιες μικρές λεπτομέρειες, αν διορθωθούν θα είναι τέλειο το κατάλυμα.

• silvia (9/5): - La posizione meravigliosa vicino al lago e in cima a una collina, un posto veramente magico. Abbiamo avuto appartamento 1 e appartamento 2, molto accoglienti e spaziosi. Anthony è stato molto disponibile al nostro arrivo e ci ha servito una colazione coi fiocchi. Gli appartamenti forse potrebbero avere qualche fornitura in più ( pentole, microonde ecc) ma siamo comunque riusciti a preparare la cena! Stile molto particolare con arredamento un po retrò ma perfettamente in linea con la location. Niente è stato perfetto così! 😍

• Pamela (10/5): Loved it! - Amazing place. Huge, great views, clean. Nice breakfast too. Anthony was fantastic.

• Georgios (5/5): Passable - - The view - Host was friendly - Host told us that there is hot water all day long. Guess what, there wasn’t! - On an apartment for 6 people, there was a single toilet paper and we had to ask for more. Maybe it wasn’t obvious that we might need another roll - Regarding BBQ facilities there were no tools to clean up the the grill - There was no paper or towels in the kitchen at all - It said breakfast would be provided, but there was nothing. -Those who stayed in the upstairs room said it wasn’t clean.
• Kristina (8/5): Very good - Location, beds, view, host, equipped bathroom Kitchen, its there but you cannot use it and we had a 9m baby with us. Theres nothing to cook with. Round window in a room which is pointed in a street light no way to be dark in the room.

• Aviad (9/5): A cool countryside place with an amazing view and host - This is an incredible place with THE view on the lake. You have direct view to a beautiful lake with no one around to bother you. A nice market is a few minutes walk away from the location. Kitchen and bathroom have what you need for your stay, including coffee and tea and a kettle. While this place isn’t inside Edessa - it offers a very peaceful place to stay with everything you need. Nothing comes to mind
• Edit (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very nice and helpful, the view was amazing.the apartment was spacious, clean and cozy.
• Volirakis (10/5): Fantastic location and property - a home away from home! Loved it! - The host met us at the property and was very, very nice and accommodating. The view was spectacular and the peace and quiet was an extra bonus. We had the entire flat to ourselves with plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. A ton of windows for the view and ventilation. We definitely recommend this property and will book this again if we ever go this way again! The price was fantastic for what was offered! Oh, and there is ample parking at the property. There needed to be napkins or paper towels in the kitchen and the kitchenette was a little on the small side, but great to have. It fulfilled our needs for a 1-night stay.
• Alexandru (10/5): Amazing first stop! - Amazing first stop before we started our vacation, view is breathtaking, good bed, hot hater, clean room…and the host, what a nice person!
• Rada (7/5): Was okay - The location of it and the view were very good, the room was very spacious and clean, it was comfortable and nice The only thing what I was disappointed with is that we payed the full price but we didn’t receive a breakfast, only a package with one piece of bread inside and reading the reviews I was expecting something wow but now we will never know I guess
• Christos (9/5): Fully equipped flat with amazing lake view - Amazing view to the lake, super friendly and welcoming hosts Eleni and Antoni, the flat was equipped with all amenities needed and if something was missing, the hosts went the extra mile to organize it for us. The fact that breakfast was organized by the hosts The equipment and setup in the flat is from a different decade which has a certain flair. In our view it could be renewed at some point in time.
