• Urs (7/5): Ideal für einen kurz Urlaub. - Gute Lage. Visa vis Restaurant Hirschen und nähe Käserei. Waschmaschine und Tumbler vorhanden. Keine Abwaschmaschine vorhanden.
• kay (10/5): Preis Leistung ist top 👍 - Es war sehr gemütlich und heimelig in der Ferienwohnung Florida vis-a-vis ist gleich ein spunten und die Appenzeller Käserei ist gleich um die Ecke . Es hät alles was es braucht 👍 Es ist ein wenig ringhörig da es halt ein altes Haus ist und die Kirche ist gleich neben an die Glocke morgens um 6uhr ist sehr Gewöhnungs bedürftig …
• Meister (10/5): Ferienwohnung Florida - Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und half sofort bei Problemen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und man hatte alles was man braucht. Unser Highlight waren die Silvesterchläuse. Um was zu unternehmen muss man schon mit einem Auto mobil sein um in die Nachbarstädte fahren zu können.Stellte sich für uns aber unkompliziert dar,weil wir mit Auto angereist sind.

• Yoonhye (7/5): 넘 이쁜 알프스 마을에 숙소 - 너무 이쁜 평평한 알프스마을에 자리하고 있어서 숙소 올라가는길이 행복했어요. 오래됐지만 방도 세개나 있고 구조도 특이하고 넓게 쓸수 있으니 젤 좋았구요. 독일어지만 호스트님의 자필로 여기저기 메모도 정겨웠네요. 맥주 세병 탄산수 우유 이렇게 서비스도 주셔서 잘 마셨습니다. 오래된 나무집이라 그런지 윗층의 걷는소리 말하는소리 층간소음이 너무 적나라하게 다 들려서 밤늦게까지 너무 힘들었어요. 그리고 처음에 열쇠 찾는데까지는 쉬웠는데 들어가서 문이 여러개있는데 어느집인지 호수나 문패가 있음 찾기 쉬웠을꺼 같아요.

• Clément (7/5): Agréable séjour. - Spacieux, salle de séjour et chambres sont très confortables. Lieu centré afin de visiter la région. Salle de bain veille avec la ventilation trop bruyante et cuisine pratique mais ancienne. Par mégarde d’un tiers, nous avons été obligés d’appeler la propriétaire afin d’ouvrir la porte du logement! Adresse GPS erronée la propriétaire contactée nous a redirigé de quelques maisons. Merci à elle.
• Vitalia (7/5): - Appartement a assez de place pour la famille, bien situé, propre. La télé avec les chaines Netflix, Amazon, etc. c'est un plus qui était utile par les temps pluvieuses. Les chambres, le salon avec la salle à manger sont refaits et très agréables. À noter que la cuisine et la salle de bain sont un peu vieillottes, mais restent fonctionnelles. Une explications pour le trie des déchets (en anglais) serait un plus .
• Dorothea (8/5): Alles bij elkaar prima. - Goede bedden, goede stoelen, goede bank. Fijn dat we ieder een slaapkamer hadden. Genoeg opbergruimte en planken, ook in de badkamer. Hoewel het hele appartement op de begane grond is, moet je toch een klein trapje op om er te komen. Dus niet geschikt voor mensen die echt slecht ter been zijn. Er zitten geen horren voor de ramen, dat betekende veel vliegen binnen. We hebben een vliegenmepper gekocht. We misten een broodrooster.
• Solvita (9/5): Lovely flat with a nice living room dining area, many rooms for big families too. - Very lovely flat with all amenities needed to cook. Gorgeous location and host was very nice. Parking next to the house always available. There was some dog fur on the living room pillows which made me allergic a little, otherwise everything was great.
• Stephen (8/5): Beautiful rural location in Alpine foothills - Lots of space There were several steps both inside and out to get into the flat. The washing machine and dryer were shared with others in the house and apparently have the electric turned off between 11 and 1 each midday. Kirchen was pretty basic.

• Miroslav (5/5): Nice, charming house. Wouldn't recommend it, unless you are an early bird or have great ear plugs! - The house was charming, clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were a bit dated, but nevertheless clean and fully equipped. The host were kind, they even left beer in the fridge for us. Communication and self check in were easy. There were some flyers and maps in the living room with nice activities in the area, which was helpful. The location was also very nice – the house is basically next to the Schaukäserei and the museum, but also close if you go by car to Appenzell and St. Gallen. Overall great value for the money, if there wasn't the noise issue with our neighbours... ... which was a big issue, because nobody wants to get up at 6:30 on a holiday. So it's an old wooden house with no sound insulation and we could hear loudly our neighbours above us, which was especially problematic in the morning. We had to basically wake up, the moment they decided to get out of bed. The first day it was at 6:30 am, second and third – 8:00 am. Last morning, which was on a Sunday they even vacuum cleaned. During the night at least they were mostly quiet and we could sleep. We informed the host right after we were woken up at 6:30 the first day, but they didn't do anything about it, apart from telling us to talk to the neighbours ourselves, which couldn't happen because they were gone during the day and in the evening they were either not there or asleep. There is also a church next to the house, which also starts ringing early, but still bearable compared to the noisy neighbours.

• Anonymous (10/5): We can certainly recommend this vacation home for a great vacation in beautiful Appenzellerland! - It was very clean and comfortable. Coffee and tea were included. We even had four bottles of Appenzelller beer in the fridge. All the little things for a comfortable vacation stay were there. Parking was sufficient for our two small cars. It was great to meet our host, Vreni, at the end of our stay!
• Mateja007 (9/5): Superb - Great quiet place with kind owners, free parking. There is nothing to do in Stein, but close to Appenzell, St. Gallen. Local shop is close. We missed a big pan for five people 😁
• Caroline (9/5): Cozy and spacious stay - The location is great and in close proximity to Appenzell if you are driving with a car. The parking space was sufficient and check-in was easy! The 3 bedrooms was lovely and the living area was nice and spacious.
