L’agriturismo Lispusada è il luogo ideale per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, lontano dal caos. Siamo stati accolti da Federico, un padrone di casa impeccabile: sempre presente, disponibile e pronto a darci preziosi consigli su cosa visitare, dove mangiare e cosa evitare. In ogni momento ci ha supportati con gentilezza e discrezione, facendoci sentire davvero a casa. La struttura è meravigliosa, circondata dal verde, con spazi aperti perfetti per rilassarsi e godersi tramonti spettacolari. Il nostro appartamento, “Il Bandito”, era esattamente ciò che ci serviva: funzionale, accogliente e dotato di una cucina ben attrezzata. Il bagno diviso in due stanze, una con doccia e vasca e l’altra con sanitari e doppi lavandini, si è rivelato un dettaglio comodissimo soprattutto per quattro amici in viaggio insieme. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’autonomia offerta dalla reception sempre aperta, che ci permetteva di prendere qualcosa al bar in qualsiasi momento e saldare tutto comodamente a fine soggiorno. Nel complesso, una vacanza splendida in un luogo che unisce natura, comfort e accoglienza sincera. Le uniche due piccole note meno positive, che comunque non hanno rovinato affatto la nostra esperienza, riguardano la posizione e la colazione. La struttura è un po’ isolata: da un lato questo la rende perfetta per chi cerca calma e silenzio, dall’altro richiede di mettere in conto una sosta all’autolavaggio dopo i percorsi sterrati. Quanto alla colazione, pur essendo buona e completa, ci sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche prodotto fresco e tipico del territorio, che avrebbe reso l’esperienza ancora più autentica.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war einzigartig und der Kaffee vom Chef persönlich gebrüht. Toller Pool, Westausrichtung der Terrasse - jeden Abend ein herrlicher Sonnenuntergang. Federico hat uns mit Wissenswertem versorgt und alle Fragen und Wünsche beantwortet und erfüllt. Die Straße zur Unterkunft war wirklich eine „Piste“. 😁

Federico very friendly and nice guy. maybe the access for someone a little bit complicated ( especially in the night ), but we found the way without problems

• Alastair (10/5): A perfect rural getaway - Our stay at Lispusada Agriturismo was one of our most enjoyable during our time in Italy. The old, original hilltop property has been lovingly and sensitively restored and extended without unnecessary modernisation whilst providing everything required for quiet rest and relaxation. A pair of beautiful rooftop terraces overlook the surrounding countryside and idyllic swimming pool area, while the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our bed was the best we had during our time in Sardegna—just had to mention this as my husband had something negative to say about every other bed we encountered—and the breakfast spread was just perfect. The living area of the main property is made available for guest use, and we spent a tranquil evening there reading books on the sofa as the only guests that night (during low season). The real superlative goes to our host, Federico, who was helpful, kind, attentive, and seemed to oversee everything single handedly, including preparation of a wonderful breakfast each morning that included various salumi, cheese, mixed croissants, housemade fruit tarts and mini bruschetta, as well as yoghurts and fruit. His restaurant advice was excellent, as were his recommendations about local sightseeing options—we particularly enjoyed our day trip to the nearby island of Asinara. Lispusada Agriturismo was our final stay during a special holiday to mark our 20th anniversary—we would certainly recommend it for those seeking a somewhat remote, quiet destination, with enjoyable sights, amenities and restaurants within reasonable drives. The property can be reached from Olbia airport in about 1 hour 20 minutes, while Alghero is probably half that, so getting in and out with a rental car is easy.

The back terrace seating area was a bonus especially to just enjoy the beautiful sunset. Federico was a great host. The electricity got affected a few times due to the weather conditions and even the water. At one point it was out for 1.5hrs.. I presume this was due to the place running on an eco friendly structure which unfortunately if there is no back up solution can affect your stay.

Frederico and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommend! - I loved the zen feel of the property and the attention to detail, incorporating old with new. Many private secluded areas to enjoy. Having a pool was fantastic. Breakfast is homemade by Frederico, delicious! Sunset is absolutely beautiful. Cleaning of the rooms and emptying of rubbish is only done every 3rd day. We would have loved our bed made and rubbish collected daily.

The location is breathtakingly beautiful, the rooms are top notch, the airco was sublime at night. Breakfast was very fresh, delicious and homemade, but everyday exactly the same and not a broad choice. This is by and large compensated by the perfect service and kindness of the host and staff; if you need anything, Federico will try his best to get it for you.

The beach Rena Majore which is just 1km down the road is absolutely beautiful. The local restaurants in Pozzo San Nicola (Franco's and Antonio & Margherita) offer delicous food. • Lin (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing B&B on the top of a hill, but within 15 to 20 minutes' drive, you will reach some best beaches in Sardinia. The host Frederico is very welcoming, he gave us good recommendations on beaches and local restaurants. I enjoyed the pool a lot every day after the beach, and it was always fun to play with the labrador. 😀 Nothing. But if I need to say something, it will be the small road leading to the B&B. It was a bit challenging to drive there for the first time, but you will get used to it after a couple of rides.

Nicely renovated, great pool and superbe terraces for the sunset you will see there! Forget about la pelosa, you need to go to Rena major beach which is close to the property. And last but not least, the host Federico is super friendly and welcoming, he gave us the best tips for our stay. I travel a lot and already saw quite some B&B's but this one was positively different. Can absolutely recommend and would love to come again to this place.

This was the perfect place to stay for our holiday for complete relaxation. The facilities are superb and the views are fantastic. There are two great restaurants serving delicious food in the local village, Pozzo San Nicola, and I would recommend the Porcetto, out of this world!
