• Melanie (9/5): - Check-In mit Code für die Schlüsselbox hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet - der TV im Zimmer hatte sogar Netflix ;-) Frühstück war super und es wurde auch ständig wieder aufgefüllt! Der Weg zur Unterkunft bestand ziemlich lange nur aus Schotter und Schlaglöcher ;-)

• nicolas (10/5): - La décoration est super cosi, notre fenêtre donnait sur l'étendue sauvage et nous faisait nous sentir privilégiés. La literie était parfaite pour une nuit reposante. Nous avons pu échanger avec Marcia qui nous a donné des tips pour la suite de notre séjour et grâce à elle nous avons pu voir les fameux puffins. Si vous passez dans le coin, au bout de cette route gravillonnée, Lindarhóll saura parfaitement vous accueillir. Le petit déjeuner varié avec des produits locaux ( je me suis régalé) Une adresse à privilégier. Rien... tout était parfait!

N'hésitez pas à discuter avec la dame qui s'occupera de vous au petit déjeuner, elle vous partagera plein de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours !
• Julia (10/5): - Alles war super sauber, das Frühstück reichlich und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich lieb und hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Besonders der einladende Whirlpool und die beeindruckende Aussicht mitten im Nirgendwo haben den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung!

• Anna-Maria (8/5): Liebevoll eingerichtetes Gästehaus. - Zimmer sind sehr schön. Der Frühstücksraum liebevoll gestaltet. Die Ruhe. Leider hat es nicht geklappt, dass die Betten getrennt waren. Wir mussten den Topper entfernen, weil er nicht trennbar war und konnten dann die Betten trennen. Wir fanden ein frisches Laken, dass wir für das 2. Bett nutzen konnten. Durch den fehlenden Topper, waren die Betten unbequem.

• Michelle (2/5): We wouldn’t recommend this place. There are some many better places to stay for the price. are so many better places to - The property is in the middle of no where. The scenery is beautiful. Our room was so small. We couldn’t even open our suitcases as there wasn’t space. The floor is cold painted concrete. The shared bath was in the dining room so shared with everyone and it was tiny. The breakfast was just ok. No fresh fruit and some of the pastries were stale.

Wszędzie było czysto, ciepło i bardzo przytulnie. Śniadanie było po prostu pyszne. Czuliśmy się tam bardzo dobrze. Gorąco polecam każdemu! Wszystko było idealne, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń

• Petra (10/5): Nagyon aranyos kis szállás, ajánlom! - Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet. A szállás tiszta volt, a reggeli bőséges és finom! Összességében mindennel elégedett vagyunk!☺️ A megközelítése kicsit necces a sár miatt de ez is inkább csak az érkezéskor volt probléma, mert már sötét volt, nappal mikor belátod az egészet nem vészes!
• Anna (9/5): Awesome stay - A very cute guesthouse, newly refurbished, bright and clean. Also, we loved their hot tub, even under small rain, it was very nice to soak after a long day of exploring. The location is a little far from the main road but worth a drive. The woman who was preparing breakfast is very nice and open to talk. I would recommend! My boyfriend wished there was some meat (ham/beacon/sausages) options for breakfast, but other than pretty tasty.
• PHM (9/5): If you want this location, I recommend. - Nicely rebuild farmhouse, made all warm and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating and had a (long) welcome message with a lot of info right after booking. The location is remote. Within 30mins driving not much facilities to find. All gravel roads with even some large pools of mud, for which we had a 4x4. Not sure, if we with a non-4x4 would have passed this one. We stayed half of April, just a week after some late, heavy snowfall.
• James (10/5): Stunning remote stay in North East Iceland - What an incredible place to stay! The house was beautiful, the decor and furnishings were really tasteful and the whole place was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a real treat, with uninterrupted panoramic views of the mountains and countryside. The breakfast was a real treat too, especially after being in self catering properties for the last few days. Marcia, the housekeeper, was so helpful and accommodating, offering a wealth of knowledge about the amazing things to do in Iceland and just a real joy to talk to! Thank you Marcia! <3
• Stefano (10/5): Best Iceland guest house ever - Tutto è a livelli eccezionali soprattutto l’accoglienza di Martia che nonostante fossimo arrivati in anticipo causa maltempo ci ha accolto con gentilezza e disponibilità. Le camere sono comodissime l’arredamento è essenziale ma elegante i servizi come la vasca all’esterno sono superlativi, ci siamo goduti la campagna innevata con il caldissimo bagno con idromassaggio incluso. La colazione superlativa con tante varietà dolci e salate Su tutto l’accoglienza di Martia che oltre a rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto ci ha dato ottimi consigli per proseguire nel nostro giro sulla ring road in inverno. Grazie ancora Martia e per favore non cambiare e continua così! Niente. Raccomando solo attenzione nel raggiungere la guesthouse in inverno, in caso di forte nevicata potrebbe non essere semplice percorrere la strada sia all’arrivo che alla partenza.

Bouilloire, machine à café et micro-ondes à disposition. Jacuzzi possible. Délicate attention : un oeuf de Pâques nous attendait sur la table de la chambre! Grande disponibilité et extrême gentillesse de Mathia . L'emplacement un peu loin de la route n°1 est vite oublié, même pour une nuit!

If you are chasing the northern lights, this place is perfect because there is nothing to disrupt the view. Location is a bit far from main road but it didn’t bother us that much. Depends what you need

Durch die fehlende Lichtverschmutzung konnten wir im Pool liegend einen fantastischen Sternenhimmel über uns sehen. Später hatten wir noch Glück mit Nordlichtern. Die Betten waren super bequem und das Frühstück lecker.

• Giulia (9/5): Great experience - Beautiful location, super friendly and thoughtful staff. You can use the hot tub up to 22h, which was amazing. The room is also super cozy. Breakfast is a bit simple, but still very nice.
• Alex (10/5): New guesthouse with an awesome view of the stars at night - An absolutely beautiful guesthouse that appears to have been built very recently. The terrace on the second floor offers a stunning view of the stars, and you may even be able to see the Northern Lights. The bathroom is nice, but there is an electrical outlet without water protection, literally 50 cm from the open shower stall, which seems unsafe. By the way, the owner mentions this in the preliminary messages, but I will write it again - do not approach via road 925, continue along highway No. 1 - we saw this message when we arrived - the navigator will giuide you to road 925 in 100% of cases, and if you do not have a full-size SUV, or jeep, it will be difficult for you.

• Jennifer (10/5): - Ein wunderschönes Gästehaus mitten im Nirgendwo. Wer auf der Jagt nach Nordlichter ist, könnte hier Glück haben. Wir hatten Glück und durften, während wir im Whirlpool lagen die Nordlichter tanzen sehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super gemütlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

• Charlotte (9/5): Charmant - La maison est très belle, petite chambre mais chaleureuse et propre. Salle de bain partagée avec 3 autres chambres, petite mais propre aussi. Jacuzzi sur la terrasse, super chaud et très bon petit déjeuner buffet ! Pas de cuisine disponible pour se faire à manger le soir alors que le premier restaurant est à 30 minutes de route. Heureusement une bouilloire accessible quand même pour faire des plats lyophilisés.

Nous avons eu la maison entière pour nous donc très calme. Quand toutes les chambres sont occupées, cela est peut-être différent. Marcia que nous avons vu au petit déjeuner a été très sympathique et nous a aidé pour la suite de notre voyage. La maison est isolée, il faut le prendre en compte (15mn de piste) Chambre un peu petite, surtout la salle de bain

La struttura richiede un lungo viaggio solo su strade sterrate per essere raggiunta, e questo non viene in alcun modo menzionato. La mattina presto la responsabile inizia a preparare la colazione nella sala comune che è attaccata alle camere , in maniera molto rumorosa e con le cuffie nelle orecchie, incurante delle persone che dormono. Vasca Jacuzzi non era disponibile quando siamo arrivati.

• Julia (8/5): - Cozy and quiet place. All guests are required to take off the shoes, so it's really clean and feels as home. Designed with a lot of nice small details. Only 1h drive from/to Hafnarholmi (famous puffin observation point). Breakfast variety and quantity could be improved. Be aware of gravel road and take the correct path, according to hotel's instructions.

• Kerstin (5/5): Eine Nacht hätte uns gereicht. Die anderen Zimmer im OG sind deutlich größer, wie Gäste erzählten. - Stilvolles Interieur, gute Betten. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Auch die Eigentümer, die zufällig anwesend waren, waren sehr offen & empfahlen ein top Restaurant "nur# 30 km entfernt. War das nächstgelegene. Sehr kleines Zimmer im EG neben dem Frühstücksraum, dh wir hörten Spätanreisende & Frühstückszubereitung ab 6.30h. Dazu war das Anwesen nur über eine mehr als acht Kilometer lange Schotterpiste mit teils extremen Schlaglöchern zu erreichen. Sehr abgelegen.
• Karin (9/5): Sehr nette Gastgeber - Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war vegetarisch und das Brot konnte man frisch aufbacken. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos über ein Schlüssel-Schloß, was sehr praktisch war, weil wir erst spät in der Unterkunft ankamen. Es fehlten Haken um die Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Die Straße zur Unterkunft ist sehr holprig aufgrund der Schlaglöcher. Um in das Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer zu gelangen, muss man durch den Frühstücksraum gehen.

• Céline (3/5): l’expérience était mauvaise et nous ne retournerons pas dans cet établissement. - La décoration était très jolie. L’isolation phonique est très mauvaise, on entend tout! Le matin nous avons été réveillé dès 6h pas les bruits importants de la mise en place du déjeuner puis par les convives qui mangeaient. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussé avec tous les autres visiteurs qui passaient juste devant notre fenêtre, donc bruyant et peu intimiste à moins de fermer les rideaux. Ce Guesthouse est très loin de tout, avec 30 minutes de conduite sur une route non goudronnée, le restaurant le plus proche est donc très éloigné. Malgré cela, l’établissement n’offre pas la possibilité de cuisiner sur place ce qui rend le repas du soir peu agréable. La salle de bain commune est juste à côté de l’espace petit déjeuner, et est minuscule. Le sol est froid et il n’y a pas de chaussons à disposition des visiteurs.

• Julia (9/5): Wunderschöne und tolle Landschaft! - Schönes Haus mit wunderschöner moderner Einrichtung und Ausstattung! Super schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer auf die umliegenden Berge und Landschaft. Gemütliches Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Eigentlich nichts. Etwas längere Anfahrt über Schotterwege zum Haus, kein Problem für uns, wenn man dann die tolle idyllische Lage des Hauses in einer wunderschönen Landschaft sieht.
