• Hadia (1/5): À vos risques et périls - Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit. L’appartement ne ressemble pas aux photos. Il y a des cafards, des fourmis et d’autres insectes. L’appartement est délabré et sale. Le proprietaire est d’une mauvaise foi sans nom. Au moment du checkout il avait dit que nous serions remboursés des nuits restantes mais une fois le checkout réalisé, outre les insultes, il a tout simplement refusé. Booking est de son côté. D’ailleurs méfiez vous parce qu’en cas de problème, booking se range du côté des propriétaires. Le service client m’a gentiment expliqué que « nous ne pouvons rien faire si le propriétaire refuse de vous rembourser ». Malgré toutes les preuves que j’ai envoyées.

• Mario (5/5): The unit is below expectations so won’t stay there again. - The location, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Pool onsite. The condition as it doesn’t match what’s in the photos. cleanliness as it’s not professionally cleaned and lots of areas overlooked. The door handle broke on our second day there. The remote stopped working so struggled to operate tv, manager had a mouse to use. Microwave wasn’t working upon arrival. Manager replaced 3 days into our stay so had to keep buying food instead of eating food we had.
