• Stefanova (10/5): - Всичко беше перфектно. Много чист апартамент с всичко необходимо за престоя ни🥰Страхотен комплимент с бутилка вино и предоставено кафе. Напълно оборудван с прибори и съдове и отново всичко много добре поддържано и чисто. ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМ! Няма такова нещо
• Jutta (10/5): Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung - Die Wohnung liegt in fussläufiger Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum mit Restaurants und Cafés, das ist sehr angenehm. Sie ist geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet - genau wie auf den Fotos im Internet. Es ist an alles gedacht, auch kleine Dinge, die man sonst oft vermisst, wie eine Garderobe zum Aufhängen der Jacken. Auch für unser erstes Frühstück war gesorgt:)

• Krisztián (10/5): Tökéletes szállás és tulajdonos! - A belvárosban található a lakás, de csendes környéken. Minden van a közelben: élelmiszerüzlet, éttermek, kávézók. A lakás tágas, a felszereltség kitűnő, az ágy kényelmes. A házigazda, Giovanni szuper ember! Jó ár-érték arány. Csak mindenkinek ajánlani tudom!!! Köszönünk mindent Giovanni!!!!!
• Piret (9/5): It was really nice and open space apartment. Thank you, was really nice to stay there! - Contacted host and updated with our arrival time. He was on time and very supportive. I knew apartment is on first floor, it was totally out of our usual routine being on same level than people from street just behind the windows. Good is that window covers were working good and provided good privacy.

• Frank (10/5): Highly recommended. - Perfect for a couple. Parking was easy. Everything thing worked well. Friendly host. Housekeeping once a week was appreciated. Location was perfect to access town centre as well as the whole area of southern Calabria. Nothing.

Wine, water, coffee, tea, bisquits, apples, olive oil, herbs and more!!! Small things making big impression. We were more than happy to stay in this beautiful apartment. Giovanni extremaly helpful, always there for you. Thank you Giovanni!!!!!! Giving us a lift at the end of stay was the cherry on too 😍😁😍😁 Grazie mille!! There there is No such thing ;)

• ANDRII (7/5): - Квартира хорошая и расположена в тихом районе, автомобиль можно припарковать перед домом. Минус этого жилья - это слышимость сверху: Над спальней этой квартиры расположен санузел соседей сверху и Вы слышите очень громко как соседи сверху купаются в душе и ходят в туалет, постоянно смывая унитаз. В это время складывается впечатление, как будто ты живёшь в подвале под унитазом. Если остановиться на одну ночь, возможно это не будет проблемой.
• Sara (10/5): Wanderlust, il nostro nido per visitare la Calabria - Tutto. Appartamento ben arredato con tutti i confort, molto pulito e in una buona posizione con anche il parcheggio sotto casa. Il Sig. Giovanni è stato super accogliente e disponibile. Ci ha dato anche alcune dritte per alcune escursioni che volevamo fare. Nulla.

• Adelina (10/5): Wonderful accomodation - I totally recommend the Giovanni's apartment!There is nothing not to like it, location is central, you have shops,bars and restaurants near by, the apartment itself is very clean, exactly as described in the pictures, very spacious. The host is very generous and gave us water, biscuits, fruits and even a bottle of wine produced by him.It was very clean, all the amenities you need, iron, irontable,hairdryer, washing machine, everything that you think of is there.The neighbours are really nice, you can sit on a bench in front of the apartment and sense the jasmine's wonderful smell. Giovanni and his wife are very nice, people of trust that helped us so so much!Their human quality is high level!My only regret is that we did not spend so much time in Calabria as we would wish. N/A, everything was extraordinary

• Toni (10/5): The place to stay to get to know Lamezia Terme - Nicastro and the surrounding areas. - In addition to the standard offerings, the host has thought of everything that a guest might need - e.g. detergent, dishwashing liquid, condiments and seasoning items. Complimentary bottle of wine, brioche and fresh fruit were also provided. The apartment was well furnished and well located. We liked everything about the place. Nothing to improve on as far as I can see.
• Rosaria (10/5): Exceptional - The home was super comfy, roomy and very clean. The host Giovanni was very helpful and we enjoyed exploring this city. All the conveniences were just a few minutes walk and very handy.
