El sitio está completamente reformado, todo nuevo y muy cuidado, lo que hace que la estancia sea súper cómoda desde el primer momento. La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno casco urbano y a un paso de la playa del Castillo, ideal para moverse andando y disfrutar tanto del ambiente como del mar sin complicaciones. Además, la dueña es un encanto, muy cercana y atenta, de esas personas que hacen que te sientas como en casa desde que llegas. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable para una escapada en pareja. Inoltrala Sig. Natasha davvero fantastica, sempre disponibile, gentilissima e simpaticissima...... una garanzia questo host se devi soggiornare a Benidorm!! consigliatissimo!!!!!!!

• WILMER (8/5): Todo limpio - Todo limpio organizado y excelente. No servía el ascensor y tampoco lo han arreglado. Lleva un tiempo dañado y Tampoco avisaron que no servía. Cuando llegas ahí te encuentras q debes subir tus maletas lógicamente por las escaleras.
• ALEJANDRO (10/5): Estancia idónea de principio a fin - Estudio súper limpio, nuevo, con una cama grande y muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario disponible y en pleno centro con una ubicación excelente. El personal super amable, dispuesto en todo momento a cualquier duda, pregunta, etc… Ideal para pasar unos días con amigo/s o en pareja. Que el finde semana pasó demasiado rápido y nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo😂

Complementary bottle of water. Lift wasnt working, but did get assistance with luggage. so not a bad thing, just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

Very friendly and helpful apartment manager. Trouble checking in as the address is number 20, but you need to access number 19. Apart from that no complaints.

• Donna (9/5): Benners 😀 - The apartment was very clean, extremely comfortable bed and lovely bedding Shower room was huge, only enough hot water for 1 shower, had to wait about 20/25 mins for the boiler to warm up again but we didn't find it a problem Shower gel and hand wash provided Fabulous hair dryer for use Mercadona only 5/6 walk away Beach only 5 mins walk away Key box at apartment door, don't need to carry the key Hot/cold air-conditioning Large bottle of still water provided Lots of towels !!😁 Lots of crockery, pans, cutlery Right in the heart of the Old Town Very close to Tapa's Alley We got the bus from the airport (8€ per person ), the apartment was extremely difficult to find from the bus stop, ...you get off the bus in the NEW town, I think it would be beneficial for directions/landmarks to be given especially if haven't been to Benidorm before 🫣 The apartments DON'T HAVE NAME SIGNAGE, this made it more difficult to find, you DON'T enter the building from the address on here, we received an email giving the address on THE NEXT STREET (VERY CONFUSING) with front door code and key box code We stayed in the superior studio for 3 people..it states single beds but 2 are put together as a double bed, the other is a very comfortable chair that can be put into bed, (no space for it out tho ) the room is definitely not big enough for 3 people, we are 2 ladies (friends) who didn't mind the beds together...men might not like sleeping so close to a mate😆 Shortage of loo roll Need larger coffee/tea mugs Beware of the step going DOWN when entering the apartments, the sensor light should come when the main door is opened Lift not working
• Daniela (7/5): Good - The location is really good. The apartment was clean, there were lots of clean towels provided as well as shampoo/shower gel and washing up liquid. Comfortable bed. The owner was kind and helpful. There could have been more kitchen utensils, for example there are no scissors and no can opener. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. It would have been nice with a little night light by the bed so you could read (the spotlights in the ceiling are really bright). Also, the spotlight in the hallway kept flickering while turned off, whenever the other spotlights were turned on. Good to know: The door to the apartment lets in light whenever someone moves outside in the corridor. You only have access to Youtube on the television, no local tv channels.

• Allen (9/5): All round a great stay, in a very comfortable apartment 👌 - Very comfortable apartment loads of lovely fluffy towels, and just a 2 minute walk the bars and restaurants in the old town. There was nothing that I didn't like . The flat was beautifully situated, well equipped and an extra bonus it has a huge shower room.
