- Jonas (9/5): - Hervorragende Ferienwohnung mit außergewöhnlichem Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Sehr schöner Balkon bzw. Loggia mit Meerblick ! Traumhaft, kann mich nur den anderen Bewertungen anschließen.
- Heikki (6/5): Edellytykset erinomaiseen majoittumiseen, mutta puutteita oli liikaa - Asunto oli itsessään hyvä ja vastasi ilmoituksen kuvia. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä suhteessa uimarantaan. Pysäköintimahdollisuus oli erinomainen. Kun saavuimme asuntoon sovittuna aikana, asunto oli kokonaan siivoamatta. Siivoaminen järjestyi samana iltana, mutta se hidasti majoittumistamme merkittävästi. Siivoaminen tehtiin kovalla kiireellä ja se näkyi jäljessä. Esimerkiksi kahvinkeittimestä löytyi siivoamisen jälkeenkin seuraavana aamuna homehtunut vanha kahvisuodatin. Meille oli erityisen tärkeää, että vuokraamassamme asunnossa on pyykinpesukone, koska matkustimme yhteensä kolme viikkoa autolla ja majoitus täällä oli keskimmäisellä viikolla. Pesukone asunnossa oli meille keskeinen valintakriteeri loma-asunnolle Pelzerhakenissa. Ajatuksena oli, että pesemme ensimmäisen lomaviikon pyykit oleskelumme aikana ja puhtaat vaatteet riittäisivät myös kolmannen lomaviikon tarpeisiin. Tämä ei toteutunut, vaikka Bookingin ilmoituksessa oli selvästi kerrottu, että mukavuuksiin kuuluu pyykinpesukone! Talossa oli kyllä pyykinpesukone, mutta se sijaitsi lukitussa tilassa, johon omistaja ei pyynnöstä huolimatta järjestänyt meille avainta. Tämä asia laski arviotamme kohteesta selvästi, koska omistaja ei saa johtaa vuokraajaa harhaan ilmoittamalla pyykinpesukoneesta, vaikka hänellä oli ennakkoon tiedossa, että se ei ole meidän käytettävissä. Omistaja ei tarjonnut meille mitään hyvitystä tästä puutteesta, vaikka viestittelimme pitkään ongelmasta.
