• Zdeněk (2/5): - I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the stay at Red Roof Joliet from May 2nd to May 3rd, 2026. As discussed with the lobby staff both last night and during check-out this morning, we encountered unacceptable and unsanitary conditions in two of our booked rooms (210 and 217). ​Specifically, we documented the following issues: ​Room 210: The carpet was extremely dirty, with what appeared to be vomit stains. Furthermore, the bathroom walls were covered in mold, and there were visible spots of blood in the bathtub. ​Room 217: Both beds had plastic mattress covers that were heavily infested with mold. The overall cleanliness of the room was also far below acceptable standards. ​These conditions were completely inappropriate for guest accommodation and have seriously compromised our professional reputation with our clients. ​The staff on duty at the lobby acknowledged these issues and informed us that a report was being forwarded to your attention.

• Samy Mahdi (10/5): We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Rob en Julia! - Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Julia en Rob! Het is een heel gastvrij en aardig stel. Met alles heel bereidwillig om het verblijf aangenaam te maken voor hun gasten. Het heeft het een heel mooi vrij uitzicht op de pistes aan de overkant van de berg. Iets verderop, 20 minuutjes met de auto, is nog een mooi gebied om te skiën/snowboarden/wandelen. Wel dan sneeuwkettingen bij je hebben. Bad Kleinkirchheim is een gezellig met allemaal leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. De accomodatie heeft een gezellig knusse ruimte om te ontbijten of tussen door te chillen. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk: lekkere warme verse, verschillende soorten, broodjes. Elke ochtend vraagt Julia of ze een eitje voor je kan bereiden: heerlijke omelet, scrambled etc. Koffie ook erg lekker. Kortom een heerlijk begin van de dag! Fijne moderne kamers, wij hadden een gemoderniseerde kamer. Rob biedt de skigasten aan om ze naar de piste te brengen en/of te halen. Superservice! Er verblijven verschillende nationaliteiten, maakt het extra leuk. Met verschillenden een leuke ervaring gehad. Ik zou zeggen als je de kans krijgt om hier te verblijven, zeker doen. Wij komen zeker terug als we weer in deze omgeving zijn!

Struttura silenziosa e pulitissima, letti comodi e piumini come da tradizione austriaca. Interni di recente ristrutturazione. Bellissima vista sulle piste e sulla città, stanze riscaldate benissimo con riscaldamento a pavimento. Bagno non molto grande, ma senza alcun problema. Possibilità di parcheggio comodo. Posizione ideale, si possono raggiungere il centro e tutte le attrazioni comodamente con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Mancanza di ripiani per appoggiare le cose in camera e in bagno. Forse un paio di comodini e una piccola scrivania farebbero comodo.

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Nochmals vielen Dank!

Das reichhaltige Frühstück wird liebevoll angerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber Julia und Rob sind sehr nett und geben gern Auskunft über mögliche Aktivitäten.
