• Boje (10/5): Schön eingerichtet , sauber , und ruhig . Komme gerne wieder. - Schön gelegen , man sieht sogar etwas vom Rhein durch eine Häuserlücke. Es gibt Sitzplätze in der Sonne , und auch im Schatten. Hatte jetzt zum 2 x diese Ferienwohnung. Geruchsspender im Treppenhaus , und im Flur der Ferienwohnung waren für mich extrem . Als Berufskoch habe ich nun mal eine feine Nase , da kommt künstlicher Geruch nicht so gut an .... Ein leichter Lavendel - oder Rosenduft wäre ja Ok , aber...

• Marlene (9/5): Very pleasant. - Very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the balcony and a little bit of a view of the river. We had to constantly remind ourselves to take the key as the door will lock automatically and without a key you will be locked out of the property.

• Doris (8/5): Wir hatten tolles Wetter, tolle Lage. - Bis auf eine normale Kaffeemaschine war alles vorhanden. Super schön eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich, Aschenbecher und Sitzecke waren etwas schmuddelig. Wir haben gefroren, da die Heizung nicht lief.
• Isabella vom Rhein (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden - Sehr schöne Lage im beschaulichen Filsen und fast direkt am Rhein. Kostenlose, öffentliche Parkmöglichkeit am Rheinufer in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung. Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Platz. Unkomplizierter Check in/Check out durch Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselkasten mit Zahlencode. Balkon mit etwas Blick auf den Rhein. Der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld sehr schnell, ausführlich und freundlich auf meine Fragen geantwortet. Leider war die Wohnung bei Ankunft sehr kalt. Obwohl alle Heizkörper aufgedreht wurden - und das musste leider sein - wurde sie auch während des viertägigen Aufenthaltes nicht so warm, wie wir es gerne gehabt hätten. Besonders im Bad war das etwas unangenehm. Das Geschirr müsste vielleicht einmal komplett inspiziert werden. Ich habe leider einige Tassen und Teller mit Kaffee- bzw. Essensresten aus dem Schrank geholt, es fühlt sich dann nicht so schön an, wenn man Geschirr vor der Benutzung erst einmal sicherheitshalber spülen muss :( ein großes Holzbrett war voller Brotkrümel. Der Tisch auf dem Balkon war mit einer dicken Straßenstaubschicht bedeckt und der Aschenbecher zwar geleert, aber total schmutzig.

• Anja (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz, um auch mal selbst kochen zu können. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus tolle Wanderungen unternehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Osterspaier Langhalsweg. Auch die Fähre nach Boppard ist nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt.

• Isabell (9/5): - Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen , liebevoll eingerichtet. Im Haus gibt viele Duftsprüher . Das fanden wir persönlich unangenehm. ( Kopfschmerzen) . Das Haus hat wohl Feuchtigkeitsprobleme. Die Kaffeemaschine hat eine 3/4 Stunde gebraucht um einmal durchzulaufen. Diese muss dringend entkalkt werden. Der Senceowassertank sieht leider auch nicht sauber aus.

• Adam (8/5): Very good - Very nice and spacious appartment with fully equipped kitchen. Despite being very close to train station and main road, noise was not a problem at all. Just tiny little cons if you are planning on using a living room as additional bedroom: - the additional bed in the living room could have been a bit bigger although worst case scenario, there is also a big sofa, which looked comfy - the pillows were somewhat strangely inflated and uncomfortable. I did not use them after the first night. - as it is, there is no wardrobe or closet in the living room to put your things there, only in the main bedroom.
• Christopher (10/5): A really Excellent place to stay - Weve stayed in gites , holiday cottages and apartments all around the U.K. and many European countries and never seen such a well set out and comprehensively equipped apartment with everything in it first rate. It has obviously been recently refurbished to a very high standard and everything including the kitchen sink, dishwasher and all the fitted units and all other furniture are pristine - and it’s really thoughtfully equipped from the washing machine and tumble drier in the basement to the bathroom toiletries , the little safe in the bedroom wardrobe and a big plasma telly in both the sitting room and room There lots of of plates , cups , saucers and other cutlery and crockery enough to feed a small army , let alone a family of four . Bedrooms well appointed and comfy bed. S Excellent location for central Rhine gorge 2 supermarkets 5 min drive and shop and bar/ bistro in village itself . Should you ever venture this way to explore the Rhine Gorge it’s well worth seeing if it’s available . Super shower room Everything spotlessly clean Nothing to dislike . Couldn’t fault it .
