In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. - HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED in the price and will be charged according to consumption. - FOR CLEANING we have two options: 1) We'll take care of it at the price of €15 up to 3 nights or €30.00 from 4 nights up; 2) You take care of it, but you will have to leave the apartment clean, otherwise you will be charged a supplement; - BED OR BATH LINEN, if you want to enjoy your holiday and travel light, you can rent them on site at a cost of EUR 5 per person for the first set of towels and EUR 10 per person for the first set of sheets.
