• Marina (1/5): Todo fue mal con el anfitrión desde antes de conocerlo. - El alojamiento está muy bien pero no merece la pena por la falta de intimidad. Todo fue mal con el anfitrión desde antes de conocerlo. La comunicación por teléfono y por whatssap era pésima y ya demostró ser muy maleducado. Las indicaciones para llegar al alojamiento no eran correctas (estaba en otra parte totalmente diferente del pueblo) y nos lo hizo saber tras un buen rato dando vueltas. Al llegar al alojamiento, que es como en las fotos y está realmente bien, llegamos y estuvo 30 minutos explicándonos normas de la casa como si estuviéramos en un régimen militar (desde como hacer el compost hasta que no cerráramos la puerta de la casa con llave). Tiene una forma de hablar condescendiente y paternalista hacia las mujeres (viajamos 9 chicas de 30 años), mandándonos a callar y evadiendo nuestras preguntas. Movía nuestras pertenencias personales de sitio sin nuestro permiso (el lavadero y la zona de tender la ropa son comunes) No lo volvería a repetir ni se lo recomendaría a nadie.
• Karen (9/5): Amazing Gem - Jose was a perfect host. He met us on arrival and helped us to navigate our way around. He offered great information for tours and dining places. The place is modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. The location was great - quiet street, view of the ocean from patio and an easy walk to food, shopping, coffee and much more. We look forward to coming back again.

• Kimberly (10/5): Love the views. Love the location. Would stay again. - Jose met us and gave us general directions on where to pick up lunch as we had arrived early. He was very helpful and allowing us to leave our luggage so we could travel around. His recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Also we found the accommodations, very clean and appreciated all of the insight he shared.

• Giller (10/5): We would stay again - It had a nice porch we used in the mornings and evenings. the beds were comfortable. Jose made us reservations for the hanging bridges.
• jim (8/5): very enjoyable - nice location to a nearby restaurant ,easy walk to town, quiet, lots of room great bathrooms, kitchen and veranda the site info on the website did not match the actual so fortunately the owner was able to get that sorted out with our driver fairly quickly.
• Kenneth (7/5): Second location was closer to restaurants, central town. Helpful to have laundry access. - House was roomy, comfortable with adequate kitchen/ bath space. Showers were large. Laundry facilities were wonderful. Nice patio for relaxing, watching sunsets. It took several texts/calls to Jose to get the house location and key dropoff, making for a stressful time coming into town late in the afternoon. There are at least two house locations, and google maps was unable to pinpoint the given address on the first one. Price changed twice.
• Mireille (9/5): Knappe grote woning - Het huis was niet die, die op de foto's van Booking werd getoond, maar de vervanging die we kregen van de host was voortreffelijk. Het huis was zeer ruim met ruime slaapkamers en badkamer. Volledige keuken, groot terras aan de voorzijde van het huis. Dit huis had ook alle faciliteiten, zoals het andere huis zou hebben gehad. Goede locatie. De organisatie van de trips werd door de host gedaan. Dat was top! De prijs die op Booking werd vermeld was 80 USD, dat bleek een vergissing van Booking, zei de host. We betaalden uiteindelijk 280 USD voor het huis dat we kregen. 80 USD was abnormaal en veel te laag voor hetgeen we kregen. De reactietijd van de host viel ons tegen. Soms moesten we enkele dagen wachten op antwoord. Al de rest was fantastisch.
• Zbigniew (3/5): I do not recommend this place - The house is relatively new, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a possibility of using a washing machine. A house with an idea, but the execution of this idea is poor, e.g. for 10 people there is one bathroom with an area of ​​1.5 m2. For 1 hour there was a search for the entrance key to the house. One of the rooms was not prepared to receive guests. If you can say something bad about a place, then this place meets all these conditions with a surplus.

• Filipe (9/5): Excelente casa em Monteverde - A casa está muito bem equipada. Tem tudo o que é preciso é com grande qualidade. Tem 4 quartos o que é incrível!! O processo de reserva. Reservei no booking com um valor mas o proprietário disse que havia um erro no preço e cobrou o dobro do que estava anunciado.

• Alfredo (9/5): Casa sobresaliente - La casa muy cómoda y amplia, dispone de todas las comodidades y servicios y electrodomésticos necesarios. El contacto con los dueños no fue directo, sólo por wassap.
• Frank (9/5): Host was accommodating, place was very clean. Rooster dampened the stay a bit - Breakfast not provided, but had all the appliances and dishes needed We were awakened at 4:25 am by a rooster who continued to sing for an hour. Made for an early morning we were not that happy about

Ammobiliato in stile moderno con molti optional, cucina con tutto il necessario per preparare qualsiasi cosa (anche friggitrice ad aria). IMac a disposizione! Zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Consigliatissimo Purtroppo in uno dei due bagni (spaziosi e moderni) non funzionava l'acqua calda. Nonostante la segnalazione la persona che è venuta a verificare il malfunzionamento non è stata in grado di risolvere il problema. Peccato
