- DANIELE (6/5): Soddisfacente ma mi aspettavo un po’ di più - Lo spazio per tutti I letti non soddisfacenti: per i materassi, il cigolio delle strutture e la loro lunghezza. Assenza lavatrice e per stendere qualche indumento ad asciugare. Frigorifero piccolo, senza luce e con supporto per bottiglie rotto.

- Mads (6/5): Tired appartment on a fantastic location - Fantastic location at the lift and the piste. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The check-in procedure was cumbersome, first we had to walk 1.5 km to an office where we were given soap, after which we went back to the apartment, where we had to wait for manual key delivery and deposit payment. The apartment was "tired" in every way. There were no wine glasses (1 white wine glass and 1 red wine glass for 6 people), and the kitchen facilities were inadequate and worn out.
- Shahid (8/5): Brilliant location and the potential of being excellent if refurbished.. - Brilliant location.Staff excellent and caring particularly the host’s daughter Camilla. Property needs to be refurbished particularly kitchen and one room that is attached to the main room should have an additional heater as it can get cold!
- David (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect location few meters from cabin lift Cassana. The apartment is spacious and has own separate entrance with private place for ski and heating for skiboots. Quiet place. The apartment needs renovation soon, for now only one bathroom is after renovation. Movement on the bed is very noisy and the cabinets are without shelves so you almost no space where to store your clothes.
- Ivan (1/5): Bad - We were staying in an apartment with 3 bedrooms Casa Scialket. The apartment had a great location, close to the ski cabin, but that is it for the pros. The apartment was not kept in a good condition, the furniture was old, the beds and the mattresses were used up and squeaky. A significant issue was a missing heating in one of the rooms, where the discomfort in -20 °C temperature became a serious problem. The apartment was listed as having WiFi available. It took 4 days and numerous complaints to get it working. Besides that, the apartment had huge clumps of dust around it and one of the bathrooms had visible signs of mould. The apartment is managed by the agency .... . During a personal conversation with a representative, where I pointed out all these issues, I was promised that after I send them an email, they will get back to me. It has been a month and so far I have not received any communication, except for a “reassurance” that the email has been forwarded to someone higher. The agency tries to give an impression of professionals but it clearly refuses to deal with my situation. I am very disappointed that my stay has went as described above and I am sure I won’t use this agency again.
