• PIERRE (8/5): Très bon séjour à Tokyo au départ de cet appartement avec le métro pas loin, des petits commerces et restaurants. - Très propre, spacieux, très bien situé, calme Peu de choses pour cuisiner , manque d’explications sur le fonctionnement , les poubelles, le tri, climatisation par exemple. Pour les étrangers tout est compliqué. Il manque de la convivialité , petit mot d’accueil par exemple.

• Lunhu (10/5): Immaculate and spotless clean place, a gem! - The place seems newly renovated and is spotlessly clean! The apartment is actually quite big but it is unique. There is a whole section with floor to ceiling bookshelves, and a spiral staircase down to a cellar with more shelves. I wish the host can stack some books and decorations on those shelves to make it more homey, right now it's all empty. In fact that section can be made into a study room or another bedroom, it's so unique but right now it's a bit of waste. AC is in every room and bed are very comfortable. 9 min walk to subway and 15 min walk to busy commercial center so location is great. All in all well worth the money! Also, there is a huge terrace on rooftop, I wish host cna provide some table/chairs and umbrella on that rooftop, but it's empty and clean... :) Not much, This one is almost perfect, the PDF I got has all the detail but the lockbox is tied to a pipe , so in the dark it took me a while to figure out how to open and get the key. wish they can use something simpler and also in a illuminated location. Also, it's on 3rd floor so took some effort to get all the suitcase up there. Not suitable for elders.
