• LYNNE (5/5): - You can't fault the position of the apartment or the views. The layout was good. They returned our deposit promptly. There were a couple of irritating problems with the apartment. The Internet didn't work initially and we had the impression the agents thought it was operator error, it wasn't. It was back, after plenty of nagging by my son and his partner, after a couple of days. The intercom didn't work, which because we had family visiting often, was very inconvenient. We had problems with the lock into the apartment which was a big problem for me. My husband and son could manage it but I couldn't get in on my own.

Polecam Brak transferu z lotniska, a miał być w cenie (właściciel nie poczuwał się do rewanżu nawet żeby dać nam butelkę wina, cokolwiek, bo w nocy zostaliśmy postawione w sytuacji że musimy radzić sobie same i dojechać jakoś do apartamentu, żadnego wolnego Ubiera ani Taxi nie było, więc pojechałyśmy ostatnim autobusem) Naszykowana pościel i łóżko na 2 osoby, a były nas 3 osoby, więc słabo (pościeli oczywiście dodatkowej nie było)

• Veronica (5/5): The whole payment process is a mess. They charge you separately from the Booking platform, which is concerning. They als - In terms of proximity to the beach, the location is fine. The views are quite nice of the sea with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and separate bedroom. The apartment itself has a nice atmosphere and is well decorated. Air conditioning works well. Zero noise control through the single pane windows. A festival takes place at plaza Topete immediately in front of the apartment; noise levels reached 90 decibels until 4AM. Something to bear in mind if you like to sleep. Also, it’s not that clean. There was dust and hair on the floor when I arrived and sand in the shower.

Ideally suited for both eating out and self caterering. Bars and local shops very close by. Easy access to the beach and good sightseeing opportunities.

• Mounir (9/5): Great place! - The fantastic view and the location are great. It's only a few minutes to the beach and around 10 minutes to the city. We didn’t have internet the first day; however, the owner switched the modem the day after, which was very helpful and it worked perfectly. The bed and pillows are too soft. The neighbors are loud sometimes; we can hear them through the walls. PS: It's not bad, but we had to pay a 250€ deposit, which was refunded to us later on

• Gabor (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very nice, helpful and flexibil about the check in and out times Excellent property, I would say very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 childrens. Excellent locations, a small shop and a cafe just 1 minutes, basically in the building, playground in the front of. Beach and the entrance of the Santa Barbara castell 5 minutes, Turibus and city centre 6, and a supermarket just only 15 minutes walk. We spent a very nice 6 days, and come back next year!

• Philip (2/5): Very poor - Location is excellent. Lack of adequate air-conditioning. Appartment is advertised as having air-conditioning. A stand alone machine is located in the living room. It barely copes with this room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms are totally inefficient. The result is a very uncomfortable night -impossible to sleep. This situation should be clear in the appartment description.
