• Alex (7/5): Modest - - Comunicarea cu Alexandros foarte rapida si utila, este foarte prietenos, raspunde foarte repede via Whatsapp si chiar si la ore tarzii. - Recenziile pe care le cititi de la alti oameni sunt de la oameni fandositi. Cazarea este fix ca in poze, nimic mai mult nimic mai putin. Tot orasul este unul istoric cu majoritatea cladirilor construite la 1862. Nu va asteptati sa gasiti lux intr-o astfel de cladire, dublati bugetul si puteti merge la 3-4 stele la hotel. C - Camera noastra a avut tot ce a fost necesar pentru a locui 1 saptamana. Cand am ajuns era foarte curat si mirosea foarte bine a solutii de curatenie. Asternuturi curate si foarte placute, prosoape curate, ca noi. Include vesela, tigai etc. - Doamna de la curatenie este foarte prietenoasa, este acolo ziua si va poate oferi tot ce aveti nevoie daca cereti. Orice aveti nevoie puteti sa-i scrieti lui Alexandros pe whatsapp si va rezolva. Unii de pe aici au pretentii mult prea mari. - Nu am avut asteptari mai mari decat ceea ce am vazut in poze si ma consider multumit de sejurul aici. Consider ca pretul cerut e potrivit pentru ce se ofera. - Pozitionarea cazarii e superba, 3 minute pana in centrul Afitosului unde sunt toate restaurantele si barurile. Pana la plaja din Afitos recomand deplasarea cu masina pentru ca e un deal de 800m de urcat si dupa o zi de soare, e cam greu. Plaja din Afitos are parcare, dar va recomand mai mult sa faceti 2km pana la plaja din Khalitea, e mai ok. - La proprietate pe langa cele 2-3 locuri de parcare ale proprietatii, mai sunt posibile inca 3 locuri de parcare fix langa, sau 1 loc de parcare pt o masina mica in fata proprietatii. E imposibil sa nu gasesti un loc de parcare in zona. Zona nu e foarte circulata deci puteti sta linistiti ca masina nu pateste nimic. - Se mentioneaza ca exista 3 locuri de parcare la proprietate, intr-adevar, exista un spatiu de parcare, dar nu pentru 3 masini. Poate 3 masini mici, dar 3 masini normale incap foarte greu si e imposibil sa mai iesi din ele fara sa atingi cu portiera. Preponderent, incap lejer 2 masini, dar sunt unii clienti care se cazeaza aici si cand vad ca nu mai sunt locuri de parcare langa proprietate, incep sa faca scandal in fata pensiunii, ca parcarea e pentru 3 masini si ei nu au loc sa-si bage masina. Eu as recomanda sa se mentioneze faptul ca sunt 2 locuri de parcare astfel sa nu se mai certe nimeni cu nimeni. - Dat fiind faptul ca e o constructie traditionala, usile si geamurile sunt din lemn. Izolatia fonica e inexistenta, se aude foarte tare orice de afara. Am avut ghinionul ca 3-4 nopti la rand sa se adune la discutii niste tineri in terasa de la intrarea in proprietate, unde exista o canapea si prize. Nu stiu daca acestia erau cazati acolo (nu cred ca erau), dar veneau in fiecare seara pe la 12 noaptea si stateau la povesti in gura mare pana pe la 2-3-4, acolo pe canapea cu telefoanele la incarcat. Recomandarea mea ar fi sa se renunte la canapeaua aia de acolo ca nu mai doarme nimeni.

Consiglio al cordialissimo proprietario di rimettere tutto a nuovo, dotare di un angolo cottura confortevole e dotato di quanto necessario effettivamente ad uno o più pernottamenti. Fatte queste migliorie può pure aumentare un poco il prezzo a notte.

• M. (10/5): Great place for a really good price ! - Nice apartment, very close to the centre of Afytos. It has everything you might need and it was clean when we got there ! Signal on the tv was bad on some channels and the bathroom didn't have a really good drain , water tended to pool inside . Other than that it was really good !

• Konstantinou (10/5): Amazing stay and affordable - It was very close to the beach and center, perfect for what I wanted to do the days I was in Afitos had a comfortable bed. Tv and fridge with hot running water for showers after the beach. Also a nice outdoor area to have coffee and enjoy the out doors Nothing really stood out that I didn’t like

• Βαλεντινα (4/5): Η τιμή ήταν υψηλή ενώ οι παροχές ήταν κακές - Η τοποθεσία Δεν ήταν καθαρά και μύριζε μούχλα το μπάνιο κ δε λειτουργούσε ο εξαερισμός του μπάνιου. Σεντόνια πετσέτες δεν ήταν καθαρές ζητήσαμε αλλαγή.

• Nicole (1/5): - Din păcate, experiența noastră nu a fost deloc conform așteptărilor. Cazarea este mult prea scumpă pentru condițiile oferite. În poze pare decentă, dar realitatea este alta: spațiul este sărăcăcios, neîngrijit și lasă mult de dorit la capitolul curățenie și confort. Mobilierul este vechi și uzat, iar unele facilități prezentate online fie lipsesc, fie nu funcționează corespunzător. Se vede clar că nu s-a investit în întreținere sau renovare, iar raportul calitate-preț este complet dezechilibrat. Nu recomand această locație celor care caută o cazare plăcută și confortabilă – există opțiuni mult mai bune în aceeași gamă de preț.

• Gosheva (10/5): Perfect place to stay! - Our stay was very convenient and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was just perfect in a small silent street with very nice view of the village. Alexandros was very kind, helpful and responsive host. Trully recommend this place to stay while visiting Afitos. Everything was great!

• Dushica (10/5): - I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alexandros Apartments and it was a realy pleasure. The place is comfortable, clean, quiet and enjoyable. Our stay was as comfortable as possible. Location is very good beacuse is near to the beach, center and everything else :) For sure we will return to Alexandros Apartments on our next visit. Highly recommended! :)

• Goluza (1/5): Disaster - Nothing positive The aparment is very bad. The toilet was a disaster, it was clogged, the whole toilet flooded after taking a bath, it smelled very bad, there were insects. In general, it's bad and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

• Stefan (4/5): Could be much better. - The staff was kind. The location is nice, in the heart of the small town. Here is our kind feedback. Poor WiFi connection in the apartment. The bathroom was never clean because of the poor floor drain - either fills with water or when open stinks a lot. No wardrobe. Parking places too small and unmarked. A mirror in the room would improve the enteriror and keep you away from the tiny one in the bathroom. Uncomfy bed.
