• Natalia (10/5): - Квартира очень комфортная и уютная - было ощущение, как будто находишься дома. Полностью соответствует описанию, а в реальности даже оказалась просторнее, чем на фотографиях. Много свободного места и удобных зон для хранения вещей. Кровать удобная, в квартире чисто и очень тепло. Порадовал хороший напор воды и стабильная температура. В ванной всё было в порядке, без каких-либо неприятных запахов. Расположение тоже отличное: рядом есть магазины, аптеки и кафе, недалеко метро, а до Красного парка можно дойти примерно за 20 минут. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяина - Заза очень приятный, дружелюбный и отзывчивый человек. Всегда был на связи, быстро помогал с любыми вопросами. Было очень приятно с ним общаться, огромная ему благодарность за доброе отношение в течение всего времени пребывания! Остались очень довольны проживанием, с радостью рекомендуем!

• Liudmila (10/5): Наше лучшее решение о бронировании - Мы были семьей - двое взрослых и ребенок. Квартира полностью подходит для длительного проживания (мы были почти 3 недели). Мы были весной и на улице были прохладные дни, но в квартире есть отопление и было тепло. Район хороший, недалеко метро и все необходимые магазины, рядом несколько детских площадок (актуально для людей с детьми). Для нашего маленького ребенка предоставили детскую кроватку и стульчик для кормления. Заза прекрасный хозяин, он был всегда на связи и помогал нам по любым вопросам. Мы очень рады, что выбрали именно это место для проживания в Тбилиси. Я бы посоветовала апартаменты Зазы друзьям и сами, когда приедем снова - надеемся бронировать именно тут. У нас не было никаких проблем во время проживания.

• Natalia (10/5): - Отличная локация — всё рядом и удобно добираться. Очень удобная кровать, что для меня было особенно важно. В квартире тепло, чисто и уютно, чувствуется, что за жильём хорошо следят. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и быстро отвечает на вопросы. Заселение прошло легко и без проблем. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова.

• Victor (10/5): - Заза, очень гостеприимный и радушный хозяин. Встретил у подъезда. Всегда был на связи. Квартира очень тихая, поскольку окна выходят во двор и нет шумных соседей. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Косметическое состояние хорошее. Нет никаких неприятных запахов. Во время следующей поездки в Тбилиси, планирую остановиться здесь.

• Ksenija (10/5): A very pleasant stay - + A spacious apartment that has everything necessary for a stay of 10 days, as long as I was in Tbilisi. + There are shops, exchange offices, cafes, restaurants in the surroundings. + The owner is very friendly. During my stay in the Zaza apartment, I did not come across a single negative thing. The whole stay was very pleasant, both in the apartment and in Tbilisi.

Good location in Saburtalo with bus stop next to the building, a lot of amenities around - Carrefour supermarket, Gym, Co-working, TBC bank branch etc. Quiet apartment with balcony and windows into inside yard - no noise from busy Tbilisi streets.
• Kizzy (7/5): Good - The size and facilities were ok, not wonderful, but ok. The owner is a super nice guy and helpful. But you will get what you pay for. Lesson learned. None of the previous reviews cared to mention that the building is old and the entrance is not so openly available from the main street, especially if you have big luggage. The a/c is only in the living room, not the bedroom. In summer days, it can get hot inside.

It is 1 minute from a very big Carrefour supermarket.Bus stops are just outside. I developed a medical emergency and they looked after me from the beginning to the end ; where to go, the transport involved, interpreting to the doctor and reception for paying the clinic,taking me back to the apartment,all with the best of Georgian hospitality ( refusing gifts or payment from me)Thanks zaza,you're WONDERFUL.

Two large Carrefour shops within 5 min walk. Bus stop right across the house. Flat is large and comfortable. Big tree shades from sun. None
• Egor (10/5): Wonderful apartment that suits for remote work and a very kind host. - Zaza is a wonderful host, he met me and shown the way to the apartment so arrival was very smooth. Apartment has everything you need including a solid table for those who need a workplace and a great kitchen. About 100 metres away from the building you will find a huge supermarket "Carrefour", probably one of the largest in Tbilisi. The neighbourhood is quiet and cozy. Zaza is living in the same building and always willing to help. Definitely would stay again. The internet speed is not the greatest, it will be sufficient for calls and coding, but uploading/downloading large files will be a bit challenging.
