• Ilaria (10/5): Sentirsi a casa! - Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Valentina dal 7 al 12 Aprile e ci siamo trovati benissimo, se dovessimo tornare a Lanzarote prenoteremmo sicuramente qui! Ivan é una persona squisita, super disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire a casa! L’appartamento é super carino, anche più accogliente rispetto alle foto, pulito, organizzato, dotato di tutto il necessario (ci siamo tagliati un piede sugli scogli e c’erano persino acqua ossigenata, disinfettante e cerotti!) Posizione strategica permette di arrivare a nord e a sud dell’isola in 30/45 minuti. Il paese è piccolo ma ha tutto, bar, ristoranti, farmacia, panetteria etc. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio, CONSIGLIATISSIMO!
• Suzanne (10/5): Friendly, peaceful and relaxing - with the perfect amount of sunshine. - Our host Ivan was friendly and helpful and on arrival met us to hand over the keys. We liked that the apartment had private parking. The apartment was modern with a well provisioned kitchen and bathroom. The bed was really comfy and the kitchen was a dream to use. Tias was an excellent place to stay - it felt peaceful and safe. It was an easy to walk to local shops like HiperDino and has a reliable bus service; the fuel station was also situated close by. All touristy type sites on the islands were easily accessible with use of hire car. We had a fantastic stay and would holiday there again. We cannot think of anything which would make this better.
• Andrew (8/5): We had a lovely break at Ivan’s apartment. It was peaceful and away from the tourist bustle. We would certainly stay aga - It was well equipped and in a quiet area which was just what we wanted. Ivan was a super host and immediately attended to any issues. Everything was fine
• Medina (10/5): Increíble, equipado con todo, tranquilo y super limpio. - Me gustó todo, el propietario fue muy amable, todo estaba MUY LIMPIO, bonito, ordenado, super bien equipado, la ubicación, la tranquilidad. Un alojamiento para recomendar, por todo ello y por la ubicación (céntrico en la isla, cerca del aeropuerto…) perfecto. Muy contentos, muchísimas gracias. No hay nada que no me gustase.

• Alexander (10/5): Sehr gute Ferienwohnung - Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen, geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit toller Terasse. Die Lage ist sehr gut für Inselausflüge geignet und abseits dem Haupttourismusstrom.

• Simona (10/5): Soggiorno in pieno relax - In tanti anni di viaggio raramente ho trovato appartamenti cosi carini e comodi, ma soprattutto la cordialità di Ivan ci ha veramente fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Appartamento pulitissimo, super attrezzato in ogni cosa anche di più di quello che ci si aspetta. Cucina con tutto quello che serve per preparare cibi, stanza da letto comodissima con una tv enorme. Letti comodi, bagno grande e con tutto il necessario. Posto auto davanti la proprietà,terrazzino esterno privato con lettini per rilassarsi e un tavolo per poter mangiare. Tranquillità e silenzio assoluto...Ivan super host...ci ha aiutato in tutto ed è stato super gentile,così come i suoi famigliari...consiglio vivamente questo appartamento che oltretutto è situato centralmente all'isola e per questo ci si può muovere con facilità. In ultimo vicino c'è un grande supermercato, farmacie ecc..insomma vi sentirete come a casa vostra!!! Tutto perfetto!

• López Jódar (10/5): Estancia de 10 - Muy cómodo, con aparcamiento en la puerta y todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en lanzarote. El dueño muy amable y atento con todo lo que necesitábamos. Pasamos una estancia increíble Lo único la puerta del baño hace ruido y no cierra bien.

• Sara Jane (10/5): Come a casa. - L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso e anche super pulito. L'host è stato molto gentile e ha fornito l'appartamento veramente di qualsiasi cosa. Infatti abbiamo scelto di passare più di una sera a cena a casa, in cucina si trova veramente tutto quello che può servirti anche per cucinare. Il letto è molto comodo e la posizione dell'appartamento è davvero bella con la sua vista sul mare e dietro le montagne, e strategica per visitare tutta l'isola e per spostarsi la sera in posti come Arrecife o Costa Teguise ma anche il vicinissimo Lanzarote golf dove il venerdì si balla. A Tias poi, ci sono diversi posti buoni per fare la colazione, supermercati e negozi e sotto casa c'è anche un benzinaio. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti. Nulla

• Bridget (10/5): Perfect for the couple who want to get away from it all. - Iván was very kind and helpful. He kept in touch via WhatsApp/text and was easily contactable to make sure everything was OK. The apartment is modern, spacious/open plan, and beautifully decorated. The front patio has plenty of room for a small table and chairs and sun loungers and catches the sun pretty much all day. Lovely and secluded and perfect for a couple who want to get away from it all and have a bit of peace and quiet.
