• Penny (9/5): Very nice and relaxing - We loved the onsens . There was always something available when you wanted to use one. The staff was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. Nice location across from the beach.Bus was easy to access into Atami. Not a lot of eating choices ( especially if you’re vegetarian)We found a great place just a few doors down Atami Purin Shokudo that had good food.

• Lena (9/5): The hotel suite (2 rooms) was large and comfortable. The breakfast and the onsen baths were great! - After we arrived, we asked if we could purchase the Japanese breakfast. We are so glad they were able to accommodate us as it was one of our favorite breakfasts during our 3 weeks in Japan. We tried 2 of the many private onsens on site and found them to be clean and relaxing. The Japanese style rooms were lovely. It would have been nice if the hotel provided skin lotion or facial lotion.
• Reyna (5/5): It was Ok - The staff was very nice and attentive. I'd give the staff a 10/10, they were amazing. The hotel had several onsens, and it was very easy to reserve and use each onsen. The hotel is right in front of a beach. The hotel needs maintenance. The carpets are stained. The bathroom had another person's hair, and the shower head was dirty. The hallways have a very strong fish smell. The smell was there during our entire stay. The smell was even stronger the morning we checked out; it was pretty unpleasant. I understand that the hotel serves breakfast, and fish is a traditional dish. However, the hotel does not seem to have ventilation, and therefore, the smell stays inside.

• Cornelia (9/5): Relaxing traditional onsen by the sea - Very friendly staff. The room was a good mix of traditional and modern. The baths were amazing! The breakfast was a great experience and we even got a shuttle up the hill to the train station. The toilet is by the room entrance, so you can hear people passing by and they could probably hear us using it as well. This is a very minor issue though, overall the stay was amazing!

• Maja (10/5): Amazing stay - Wszystko wspaniałe, obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Miejsce bardzo klimatyczne i romantyczne. Nasz pokój przeszedł nasze oczekiwania, mieliśmy dostęp do prywatnej wanny na balkonie z wodą z onsenu. Ponadto w ośrodku jest parę pokoi onsen z możliwością wykorzystania wedle dostępności w danym dniu. Hotel znajduje się u podnóża wzgórza a nasz tradycyjny pokój ryokan na wyższym poziomie miał piękny widok na morze. Mimo bliskości drogi, wieczorem było bardzo spokojnie i wypoczywaliśmy. Po naszym pobycie poprosiliśmy o podwiezienie na dworzec, nie było z tym problemu. Polecamy również zabrać tradycyjne śniadanie. Polecam! Jako młodzi ludzie nie mieliśmy problemu ze schodami o których mowa w innych opiniach. Przy rezerwacji przez osoby starsze warto to uwzględnić, natomiast obsługa wnosi i znosi bagaże co jest bardzo pomocne.
• Daniel (10/5): A must stay! - The bath rooms were awesome and the staff were so nice and hospitable. The rooms were really clean, and ours came with a private hot spring tub that faced the beach with a view of the sunrise. The breakfast was amazing and staff was very responsive with any questions we had. The owner himself helped us most of our stay, took all of our bags up and down and drove us to the train station. Lots of steps to climb but the the staff are amazing and carry all the bags.

• Heng (10/5): Wonderful getaway to Atami - Food and hospitality was amazing. We stayed during the Atami Fireworks Festival and were given complimentary sparklers to use at the beach opposite our accomodation.
• Charles (10/5): Wonderful Japanese Inn. - Variety of the Baths and the food. The views. Completely Japanese, no English signs. Staff very kind and helpful. Real old-fashioned Japanese hospitality. For us, it was great, but for some, the stairs might be difficult.
