- Lana (1/5): Horrible - We booked the apartment through Booking.com and were immediately frustrated. The location was completely misrepresented; the listing showed the hotel, but the apartment was in a separate building that required a car ride to reach, which they provided. We could see the hotel from our balcony—why wasn’t this made clear? While the apartment was spacious, it had an old and grimy feel. As soon as we walked in, my throat and nose started itching, triggering my asthma. The bathroom had rusty drains in the bathtub, and there were cobwebs in one of the bedrooms. To top it off, not all the lights worked, and the fridge was filthy, with yellow grime stuck on top. We even found blood spatters on the pillowcases! To make matters worse, the apartment is on the 4th floor, but the elevator only goes to the 3rd, so we had to rely on Paolo, the driver, to carry our luggage. The ski room was just an electrical cupboard next to the elevator, with no space for ski boots. One of the heaters in the bedroom didn’t work, leaving us freezing at night. And who thought it was a good idea to leave the stairs completely dark? We had to use our phone flashlights to navigate. There were no trash bags or instructions on how to dispose of garbage. On a slightly positive note, the apartment was stocked with worn cookware and utensils, and the TV had English channels. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the location was great. After we pointed out the dust under the bed—complete with someone’s socks and candy—the hotel suggested bringing in a cleaning crew instead of offering compensation. Why wasn’t this addressed before our arrival? We didn’t want to stay in the apartment after the horrible night we had. Their only solution was to suggest we pay for two rooms in the hotel itself, despite mentioning we didn’t want to stay more than two nights. Instead of helping us, they just wanted more money.

- Ulrike (7/5): Sehr erholsam und entspannt! - Lage ist super! Abhol- bzw Bring-Service zum Bahnhof. Grundausstattung Kaffee, Spültabs, Toilettenpapier und Seife. Fenster sind nicht dicht, es zieht! Heizung sollte entlüftet werden, da sie gluckert.
