• Ksenija (10/5): Very nice stay - The apartment had all the amenities we needed, cozy, good location in the city. We needed a parking, so we rented one for 10 eur/night, under the apartments. The parking lot had narrower spaces and entrances than we were used to, so we had to drive very carefully and slowly, but we eventually got through. The only thing I can think of is a lack of washing powder, but maybe we just couldn't find it 😅

• Francisco José (8/5): Comodidad y limpieza. - Amplitud, comodidad para cuatro personas, limpieza, nivel bueno. A cinco minutos andando parking gratuito, al lado del conservatorio de música. Por un puente da acceso al apartamento. Entrada y salida de la ciudad con el coche perfecta. Un pelín retirado del centro.

• Clocito (8/5): Séjour agréable pour visiter la ville à pieds - Appartement proche du centre et des commerces à proximité ce qui est bien pratique. Les fenêtres sont très bien isolées et on n'entend pas la circulation. La propreté mérite un petit effort en ce qui concerne la salle de bains. Si vous utilisez le parking souterrain dans l'immeuble et que vous possediez un SUV, attention à la rampe d'accès qui est très étroite.

• GHISLAINE (9/5): - L.appartement est bien situé dans un quartier calme. Très proche de la sortie de la voie rapide, sans avoir le désagrément du bruit. Le fait de pouvoir garer sa voiture dans un parking privé sous l'immeuble (certes en supplément) est vraiment un plus. . .

• Colin (10/5): Very good stay for three. - Everything that we needed was available in the apartment. The location was good - only ten minute walk to the central area of Murcia. We used up the option of the underground parking- definitely worth the 10€ per night. No chance of street parking. The only questionable bit was the bathroom. Floor was a bit slippery when wet, further bath mats would help. Secondly, the base of the bath needs some extra support. When showering only, the “floor” of the bath is not very supportive.

• Milena (9/5): Our stay was relaxed, comfortable and joyful as our needs were catered for at this place. Thank you. - The property managers were very responsive to our requests. The apartment is cosy, nicely furnished and supplies appliances, extra blankets, sheets, pillows so that one does not feel lack. It is located some 20 min walk from the city centre in a very pleasant neighbourhood, close to the river. It has its own parking spot inside the building which makes it very convenient for travelling with a car. The city of Murcia is very nice. People are welcoming and smiling. I would pay attention to the bathroom small corners here and there in terms of cleanliness, as well as to the balcony.
• Rdb5 (9/5): Good apartment for a few days in murcia - Excellent location, just 5-7min walking distance to the old town of Murcia in a calm neighbourhood. Very handy to have a private parking below the building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen needs to have a few more items to make it 100% functional, but has oven, microwave, boiler etc. so very handy. Beds were comfortable. It is self check-in and check-out The apartment has a few useful items, but as mentioned needs like dish drying rack for instance. I would also prefer to find new sponges and cleaning towels for the kitchen. The bathtub needs some upgrading or an anti-slip matt. The shower in the bathtub can be slippery and dangerous if not careful.
