• Springer (8/5): Exactly what we needed - Really nice apartment used by a couple and two single adults. Warm (we were there in a snowstorm), well located near lots of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants along with landmarks like the Sun Voyager, Recycled House and Hallgrimskirkja. The help desk was easy to contact when we had an access issue too.

• Jens (9/5): Stop over island - Super beliggenhed i forhold til centrum af byen. Gaden hvor lejligheden ligger er under ombygning, hvilket gør adgangen lidt besværligt
• Alkiviadis (9/5): - On the basement spacious 3 bedroom apartment with modern decoration in a great location. right in the city centre. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen was equipped with all the essential appliances. Everything was as shown in the apartment's pictures. We'd prefer it a little bit warmer
• Tyler (9/5): Central location, great flat, hopefully construction is done soon! - Apartment itself is nice, and the location is great! Parking nearby was not bad, and it was very close to great sights, restaurants and shops. The location is hard to find, especially as there is a lot of construction outside of the apartment. Directions are unclear about which flat is the right one (I almost walked into the wrong one, but a very nice neighbor pointed me in the right direction). Luckily construction noise did not wake us up early and was generally not bad.

• Elisabeth (9/5): Comfy and great location! - Great black out curtains, super comfortable beds, centrally located. Good communication. Hard to find! They could have told us it’s in an alcove behind a spa. No number on the apartment or street.

• Anne Lotte (8/5): Bedste beliggenhed! Alt er lige udenfor døren. Behageligt, rent, lækkert gæstfri og cool - (med ganske få modifikationer - Så dejlig rent! Godt udstyr, gode moderne møbler. Gode puder og dyner! Fredeligt om natten! (Musik og lyde igennem dag og aften fra nærliggende aktiviteter, men der bliver roligt så man kan sove godt i de gode senge) Lækkert sengetøj ! Moderne og behageligt indrettet. God atmosfære. Det føles gæstfrit :-) Vi kommer gerne igen! Nb: Der var en anden wifi kode end oplyst. Lamperne i loftet i soveværelserne slukker ikke helt, men står på vågeblus, med meget lav lysstyrke, som måneskin. Det er irriterende når man er lysfølsom (og træt) Der er ikke vindue og reel udluftning i køjesengs-rummet, det burde have været oplyst på forhånd. Der er ikke brødrister men et toastjern, det oversættes som sandwich maker og ikke toaster. Det kunne være en rar idé med en guide til nærmeste allround supermarked samt måske nærmeste butik med vin. Køkken: Man kunne godt bruge et skærebræt (virkelig gode brødbagere i nabolaget) og en kande (servering af det det lækre rene islandske drikkevand)
• María (10/5): Perfect location to enjoy the city coming back from day trips - Location is very central, and the inside is very comfy and clean. We were 8 and it was a little smaller as we thought but it else was perfect. Altough there was no parking avaliable, it was not hard to find parking on the streets nearby (daily around 6-8€)

• Mary (10/5): One of the best stays we have had as a family and we travel a lot. Highly recommended to a family or group. Location is - Brilliant central location. Spacious and had everything we needed. Comfortable and also quiet. There was nothing we didn’t like about this apartment, it was great.

• Debra (8/5): Very good - Location amazing couldn't ask for better. Modern and very clean Has number 1 on the door, and we was looking for number 3 caused a bit of a panic not been able to locate the flat easily. However owner very responsive via phone number
• Stchiew (7/5): Good - Location Too small for 8 ppl. Only one toilet. The bathroom is small and the door can't close tightly hence the water splashed and the whole toilet floor is wet .
• Thomas (8/5): Very good - A perfect spot within a few minutes of the harbour, city centre attractions and bus routes; and just round the corner from many bars and restaurants. The apartment is modern and stylish and the beds are comfortable. It felt expensive for what you get, but maybe that's just Reykjavik. Our main problem was that the oven is at head-height for me and I'm six foot, anyone shorter would not be able to use it safely. Some instruction manuals for the various appliances would have been handy, and it would have been nice to have had some spare bedding, in case anyone was cold or needed an extra pillow. Windows are single glazed, which wasn't great for soundproofing (it's quite a noisy area with one of the nearby bars having live music) or insulation.
• Paul (7/5): Good - The location was excellent. The apartment was clean, except for what is noted below. Communication with the owner or manager was excellent. There was a strong odor of past cigarette smoking throughout the apartment. Also, it is a basement apartment, which is okay, but should be mentioned in the description. The sink spout in the bathroom does not seem to be firmly attached to anything.

• Avrum (9/5): Nice family apartment, great location - The location was in the middle of downtown Reykjavik, near supermarket. Washing machine and dryer were very good. We had everything we needed. The tv had Netflix, and the beds were comfortable. It was a little crowded for 6 people There was only one bathroom + shower No microwave
