The property was nice and clean and was great value. I really liked it. There is nothing I didn’t like about the property at all and would definitely stay again.

• Lalieu (9/5): Lovely appartment, ideal for a family breakaway close to everything in Scarborough. - The location was great. The layout of the apartment also makes it feel very spacious. It was very clean and modern inside. Everything was great.

• Dianne (1/5): The owner has no integrity … go elsewhere. - The cleaner did their best with a dump. The owners lack of respect for their guests …. Zero effort in making the place appealing. It looked like a building for squatters not paying guests.

The property is in complete disrepair, although it is a budget accommodation, across the road we had everyone else stayin and they paid the same as we did for three nights with comfort.

Beds are clean and comfortable, water is hot with a little working kitchen to cook in Definitely noisy being close to the main road. Rooms can get hot if you close the door as main AC is in the lounge. Could use ceiling fans in rooms

• Pamela (4/5): Very disappointed- would happily pay more if this property was renovated. - The location- close to Scarborough beach. Very old and run down accommodation. Modern furniture would probably improve the stay. Poor TV reception. Clean - which was a plus.
• Terina (8/5): Will stay again - Location and value for money The place was clean and tidy but the floors didn’t feel mopped. We noticed that when barefoot that the floors did feel a little dirty and that was within our first 5 minutes of arriving.

• Loc (1/5): The property should not be in service. Required major renovation or re-development - location is in walking distance to shops & Restaurants. Close to the beach, just walk across the main road is the beach. The property is run down, no WIFI and mattress were sagging. No air conditioners in the bed rooms. Had to turn on the AC in the lounge and open the the bed rooms doors 2 beds room but ONLY 1 bath room included toilet inside which was so inconvenience. We booked for 8 nights but ONLY stayed for 1 night then next day moved to another hotel in Northbridge Perth which was excellent in service and facility.

The only thing we didn’t like was the water pressure in the shower - it was terrible. I get it’s to save water but you end up spending more time in the shower as it comes out in just a drizzle. Takes forever just to wash your hair. So probably not really efficient
• BGM (7/5): - Cheap stay with straightforward check in that's an easy walk to Scarborough beach. Can't expect too much for the rates, beds aren't the most comfortable. Sure cant be that bad though as we've stayed multiple times now and expect that some things may not be as comfortable as we'd prefer.

• Bleach (8/5): - Great location. Friendly people. The ground floor, nearby parking, nearby shops and activities are so convenient. Accommodating 5 people very well with towels, beds and bedding. Loved having home comforts, of dishwasher, washing machine, cooker. Easy instructions to follow, great having wifi and pool access. The coffee canister was no good. Unable to turn on the main bedroom fan, flat battery in the controller maybe? Shower hot/cold adjustment difficult to make a comfortable shower temperature. TV channels did not have great reception. 2nd TV in the main bedroom would be nice.

• Desmond (4/5): Would I rebook? No. Would I recommend it to friends? No. - Broken blinds, jammed drawers, A/C had gaffer tape to hold the vents. Toilet seat loose and uncomfortable. Although the unit was clean it was in need of serious maintenance.

The staff are extremely hard to contact, nobody was on the property the whole time we were there and if I had of called for help it would have costed me $50 fee. We had two young children with us that wet the bed but were unable to get replacement sheets or any other linen. We were a family of 4 staying for 5 days and expected to only use one bin bag the whole time we were there. I had to go to the shop and purchase bin bags dish soap and body wash as this was all not provided.

Nothing really, it does get a little noisy from traffic. But it didn’t bother us much, knowing we did book a place off the hwy. it is what’s expected!

• Maya (4/5): Basic accommodation - It is walking distance to beach and restaurants. Reasonable size unit. The building is very run down and we were greeted by two cockroaches - one was dead so obviously they had been sprayed. Apart from the cockroaches the place was quite clean. It is very basic accommodation. No wifi. It is located on a noisy highway. The parking is terrible. You have a very steep driveway to navigate between an office and a building - it is awful.
• Chong Chew Lee (7/5): Value for money - I like location near to bus stop and make my travel very convenient. Near to the beach, nice scenery. This property value for money even though the facilities provided were at minimum and the toilet no so clean. The light in the bathroom not functioning, it took 2 days to fix them, and went off again on the 5th day, and not fix until I checked out.

• Allison (8/5): Wonderful clean and tidy well situated apartment, everything you need for comfort, well priced - Superb location, comfortable beds, very tidy and clean. It was cold when we visited but the reverse cycle air-conditioner worked well. Nice hot showers. Limited kitchen facilities - more like a kitchenette but that suited us as we ate out mostly. Plenty of room for cold drinks in the fridge, microwave and hotplate. Excellent/ easy after hours check-in.Nothing fancy in terms of decor etc but who cares when you are getting it this cheap! Could have done with another 2 seater sofa facing the one that was there - then it would have been perfect! Not enough power points - next time I'll bring a power board for the bedrooms.

If you're a budget conscious family or group who doesn't mind simple accommodation offerings then these make for a great option Couple of basics to be improved: water wasnt draining from shower and toilet flush button isn't functioning very well.

We weren’t expecting anything fancy, but were still surprised by the lack of basic comfort - The only real positive was its convenient location, which made getting around the area easy. Beyond that, everything else fell short of expectations. The property felt extremely run down. While we weren’t expecting luxury based on the price, we were still shocked at the lack of even basic comforts. The air conditioner was literally held together with duct tape, each bed only had one pillow, and the spare blankets were worn out, and clearly past their use-by date. The furniture felt like a mismatched collection of roadside finds rather than anything intentionally chosen for guest comfort. Even though the grounds and pool were clearly once dedicated spaces, they now feel neglected. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

• Kate (5/5): Needing some TLC... - Location terrific. Instructions very clear with how to get in & what to do. While understanding it is budget accommodation, a few little extras that wouldn't cost much could make the stay so much more comfortable. Staying for 5 nights but only getting 2 toilet rolls, 1 towel each, 1 tea-towel (made keeping things clean a little trickier) & 1 bin bag. All taps dripped (probably just need a change of washers), toilet was broken needing 2 hands to flush, heater/AC had a banging noise all night (whether on or off), very uncomfortable pillow made getting a good sleep difficult (esp with the banging) but only 1 per person so couldn't swap it. Came home needing a good night's sleep. Microwave was dirty and needs replacing. Kitchen table chipped all around the edge. Cleaning was a bit ordinary. Shower drainage poor and needed clearing each shower, tap in shower kept popping off. Made for a difficult time that should have been easier. Basic maintenance and a couple of little extras that wouldn't cost a lot would make a big difference. Desperate for a lick of paint to freshen it up.

• Jean (8/5): Very good - Great amazing value and have all the basics you need for a family stay. You got 2 rooms and a large living, dining area. Noise was not that bad apart from some occasional loud sirens. The kitchen can do some simple refresh to make a more pleasant stay.

It did its job. Budget hotel, very clean and beds were okay. The cars/motorbikes that drive past on the main road were extremely loud. People were drifting their cars in the 4 story car park across the road at 2am. It was so painful by the 3rd day. Just constant Harleys and road bikes fanging their engines at the lights.

Too many DOs and DON'Ts. You have to wash the dishes without amenities. No wi-fi. They put it in the description but still... XXI century. No soundproofing. You hear all the motorcycles and sports cars noise from the street.

It was reasonably comfortable, bed was quite hard. No wifi. Could do with a deep clean inside, including windows. Would not recommend to family or friends.
