• Chris (4/5): Not worth the money - Location, Free carparking, Free Wi-Fi Quite difficult to find; there was no house numbers outside or any indication it was a serviced apartment. The building itself (front and back) looked uninviting and rundown and the 'garden' and outdoor seating area was extremely overgrown and in need of a clean. Once we were able to squeeze into the very small parking space and check in (4pm) which was at the back of building, we were greeted with a dark, damp smelling basement flat. The beds were too big for the bedrooms. The third 'bed' was a sofa bed situated in the living room. This piece of furniture had seen better days and was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was ok, the utensils looked dirty and used and needed to be changed. The chopping board was stained and again was in desperate need of being replaced. In the bathroom, the draws in the vanity set were broken and the handles were hanging off with dust and rubbish down the side of it, the toilet brush was stained and rusted, there was no hairdryer as promised and the handsoap was empty. Dust and finger prints were everywhere. The walls all had chips of paint missing and were stained. On the last morning there was no hot water. We tried ringing the out of hours contact number which went to voicemail (we're still waiting for a reply). There were no instructions in the manual to help with this issue. This was one of the more expensive apartments in the area but was not worth the money.

• Kurash (7/5): Good - The location is excellent. The rooms are nice and kitchen ok. The lounge diner is nicely decorated. Normally when I stay at appts there are some things in there. Bread milk, etc. Here there was nothing not even a biscuit. I was a bit annoyed that on the final day I kept getting messages about leaving and trying to sell me extra hours
• Amy (10/5): Gorgeous equipped apartment in great location - Gorgeous decor, everything you need in the apartment. Very clean and comfortable stay The mattresses were very springy but that is personal choice

• Kathy (10/5): Comfortable well equipped apartment, centrally located for all amenities. - Perfect location for our event, very central and easy to walk to shops and venues. A parking space. The apartment was well equipped and clean. An outside rear courtyard with seating. Even though the weather was poor and we did not use this, in warmer weather this would be a nice addition. There were cigarette ends littering the outside rear courtyard. We were unable to get into the property as the key code we were given was incorrect (a telephone call quickly resolved this). When opening the oven the plinth underneath fell off. The additional cleaning charge added at the last minute which we had not budgeted for.
