Geoff (9/5): One night in Spalt - This was a clean and spacious apartment for 2 adults with a kitchenette to prepare breakfast. Self check in was easy and parking on site was nice to have. We spent one night and drove but could have walked into town if we spent longer. The option to purchase drinks and snacks was nice. The apartment door self closes and automatically locks - we luckily didn't lock ourselves out but had to focus on remembering the key.

Marco (9/5): Toll - Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass wir auf Anfrage bereits deutlich früher einchecken durften, als ursprünglich angegeben. Auch der Check-in selbst verlief reibungslos. Unser Apartment war modern eingerichtet, geschmackvoll gestaltet und vor allem ausgesprochen sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, zentral, aber dank der guten Fensterisolierung angenehm ruhig. Spalt ist für die Region im fränkischen Seeland eine etwas größere Stadt/Ort, in der man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. Zudem gibt es mehrere Restaurants mit typisch fränkischer Küche in Spalt und in der Umgebung. Bekannt ist der Ort natürlich auch für das Spalter Bier. Der Brombachsee ist in weniger als 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, der Altmühlsee in gut 20 Minuten. Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof befindet sich in Georgensgmünd, etwa 10 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Von dort aus erreicht man Nürnberg in rund 25 Minuten mit dem Regionalexpress. Mehrmals täglich gibt es zudem Direktverbindungen per Regionalexpress nach München (Fahrzeit ca. 2,5 Stunden) sowie Verbindungen nach Augsburg. Wenn man überhaupt etwas anmerken möchte, dann höchstens, dass eine Geschirrspülmaschine in der Küche noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen wäre.
