• Alice (6/5): Va bene per sole 3 notti - Ottima posizione. Struttura abbastanza accogliente. Per prima cosa il fatto che siamo stati ben 5 notti e non hanno lasciato nemmeno una scopa per pulire, quindi nonostante abbiamo utilizzato la cucina solo per la colazione, la casa ovviamente si sporca, e gli ultimi giorni era davvero sporca senza poter passare nemmeno una scopa. Inoltre mi aspettavo che ci lasciassero almeno una bottiglia di acqua di benvenuto, dei tovaglioli… Il letto inoltre è un divano letto, nemmeno un vero letto.
• Giulia (9/5): - il punto di forza della struttura è la posizione. Inoltre, abbiamo sempre ricevuto risposta in tempo reale per qualisasi dubbio da parte dei gestori. La sua posizione consente di raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche di Budapest. L'appartamento è accogliente e pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

• Jennifer (8/5): Great stay - The location was fantastic; 10 mins from town. The apartment felt very secure and comfortable for us. Getting the key was easy and instructions were provided ahead of time. Lots of communication from the apartment hosts ahead of the stay via WhatsApp, SMS, email and via Booking. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The shower was amazing! The bed was not very comfortable. It was very hard and only one pillow each. The sofa bed was even more uncomfortable. The only thing missing is a full length mirror!

• Oman (10/5): It was my birthday and they prepared the apartment so well. They even gave a gift as chocolate and they were so responsi - The internet was a bit slow but when I spoke to the apartment owners they were ready to help.
• Branco (9/5): Superb - The apartment was very well placed, close to the main city attractions. it was very clean. It's great for two people or a couple with a little child. The sofa and the bed, weren't very comfortable, specially the sofa

• Alina (10/5): Very cozy place to stay - The apartment was very clean and cozy, it has air conditioning, it's very close to the main tourist attractions. Everything was new. The bed was very comfortable, it had two blankets. cool noise reduction (we didn't hear any noises from neighbours) Wifi was not very good, and shower hose should be a bit shorter.

• Hannah (4/5): Great location but very uncomfortable and unsafe - The location was good and the apartment was spacious - the front door had a faulty lock. We ended up getting locked inside the apartment as the lock failed. When I called up serendipity for help the guy I spoke to already knew about the issue and said the key should only be put in the lock half way! This is poor heath and safety. I have videos of required. - the mattress was rock hard, near impossible to sleep on. Pillows were more like cushions and the bad consists of two single duvets. - the heater stopped working on the second night so the apartment ended up freezing - on arrival, the bed sheet had hairs

• Bojan (8/5): Excellent location, very clean and nicely renovated. It was definitely worth it. - There was no cellular service nor the wi-fi was working at the accommodation.
• Tweedle (10/5): We had a great stay in Budapest, the staff were extremely helpful and the apartment was just perfect! Would highly recom - Great location, extremely central and easy to get around. Very clean with great amenities and very helpful staff! We had an early flight and they were extremely accommodating to the fact we needed early access.
