The kitchen is great and will stocked with what you been to prepare meals. I stay in Norwich fairly regularly and I would stay here again.

• DIPTI (7/5): Good location but the stay was let down by poor cleanliness. - The location is great, close to the city center, and the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was a good size, and the room and bathroom were spacious. It was also generally quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and maintenance let the property down. The apartment had not been cleaned to a good standard, and the bathroom floor was dirty on arrival. The ground-floor window locks were not working properly, which felt concerning from a safety perspective. The outdoor garden area was particularly disappointing. It looked tired and unmaintained, with rubbish and cigarette butts scattered around. The cushions on the outdoor seating were messy, bins had not been emptied, and there were lots of flies, making the area unpleasant to use

• Aliya (5/5): Lovely and comfortable apartment, but management needs to improve the standard of cleaning - Apartment in the center of Norwich and easy to find. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is lovely, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing. It really needs a deep clean. After travelling for nearly 10 hours, we were looking forward to having a cup of tea or coffee, but the water from the kettle tasted strongly of limescale. The kettles either need to be cleaned properly or replaced. There was dust but the worst was under the bed. While getting ready for a family wedding, I accidentally dropped my earring underneath the bed. When my husband and I looked underneath to find it, we found thick dust and what appeared to be someone’s underwear, which was very unpleasant and disappointing. We stayed in apartment number 005. Other family members who stayed there for the same wedding also mentioned that their apartments were not clean either, although it is up to them whether they choose to leave a review.

Room had everything we wanted, location was right in city centre, close to the cathedral. Perfect spot for a city break. No car parking on site, we had to use a public car park which worked out at £29 fow 2 days. Not a criticism of property, but it was expensive to park in Norwich city centre.

• Dee (9/5): Fab apartment - I had a great stay at this apartment, which was in a block near to the station and a short walk into town. For me the added bonus was that it had coffee bags, none of that powdered rubbish, heaters that were easy to turn on and off to get the right temperature, a comfy bed and nice decor. The reception staff were really friendly but not overly intrusive. Also, for those worried about reports of loud club music, I stayed from Mon to Wed and it was wonderfully peaceful. Nothing.
• Caroline (10/5): A lovely relaxing haven for our weekend in Norwich. Would definitely stay again. - Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, avalability of washing machine- although not used. Clean and comfortable throughout. Friendly and helpful service at the Reception desk. Ground floor apartment suited our mobility needs. Would have loved a freezer drawer in the fridge. One of the wall heaters could have done with some instructions for use as it took a while to work this out (the other heater had more obvious controls) Music from local bars/ clubs audible into the early hours (weekend stay) though appreciate there is nothing the management could do about that- it is a city centre location!

• gareth (9/5): The great welcome at reception was further reinforced by all the good points in the room. - The room was perfect. The room was a little chilly on arrival but the convector heater did a great job very quickly. The remote control appeared to slightly misconfigured, as if the navigation keys had a 90 degree shift from the norm e.g. pressing up actually went right. Eventually, I got to the channel I wanted and then just stuck with it as I didn't want to waste time navigating again
