• Anastasiia (1/5): Закройте свой подвал и не позорьтесь - Ничего Заселение можно было организовать раньше, на час - 10 евро дополнительно. В 13.00 я ждала инструкцию для поселения, но хозяин прислал просто общую информацию. Каждый шаг пришлось выпрашивать у хозяина. Вы получите видео местоположения по ватсапу, но не получите информации- какая ячейка от ключа, какой код от ячейки, какой апартамент. Нельзя шуметь, часы тишины, НО даже пароль от вайфая пришлось выпрашивать. Из-за "слаженной и организованной " инструкции хозяина - я опоздала на встречу. Это полуподвально помещение, холодно и ужасный запах. В ванной была забита канализация, вода в душевой практически не уходила. Постельное не первой свежести и разломанный диван. По выселение не было инструкций, где оставить ключ. Я написала владельцу и снова не получила ответ. Больше я никогда не забронирую апартаменты

• Holger (6/5): An okay place for the price, if you're looking to just sleep one night. Owner doesn't speak Latvian. - Great location, near Vecrīga, somewhat private, secluded place. Could get in and out comfortably without too much hassle in the night. Moderately clean. Hand soap smelled nice. The owner didn't speak Latvian and he wanted to talk in Russian, but we managed in English. I was forced to download WhatsApp, because there was no other way for him to confirm my identity without it. There was no service in the room. There were pipes and stuff under the ceiling which made some noise during the night. The bedsheets were somewhat stained. There was little toilet paper and spare rolls were nowhere to be found.

Wszystkie naczynia to jedynie 2 szklanki, 2 kieliszki i 2 miseczki ceramiczne.

• Valentyna (2/5): Very poor - Only location, but it does NOT worse to stay in this place It was a nightmare. I was inaccurate booking this place, everything was written in the comments. I just don't understand why the rating is around 7. The price is low, but if you don't want to spoil your trip don't stay there! Mold is everywhere, humidity is high, it is literally difficult to breathe. There's one dark towel, which doesn't become dry. If you would like to laundry your socks, then better leave this idea, they never become dry. When I came firstly, some device was turned on possibly to decrease humidity, but it didn't help. Some hair in the shower. The shower itself doesn't work as expected, because water doesn't go away. One small window like in prison, more like a hole. No ventilation at all! Mold is everywhere: in room and in bathroom. Additionally the host didn't provide info about connection to wifi. I had to wait 4.5 hours to be provided with information on how to connect to the internet. I understand that marking money is ok, but fulfill at least basic requirements! Here is only about money, no matter what. The host even asked a few times about 2 euros to pay city tax. I didn't want, but left those 2 euros.

• Valentyna (3/5): Don’t stay there!!! Even though the price is good, your health is more important, and the mold is not helping with that - The furniture and kitchen is relatively new The mold!!! Everywhere on the brick walls especially at the bathroom. Woke up from allergic cough and had to leave an apartment early morning because I could breath there anymore. Also the kitchen tap didn’t work. An apartment is in the basement, the small window opens to the wall leading to the ground level. This is not a separate apartment, it’s a studio-apartment that shares the hallway with a few more apartments, and the hallway had a strong cigarette smell.

• Aysel (8/5): Very good - Reachable, good The bathroom was not working properly so I could not take a shower, there was no hair dryer inside that you could use, the room was generally clean, but there was a lot of mess when you got to the room, Also, being on the ground floor caused a bit of humidity.
• Redita (8/5): Very good - Very good apartment location and apartment has a separate entrance from the inner side of the yard. Bright and cozy apartment. Nice owner always ready to help if you need it. I could gripe a little about the cleanliness, but it wasn't a big problem.

• Irina (9/5): The stay was better than expected. Good for one nght stay especially if you are comming with the car - It was interesting flat in the cellar part of the house. Modern and clean, easy to find. Free parking . Equpt kitchen. Good working WiFi. Several restaurants in next street. A bit dissapaointing was absence of tea or coffe , it is always nice if you can find it in the kitchen especially when you arrive late and it is raining outside , but all in all the stay was good.
• Elena (9/5): Superb - I loved the quick and easy communication with the host, awesome location and surroundings: nice restaurants and caffees are just couple of minutes away, there is a supermarcet nearby. The room itself is well equipped and has a comfortable desk to work remotely. Check-in and check-out were super-easy and flexible. The place is also clean and quiet. My stay was rather short, but I would pick up the same accomodation also for longer visits.
• Ana (10/5): Central, uncomplicated. - Big room with well equipped kitchenette and own bathroom. Good communication with the host who sent pictures where I have to go. Google maps only took me to the middle of a main street where the building is located, not on actual parking lot. But with the hosts help I found it.

• Levin (7/5): Good - Very straightforward approach to doing business. "Easy come, easy go". Quick and efficient. Reasonably comfortable, especially for the price. It's basically a converted basement. Several splashes of moisture on walls, given the smell - mold is developing
