Christian (10/5): Sehr Empfehlenswert - Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Fußgängerzone, Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, toller Blick von der Terrasse, die ganze Wohnung sehr sauber, keine Gebrauchsspuren. Da das Apartment in der 4 Etage ist und es keinen Aufzug gibt, sollte man es besser beschreiben, damit Menschen mit Einschränkungen wissen das es viele Treppen sind.

Extrem großzügiger Balkon , sehr große Zimmer, große Bad . Wirklich super sauber, Alles super , kleiner Tipp die Balkontüren sollten mit einem Griff nach außen ausgestattet werden, wenn man den Rauch im Zimmer vermeiden möchte

Für gebrechliche Personen kann der "Aufstieg" zum Apartement mit seinen 83 Stufen beschwerlich werden...

Simone (9/5): Wunderschönes Apartment in perfekter Lage, immer wieder würde ich dort übernachten - Das Apartment ist der absolute Hammer, pikobello sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet, große Terasse. Alles was man braucht war vor Ort und auch der Standort ist top bis hin zum Parkplatz am Haus. Der Besitzer war für mich (die mit dem ganzen online manchmal sehr überfordert ist) immer für mich da und hat mir freundlich geholfen. Am Anfang hatte ich leider eine falsches Datum gebucht, dies wurde (ich hoffe kostenlos) innerhalb von Minuten storniert und ich habe den richtigen Termin gebucht. Leider hatte ich über mir ein Getrampel welches bis morgens um ca. 24:30 Uhr andauerte und ich nicht schlafen konnte. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich ggf. ein Apartment ganz oben haben wollen, da dies wirklich sehr lästig war.

Jörg (8/5): Alles weitere ist gut. - Gute empfehlenswerter Unterkunft. Hell und freundlich. Nachteil kein Aufzug, heißt viele Treppenstufen. Besonders beim ersten Mal, mit dem Gepäck ist es anstrengend.

Wir haben schon oft Apartments gemietet, aber das Deichstadt Apartment war bis jetzt das Allerbeste. Alles was man benötigte war an Ort und Stelle.Das Apartment ist super schön eingerichtet und biete sehr viel Platz. Ein tolles „Extra“ ist auch die inkludierte Garage. Es gibt überhaupt nichts auszusetzen!
Andrea (9/5): Sehr schönes Apartment in zentraler Lage - Das Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zudem sehr sauber. Wirklich toll. Es standen zudem verschiedene Kopfkissen zur Verfügung - sehr gut! Das Auto konnte kostenfrei in der Garage stehen. Sehr gut war auch die Kommunikation mit rechtzeitig zugesendeten Informationen zu An- und Abreise. Unsere Schlüsselkarte lag bei Ankunft nicht im vorgesehenen Fach - aber da war direkt jemand telefonisch erreichbar und es wurde umgehend Abhilfe geschaffen. Es war alles bestens und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Зупиняємося вже кілька разів, дуже задоволені, рекомендуємо всім. Останній поверх, не дуже зручно так високо підійматися по сходах з великими валізами))

André (10/5): Besser geht's nicht! - Das Appartement übertraf unsere Erwartungen deutlich - sehr schön eingerichtet, top Lage und ein kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Perfekt! Bei der Qualität des Appartements verbietet es sich eigentlich, etwas zu bemängeln. Wenn man ein Haar in der Suppe suchen will, dann sind es allenfalls die etwas zu harten Kopfkissen.

Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine, mit der Kappsel-Maschine muß man beim Frühstück laufent aufstehen und die Tassen füllen. Das soll keine Beschwerde sein, nur ein Vorschlag !

Rox (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt für ein Wochenende zum Wohlfühlen - Die Wohnung war groß und vom Mobiliar sehr schön eingerichtet. Es fühlte sich an wie zu Hause. Das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet und die Größe war optimal. Die Schlafzimmer waren mit hochwertigen Betten versehen und auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich war ausreichend bequem.
