• Linda (9/5): Immaculate, comfort near a designer outlet and a railway station 😄 - Immaculate. So surprised that it was so quiet at night. Brilliant glazing. Very clean and almost everything needed was supplied. Thank you. Wobbly kitchen tap a bit disconcerting. Felt it might break. A mirror near a power point would be have been good so that I could have seen what I was doing blow drying my hair. A full length mirror somewhere would have been good to see what the clothes I bought at the outlet looked like. The can opener doesn’t work. Minor issues.

• Alexis (7/5): Bon logement pour une courte étape - Le logement était propre, récent et bien équipé. L’emplacement est parfait pour rayonner dans la région. Nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi le premier soir l’eau chaude était tiède, mais cela est rentré dans l’ordre le lendemain… Pour nous le gros point noir a été le canapé-lit qui n’est pas prévu pour deux personnes et nos enfants ont dû dormir tête bêche pour avoir un peu plus de place… cet appartenant de devrait pas être réservable pour quatre personnes, sauf si vous prenez un canapé-lit un peu plus large.
• Christopher (7/5): - Clean, modern bathroom. Kitchen is also clean and modern Beds are rock hard Bedding colour and decor felt like a teenage boys room.
• Shraddha (9/5): Highly recommend if you want to visit all tourist attractions near Ashford and around like Caterbury , Dover. - The flat was really clean . If you’re travelling solo , it’s a safe place to stay . Kitchen is fully equipped which was really helpful. It was so hot there , so I asked for portable Fan but as owner was out of station they couldn’t provide me, but I am sure it will be there for next visit. I have read in previous comments about unavailability of toilet papers and noise of cooker , which is still there .

• Dr (9/5): Good apartment suitable for longer stays - Well set up apartment. Is truly self catering and suitable for long stays. Location has a lot of construction at present but it was not a problem. Great shopping centre in easy walking distance and easy access to main transport routes. Good parking. Nice TV. The bedding let them down. The pillows are no longer appropriate and two were very malformed and shabby. The covers were very scrunched. I wonder if a cleaner had put them in the washer. No pillow protectors either. The duvet wandered as it was not the right size for the bed. Other linens were good. No dish cubes or powder supplied for dishwasher.

• Chloe (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Thank you! - The property was very clean and well presented. Well equipped with everything you needed for a short stay. The owners of the property provided clear introductions of how to locate the property so we had no problems in doing so. We found the key to be temperamental for the door into the flat, which wasn’t a dislike more an inconvenience. The sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but again, not really a dislike just something a bit more comfortable after a long travel would have been nice.

• Timea (10/5): Briliant stay - -Easy to find, unlike the other reviewers mentioned -Convenient location & clean -Basic personal hygiene products available e.g towels, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, hairdryer -Smart tv -Free, easy Parking -Property owner communication -kitchen equipped with everything you need, if you would like to use the dishwasher / washing machine just take a few tablets with you 1. Heating was ‘self regulated’ but it showed OFF on the thermostats and it was a bit chilly during the night. At some point the thermostat in the bedroom allowed me to actually change the temperature and it was showing 18 degrees I moved it to 22 for the night and it started being warm. However, in the kitchen and the corridor it was still off… 2. After my son took a bath there was no hot water left for us to shower so we had to wait a little before we could jump in the shower. This is not a dislike but something to be mindful if there’s more than one person staying. Overall a great stay

Ample parking adjacent to block. Would have been glad for a microwave as I'm not a cook! Estate still being built & lack of streetlights made it a bit difficult to find in the dark (& rain 😞)

I found strands of Caucasian hair on the mattress, and the bed covers a d on one of the throws in the lounge. The cleaners need to be more thorough with thir cleaning. I overlooked a d cleaned them off. But needs to be looked at properly in the future.

• James (9/5): Lovely, clean and relaxing - Exceptionally clean, well positioned and reasonably priced :) The property itself has no real faults. The temperature for the weekend we stayed meant windows kept open all night and there was an alarm outside that picks up intruders. This would not put me off staying again as this was only an issue with the temperatures being 33/24* day and night
• Karen (8/5): Clean and comfortable apartment which suited us perfectly as a last minute booking due to family emergency. - It was modern, clean and comfortable. The property was not easy to find. Alternative directions need to be given (New Town Apartments put into Google maps took our family to the correct place for the second booking that we made, not 10 Newtown road). No hand towels, dish towels or wiping cloth in kitchen. Fridge should be on for guests arriving. A microwave would be great in the kitchen. On the first booking there was no bed linen provided for the sofa bed ( it was for the second booking). More bath towels would have been great.

• Fenella (9/5): A great apartment for a stopover - A new, very comfortable apartment. Very clean, convenient location for the channel crossings. Poor communication. This is a new build so wasn’t on our sat nav. We were arriving in the dark and weren’t told the road was closed, which was confusing. The instructions said the property was opposite Ashford international Studio. This is incorrect, it’s opposite a building site which will be part of Ashford Station. However, now we know where it is, we would happily stay again as the apartment itself is great.

• Leon (1/5): I didn't stay because the apartment I was supposed to stay in was occupied. - I made the reservation and payment for the apartment, but found that the apartment was occupied upon arrival. I had to find a new apartment for my family in the middle of the night. The owner made the excuse that booking was to blame.
• Marion (9/5): Great stay - The whole process of booking the accommodation was easy, and there was lots of contact with clear instructions to locate and access the property. The flat was lovely and in a good location. I would like to have paid less, of course, but it compared favourably with other accommodation. There wasn't anything I didn't like. Admittedly, the view was a building site, but that couldn't be helped and won't always be like that.
