• Jan (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, bardzo miłe mieszkanie - Duże wygodne mieszkanie z dwoma łazienkami i możliwością parkowania samochodu w garażu podziemnym. Umiejscowienie przy dosyć ruchliwej ulicy może stanowić pewną uciążliwość.

• Melia (9/5): - Great location and the perfect size for a family of five. Having two showers is also an added bonus. Small niggle but the kitchen utensils would be enhanced with a large sharp knife for chopping fruit and veg.
• Miguel (10/5): Apartamento excelente - El apartamento está muy bien. Está muy limpio y cómodo, con aire acondicionado/ calefacción, y cerca de las paradas del bus y también del centro histórico. En definitiva, el apartamento es espacioso y moderno.
• Ronen (9/5): Nice Find - Very big apartment, perfectly suited for a family of 4. The 2 bathrooms were a big bonus as was the garage which meant we didn't need to worry about parking in central Bologna. The location is great if you're driving in - on the verge of the old town but without the need to drive through the heavy foot traffic area and very easy to get into/out of for day trips. Only a few minor issues here for people to be aware of - none were serious for us: - The second (ensuite) bathroom is tiny and the shower (though modern) has no shelves for soap/shampoo etc. Also, one tiny hanger for both your towels and clothes. - The mechanism to lock the door is clunky and we're not really sure why. Took a couple of goes to figure out how to open/close the main door. - Small lift in the building so if you're coming in with lots of luggage or as a bigger group, be ready to take turns. - Main road traffic: we were fine as we were there in June so the windows were closed with the A/C on whenever we were in the apartment. But I would assume that with open window, you'd get quite a lot of noise.
• Arta (8/5): Very spacious center located apartment, on the main road - Location, space, beds, two separate bathrooms. They let us check in earlier, which was much apreciated since we had an early flight. There are lots of bus lines heading to center or train station. Too much noise from the main road, no sound proofing windows/doors, so we had to sleep with earplugs on all night.
• John (9/5): Great base for sightseeing - Spacious apartment in a good location. Staff helpful with two bedrooms and two bathrooms one of them en-suite and well fitted out kitchen. A short walk from historic sites.
• Nicola (9/5): Spacious apartment for a great stay. - very spacious apartment, bright and clean. conveniently located next to transports, large supermarket; easy to reach city center (which can be also reached with a 20min walk). Extremely comfortable bed. . Very simple interaction with attentive hosts. Will return when in Bologna again.
• Denys (5/5): Passable - the location. Apartments are rather spacy in the new building. 1. No ironing facilities in property - if you come for the Fair, you have to carry iron with you or buy it 2. Note that city tax is not included, you must pay it in cash. And the host promised to send Invoice for city tax, but for 2 weeks I still cannot get it. 3. Very noisy - if you open the windows, you cannot sleep. Price of course is not reasonable but maybe it is only for Cersaie fair period.

• Mark (7/5): Good - Great location for walking into the city ,the apartment is a good size for a few people to stay a short time ,Kitchen was well equipped if you want to make use of the self catering facilities. We had to mark the apartment down for a couple of point sent to the host
