• Lygia (10/5): A perfect, cozy stay with incredible hospitality and the best breakfast of our trip. - This place was absolutely perfect. The layout was so thoughtful and comfortable, and the bed was incredibly cozy, we slept so well. Everything felt easy and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Marisol was so kind and welcoming, and she made what was hands down the best breakfast of our entire trip. It was such a highlight. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Puyuhuapi. N/A

• Monica (10/5): Un paraíso de calma y belleza - La decoración, la pulcritud, la amabilidad de Daniel, que fue quien nos recibió, antes de la hora habitual de check in, de Marisol, que nos mimó con los súper desayunos, y es la creadora de preciosas artesanías. El jardín, la vista al agua y a las montañas. No poder quedarnos, o no poder llevarlo con nosotros en el resto de nuestra jornada.
• Xime Q (10/5): Magnífica estadía - Segunda ocasión en un departamento Rossbach, esta vez en un primer piso y de corte mas bien familiar, muy cálido y bien equipado, con vistas igualmente hermosas al PN Queulat y borde costero y ubicado a pocos pasos de restaurantes y almacenes del pueblo y donde Marisol, su dueña, se luce con un personalizado y completo desayuno que incluye entre muchas cosas, huevos y fruta frescos, palta, leche y yogurt sin lactosa, pan y deliciosas memeladas caseras donde destaco la de ruibarbo Todo me gustó

They have a free washing machine and dryer available for use which was very practical! Our room didn’t close properly which didn’t feel super safe. The house is located in an area that is very safe but still, we hope they will fix it.

• Robert (10/5): I was very happy with the lodging and had a great visit to Puyuhuapi. - Very clean and well appointed apartment. Very comfortable bed. Very beautiful yard and great views of the Rio Pasqua and the Puyuhuapi fiord. The host was very helpful with a recommendation for dinner, which was delicious and a great value. The breakfast was lovely and complete! I will definitely stay there again.

• Larson (10/5): This was our very favorite place we have stayed in all of Chile. - Marisol has thought of everything you could need in this charming apartment. They even have a washer and dryer so we could do our laundry while there. The deck was a lovely place to have our dinner and a bottle of wine. The breakfast was delicious, with eggs, fresh fruit and real coffee. There was not one thing we did not like, except that we only stayed one night.

The host is very friendly, it is well located in Puyuhuapi, breakfast is fine. The department is quite expensive and has a steep staircase, it is difficult to transport the luggage to the first floor. It is a bit difficult to find the apartment
• Michael (10/5): Best hosts on the Carretera Austral! - Fritz and Marisol are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh fruit. We were able to do one load of laundry which was much appreciated. At additional expense, Fritz and his 1st Mate Guillermo took us on a three hour cruise on Fiordo Puyuhuapi to see sea lion colonies. Can’t think of a thing!

The apartment on the second floor has a great view, but the stairs are definitely not the safest.

It was well designed, with a wonderful kitchen area, very comfortable bed and pillows, an amazing hot shower, a great heater, access to a washing machine, and a wonderful deck. Breakfasts were superb, with fresh eggs, fresh fruit, fresh and delicious bread with options of ham and cheese or jam, and great coffee. My wife and would return here in a heartbeat, and hopefully for a longer stay next time. We highly recommend Departmemto Rossbach!!

• Wombat-1 (9/5): Great accommodation in Puyuhuapi. - This is an upscale accommodation that is in very good condition. There is plenty of space for two people. I particularly liked the thoughtfully designed bathroom. The internet is good and the cell phone also gets a connection. A hearty breakfast was included. I missed a microwave. I couldn't find anything to hang clothes, no hooks for clothes and no closet, kind of weird. The washing machine seems to wash only with cold water.

Good climate control AC/heat. Friendly and helpful owners. Quiet. Highly recommend ! Feel lucky to have found it. Steep Stairs to access. Ok for us but not good for Unsteady person.
