• Wilcovdm (6/5): locatie top, maar appartement een tegenvaller qua onderhoud - afspraak met host voor inchecken allemaal goed geregeld. waren iets eerder, maar na contact was dit geen probleem. locatie is echt top! na melding niet functionerende afvoer badkamer niet adequaat opgelost. tevens is gehele appartement wel aan opknapbeurt toe. loszittende stopcontacten en veel schimmel.

• Carla (1/5): - Lo único que nos gustó del apartamento es la ubicación, al lado de la catedral. Había moho en el techo de la ducha y el suelo de la ducha está pintado de negro. El grifo del lavabo estaba suelto y el agua no corría bien. El váter no funcionaba bien, y estaba también medio suelto. En la cocina no había ni tazas, ni vasos, ni platos. Las tuberías olían mal e impregnaban de olor todo el apartamento. En la cama nos encontramos manchas y pelos.

A l'arrivée situation confuse avec une personne au téléphone et peu d'explications. On nous a finalement laissé entrer après vérification de la réservation mais l'ensemble manquait clairement d'organisation
• Esmay (7/5): Seville in the centre - The location was amazing, total value for money. The apartment had all the essentials and was clean and comfortable to stay in. The apartment had the essentials but some could do with an upgrade. For example the kettle lid was broken (although it worked), the ironing board was a table top one and it would be preferable to have a full sized one. The mattress could do with replacing.
• axelle luengo-gomez (7/5): Appartement propre, bien situé et confortable (sanitaire à entretenir) - la localisation, le confort des chambres manque d'explications pour arrivée (juste remise des clés par la femme de ménage sans explications) et pour le départ des explications pas très clair par mail mais le propriétaire était disponible par téléphone les sanitaires (douche non entretenue et chasse d'eau à faible débit)

Nonostante la vita notturna di Siviglia l'appartamento risulta anche abbastanza silenzioso perché in una corte interna. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che l'appartamento fosse più pulito. Con il wi-fi funzionante. Metterei dei porta asciugamani nei bagni, una piccola tenda in camera da letto e mi sarebbe piaciuto un letto più comodo. Abbiamo dovuto raggiungere un'altra locazione per reperire le chiavi sembra a causa di una defezione degli ospiti precedenti, abbiamo allungato il percorso tra andata e ritorno di circa mezz'ora. è stato un po' scomodo perché avevamo dietro le valigie

• Ashford-Thomas (7/5): Fabulous location, a wonderful stay in this beautiful city. - The location was incredible, a minute from the main tourist areas, providing atmosphere during the day if windows were open yet beautiful and quiet at night. The beds were very comfortable. Very difficult to find on the first night, but easy once you found where it was tucked away. A lick of paint and a bit of tlc could make this property amazing.

• Martha Lucia (7/5): Queda debiendo comparándolo con su precio. - Su ubicación excepcional. Es amplio, bien dotado. Las instalaciones del apartamento son regulares. Los servicios sanitarios están deteriorados y especialmente el inodoro tenía un olor terrible que incomodaba la estancia.

• ISABELLE (5/5): Très déçue de la qualité de l’appartement, heureusement Séville est une ville magnifique. - Très bon emplacement au centre de tout Le chauffage ne marchait pas notamment le radiateur de la salle de bain qui est « un grille pain » et qui ne s’allumait pas du tout. Des traces de moisissures sur le plafond de la douche et surtout une odeur nauséabonde d’assainissement dans l’appartement, vraiment très désagréable. Pas de torchon pour la vaisselle et une simple serviette de douche. J’ai demandé par sms à notre interlocuteur Emilio de nous en apporter mais malgré sa réponse nous n’avons rien eu. Vaisselle insuffisante. L’appartement est vieillissant et a besoin d’un sérieux coup de rafraîchissement car on peut penser qu’il est limite propre. Et pour finir la chasse d’eau fuyait en permanence avec un bruit d’eau qui coule sans arrêt.

• Pia (5/5): Auchsreichend für einen Städtetrip - Die Lage ist großartig. Das Appartement ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Geruch im Badezimmer und der Toilette ist sehr unangenehm. Trotz Lüften hat man im Appartement immer das Gefühl, dass es feucht ist.

• Xisca Terán (10/5): Calidad-precio increíble! - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, más céntrico imposible. Piso amplio y muy tranquilo. Se agradece mucho la calefacción en las habitaciones. Volvería a alojarme aqui! El mantenimiento del piso es mejorable y falta menaje en la cocina.

Check in and check out were not smooth, the flat could really use some deep cleaning, needs new sheets/towels as they were stained, the aircon/heater on the wall is broken/makes a horrible sound.

• Alexandra (10/5): Todo genial ! - La localización era excelente, la comunicación con los propietarios igual. Nos enseñaron el piso, nos explicaron todo y nos dieron recomendaciones locales. Limpio, bonito y con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Estuvimos muy cómodas.

• Martina (4/5): Weekend a Siviglia - La posizione, comoda a tutto La pulizia andrebbe sicuramente migliorata. I muri e le tende erano parecchio sporchi. Avevamo prenotato un appartamento con due camere da letto ma i telecomando dei condizionatori del soggiorno e della seconda camera non erano funzionanti e l’appartamento risultava essere gelido. Quindi abbiamo dormito nell’unica stanza che era possibile scaldare. Dal bagno proveniva un odore fortissimo di fogna.

El sofá muy manchado con manchas a la vista. El plato de ducha daba muy mala impresión,el alicatado del baño estaba con el lecheo sin haberse limpiado. Hemos estado en varias ocasiones en el mismo apartamento y bien,pero está última vez nos venimos con un mal sabor de boca.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Heerlijk thuis in Sevilla! - Perfecte ligging, in alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben ook een dagje gekookt in de keuken, eigen mes meegenomen. Aparte hoofdslaapkamer. Heerlijke regendouche. Appartement ligt in een rustig binnen hofje. Meubilair is verouderd, bank met plaid, gordijnen vies, oven en broodrooster werken niet goed. Beetje schimmel in douche (kunnen ze niks aan doen, ventilatie probleem). Maar je leeft hele dagen buiten, en restaurants om de hoek!

• Gladys siu li (10/5): Good value of money. - Wonderful stay. The location is excellent—within walking distance to all major attractions, with a wide variety of food options nearby. The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The view was absolutely fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. The shower had strong water pressure, which was great after a long day. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended. Will be back! I love everything

• Jennifer (8/5): Ubicación excelente - La cercanía a todo, en pleno centro de Sevilla. Cama cómoda, habitación calentita, balcón, todo lo necesario. Se oye demasiado a los vecinos (unos tenían un bebé y otros un perro que fastidiaron algo la estancia) Estaría bien que el checkin fuera autónomo con cajetilla para que tengas más flexibilidad a la hora de llegar al apartamento y no depender de horas, pero esto es sugerencia ya que el dueño te pone facilidades a la hora de cuadrar la entrada, no es queja si no propuesta de mejora
• Herminia (9/5): Recomendable si quieres visitar Sevilla a pie. - La ubicación, justo al lado de la catedral. El lugar tranquilo, supongo que porque no era fin de semana ni verano. Apartamento cómodo y completo. Rodeado de tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes. Te puedes desplazar por la zona turística de Sevilla sin tener que utilizar ningún transporte. El colchón era un poco duro y algún mueble como la mesa estaban un poco trotados. Esta justo encima de un restaurante y si abres la ventana del dormitorio entra olor a cocina.

The apartment was delightful and a pleasure to stay in. Would definitely recommend this apartment. This is a bit of nit-picking, but the only reason I only scored 9 and not 10. I like to cook, for me the chopping board was too small and the knives not very good.

The bed was comfortable but this is all that I can say that is acceptable at this property The whole apartment is tired, grubby and the mismatched, insufficient equipment provided for self catering is not of an adequate standard. I will not stay here again under any circumstances

The mattress was a bit dirty, A/C looked dirty, the toilet seat was unstable, and the water facet in bathroom was dangling. Also there were signs of water damage in the toilet and kitchen. I would recommend doing a makeover, given the price of the property

• Lynette (10/5): Wonderful experience in the heart of Seville. - Fabulous location, right near the cathedral. Lots of good eaters nearby. It was cool and quiet. I had trouble finding it, my fault, but Marta and the staff rescued me, they were very kind, which I really appreciated. Nothing, it was fabulous.

It was properly isolated, so when it was 38 degrees outside you coul easily keep the warmth out with the Ac-units Beds were comfortable, bathroom was nice and spacious. Inmejorable ubicación, al lado de la giralda y catedral, prácticamente, en pleno casco viejo, rodeado de bares, tiendas, y el piso super limpio y bonita decoración, camas cómodas. No hay nada en concreto, que se atascaban las puertas de entrar al edificio y casa un poco, pero igual influye el calor y no es nada tampoco grave

Hay que tener en cuenta que aparcar cerca es imposible pero a 20 minutos andando se puede

• Davide (8/5): Very good - Good location, great apartment with good furnitures A few aspects could be improved. E.g. the shower drain was a bit clogged.
• Zoran (4/5): Disappointed - Good location, it is in city centre, There is no parking, but that's clear because it is city centre. ( even though it says the accomodation is whit parking ). When we asked about parking, they said their privat parking lot was occupied whit other guests. ( then it is necessary to clearly emphasize that parking needs to be reserved) That is start of our staying. We park our car 8 minutes from apartmant in public garage, and we dragged our luggage through centre ( because host tell us that he doesn't reccomend to drive to appartmant to leave luggage and then move it to parking. Reason? Lot of camera and streets are narrow) Then appartmant, what to say, really bad is strong word maybe. On window in sleeping room (bigger room) there is no courtins, walls are full of mold or something was spilled on walls in corners, other room is just devided whit wall and in top of that wall is big glass whitout window to let air there. Toilet seat bowl is moving, shower full of mold. Two-seater we didn't even use, because it looks dirty. Sound isolation is really bad, so if you are coming to rest and enjoy i think this is not place to take. Maybe sometimes it's better to say nothing if you don't have anything good to write, but I'm really disappointed. Reccomendation for owner: "Renovate because you have a great location"
