Pavel (8/5): Nice place and good location - Relatively accessible location - walking distance from metro. Comfortable bed. Relatively quite place. Easy contact with the host. The shower was not working upon arrival - only hot water, no cold. So, it took about half-a-day to fix it. I suppose it was just bad luck, that it got broken right before my arrival.
Peter (6/5): It is a good deal, however be aware of the possible noise. - Brand new, nice interior, washing machine, iron, fridge, etc. Neighbors. Loud kids singing, running, shouting at 11pm, dog constantly barking behind opposite door. AC units were there in both the living room and bedroom but did not really do any good, were not cooling at all regardless the mode I chose.
