The guy that attended to me was a great guy. Customer satisfaction was his priority. The appartment is very nice with smart toilet, nice and spacious kitchen but cooking pot need to be provided. Cooking pot and cups need to be provided in the kitchen

• Odysseas (8/5): - The staff at the reception was great and very sweet. Although they didn't speak much English they were always willing to help with a translator being polite and kind. And when I asked to change my room they immediately assisted me. The location although a bit far from the city center of Shanghai has its own vibe, is very relaxed, very close to a metro station and has amazing food. There is 24/7 reception also which is also great. The rooms are not soundproof, so if you are a lighsleeper, be prepared to possibly wake up from people walking on the corridor or talking on the phone. Maybe it will be fine for most people but I would def reccomend earplugs or booking one of the more premium rooms on the 3rd floor.

• Martin (8/5): Great value, helpful staff! - I had a really wonderful stay at this hotel in Shanghai. From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly, and I truly felt taken care of throughout my visit. The staff were exceptional—extremely reliable, honest, and genuinely kind. They were always available and happy to help with anything I needed, which made my stay especially comfortable. Despite the language barrier, they made a real effort to communicate using translation tools, which I really appreciated. I was even upgraded upon arrival, which was a very nice surprise. The hotel itself is very nice and well maintained, and I felt completely at ease staying there. The location is also a big plus: it’s only about 200–300 meters from a shopping mall and a metro station, making it very convenient to get around. There are also plenty of cafés nearby, as well as a 24-hour convenience store within walking distance. For the price, I think it’s excellent value. I had everything I needed for a great stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Shanghai at a reasonable budget. Big enough to sleep well but little room to put a suitcase 😅

• María del Carmen (9/5): Personal excelente, buena ubicación, camas cómodas, todo tipo de servicios (lavandería, posible desayuno incluido) - El personal de recepción nos ayudó en todo momento desde el día 1: nos cambiaron de habitación porque la que nos había tocado era un poco ruidosa y nos pusieron en otra super silenciosa. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas todo el día sin cobrarnos nada y a pesar de que no tenían una sala asignada como tal. Las habitaciones cómodas tipo apartamento con nevera (interesante para hacer una comida en la habitación y gastar menos), lavadora e incluso una lavandería con lavadora, secadora y plancha. Las camas increíblemente cómodas. El metro a 10 min andando. A ver, la limpieza no era la mejor. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia y aunque pasan todos los días (incluso si pides que no molesten cada día te dejan agua embotellada, toallas, zapatillas, papel higiénico, etc) cuando sí entran a limpiar no limpian mucho, solo las sábanas y reponer material, pero bueno.

La zona non é rumorosa ma sono comunque presenti attività e servizi. Ho cenato al ristorante lí vicino e mi é piaciuto molto. Receptionists che non parlavano assolutamente una parola di inglese. Albergo generalmente senza infamia e senza lode. Il bagno era veramente piccolo e scomodo.

Emplacement proche de l'aéroport régional, un peu excentré du centre ville de Shangai. Transports en commun à 15 minutes à pied. Parcs et quartiers anciens à proximité pour se promener. The room was small but as I simply needed to rest before continuing my journey, it was all I needed. The hotel was calm, and even though I arrived an hour before the official check-in time, they provided me the room. Bed was comfortable and clean, bathroom was also very clean. The neighborhood is calm with a big park, and just two subway stops away from the Qibao Old Street, which was a nice place to explore just for a couple of hours. Convenience store just 5 minutes away.Close to the airport by just 20 mn of taxi ride. It helped me to regain my energy before starting my trip and thanks to that I experienced very little jetlag, so, perfect for just a night! Floor had hairs, I don't know if they forgot to sweep it, because everything else was spotless... Also, I think providing a little squeegee for the bathroom would help as the floor remains wet a while after a shower, and inconvenient to go to the toilet.

Zamówiłem i zapłaciłem za pokój wyższej jakości a otrzymałem pokój tańszy i dużo gorszy. Na moje zgłoszenie reklamacji tego faktu personel mnie zbywał i śmiał mi sie w twarz. Zostałem oszukany przez obiekt a co gorsze moje zgłoszenie do Booking.com tez zostało zignorowane i nikt mi nie pomógł. Radzę - daleko od tego obiektu. Booking.com - pierwszy raz mnie tak zawiódł a podróżuję od 10 lat. Nigdy mnie cos takiego jeszcze nie spotkało aby w tak perfidny sposób obiekt mnie oszukał !!!
