• Lindsay (8/5): - De locatie was perfect. Het appartement had alles en was prima. De douche kon je niet goed onder staan, niet comfortabel.
• chiara (8/5): Centralissimo, appartamento spazioso e dotato di tutto, host sempre disponibile. Letto confortevole - La struttura era fornita di tutto e anche per il bambino c’era lettino, seggiolone e anche la vaschetta per fare il bagnetto. È super centrale, comodo l’ascensore per il passeggino, il materasso è confortevole. Essendo centrale si sentiva molto la sera il vociare dei locali sotto, che fortunatamente chiudevano a mezzanotte. Le finestre sono di legno e non insonorizzate, ma per fortuna eravamo alti (5 piano). Inoltre ho sofferto un po’ la luce, avendo solo le tende a coprire e non gli scuri.

• Alain (9/5): Excellent séjour dans une ville surprenante de culture et de dynamisme. - La situation géographique, l'environnement et l'immeuble dans lequel se trouvait cet appartement Des travaux dans l'immeuble voisin mais qui ne nous ont pas trop dérangés puisque nous étions en balade la plupart du temps.
• Elena (10/5): Appartamento molto funzionale - Posizione eccezionale! Praticamente in pieno centro e a pochi minuti dalla metro. La casa è spaziosa e veramente molto luminosa. Buona l' idea di separare i due spazi con porte scorrevoli. La cucina (a vista) ha tutto il necessario e ci hanno fatto trovare già cialde per caffè, tisane, zucchero e monoporzioni di olio e aceto, nonché un set nuovo di spugne per la cucina , detersivo per piatti, una pastiglia per lavatrice e una per lavastoviglie, insomma, l' indispensabile per non dover andare a fare la spesa immediatamente. I gestori gentilissimi, abbiamo chiesto di tardare un po' il checkout perché avevamo il bambino con la febbre e non hanno fatto nessun problema. Veramente comprensivi e disponibili. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, giusto qualche piccolo particolare tipo qualche gancio in più in bagno per gli asciugamani, io ne metterei uno per ospite o un' anta della porta scorrevole che usciva fuori dalla guida per cui non chiudeva bene e dondolava. Ma veramente piccoli dettagli.

Hanno moltissimi servizi in aggiunta gratuiti ( asciugatrice, piastra per capelli), molti asciugamani. Staff gentile e preciso. Locker per deposito bagagli. Appartamento spazioso nonostante fossimo in 4. La pulizia non impeccabile. Appartamento in buone condizioni ma si potrebbero apporre migliorie anche economiche.

They provide some extras like clothes drying and dish soap and plenty of coffee pods The building is old and the apartments haven't been renovated, just redecorated. The shower has the worst shower head I have ever seen- you cannot stand under the water when it's in the wall mount. You have to take a one handed shower holding it in your hand

Tutte le istruzioni via whatsapp e ogni domanda risposta con elevata tempestività. Impianto si aerazione di un locale vicino rumoroso, ma smettendo alle 11 di sera, alla fine poco disconfort

Permet de visiter le centre ville à pied. Hote très réactif. Pas de vue sur l extérieur mais l appartement reste frais par 27 degrés. Insonorisation entre les appartements

It has a little balcony and a lot of light in the kitchen and bedroom. The only thing we didn't like is disrespect from people in other appartments. Somebody was shouting "open the door" from 3 to 5 am. However, that has nothing to do with the place itself. But I wish ground rules were communicated better.

• ÁNGEL (6/5): Buena ubicación pero muy mala relación calidad-precio. - La ubicación es muy buena (lo mejor que tiene al apartamento), en una calle peatonal junto a la plaza del ayuntamiento. Desde allí se puede visitar de forma fácil casi todos los lugares importantes de Valencia. Las calidades del apartamento son regulares. Una de las camas (de matrimonio) es muy baja, fina e incómoda. El baño es muy básico y la mampara es muy corta y el agua se sale. La nevera es bastante pequeña. El suelo (tarima) está dañado y lleno de grietas. Las ventanas son poco aislantes y justo debajo hay un bar que abre hasta la 1-2 AM y se escucha el murmullo de la gente. Las cortinas son demasiado largas y arrastran por el suelo. Está poco aislado de los vecinos: tuvimos un grupo de gente joven al lado y su llegada (a las 3:00 AM y a las 4:30 AM el primer día y a las 6:00 AM) el segundo nos despertó a todos. En general el apartamento sería aceptable si tuviera un precio mucho más bajo, pero no está acorde los servicios que ofrece (y los defectos) con el enorme precio que cuesta.
• Adomas (5/5): - Ubicación y personal. Es muy viejo todo y estropeado, en sofa se te clavan los muelles, todo tiene muchas capas de pintura, humedad en los baños que se cay la pintura, huele mal .

• justynaimichal (5/5): Michał - Bardzo pomocny i miły Pan w recepcji. Oferowane apartamenty są brudne , jest w nich wilgoć i widok na komin wentylacyjny . Jest generalnie wilgotno i ciemno. Z kanalizacji śmierdzi na całe mieszkanie . Tylko personel i lokalizacja są dobre .
• Familie van de Steenoven (10/5): Uitstekend appartement voor een verblijf met het gezin! - Zeer vriendelijke service! Vooraf duidelijk bericht gehad over de wijze waarop we in het appartement konden komen. Ruim appartement met voldoende voorzieningen. Oud gebouw dus wel wat geluid van zowel binnen als buiten het gebouw maar door de uitstekende bedden toch met het hele gezin goed geslapen. De ligging is uitstekend bij zowel (metro)station als oude centrum. Prima ontbijt te halen of op terras te eten direct naast de voordeur. Kluisjes voor bagage op dag van aankomst en vertrek. Het mandje in de vaatwasser is wel aan vervanging toe 😆
• Silvia (10/5): - Appartamento molto pulito e grande. Molto ben arredato nei minimi particolari. Bel palazzo antico con servizio ascensore. La posizione è comodissima, letteralmente a 1 minuto a piedi dalla piazza e 2 minuti dalla metropolitana. Ottimo il servizio deposito bagagli In una delle camere da letto non c'erano le prese ai lati del letto vicino ai comodini. L'unica presa di corrente era vicino alla porta d'entrata della camera, quindi scomoda per ricaricare il cellulare e spegnere la luce una volta a letto. Le foto su Booking non erano esattamente di quel appartamento, ma erano molto somiglianti.

L’appartement est bien équipé et la literie confortable La vue inexistante. 3 fenêtres qui donnent sur des vieux murs et de la tuyauterie (à moins d’1 mètre). Et très très bruyant 🫨

• Mirjana (10/5): Very comfortable stay - Appartment was very specious. Beds and pillows were one of the most comfortable we had, so it was the best sleep the baby and I had in months (we'll miss the large bad at home). Location is really at the center of Valencia, just it seems there is no metro station nearby, or at least Google Maps never offered us metro options but only bus options. Bus station is right there. There is excellent coffee downstairs (Neitzcaffe or something like that and great food and brunch options in vacinity - thanks to Jose for the recommendation). Also our room was ready much earlier which we appreciated very much traveling with a baby. Overall would definitely stay again. If i have to say something, more as a recommendation - toilleterries (shampoo body wash) could be better, we bought our own.

• Denise (8/5): Acomodação, localização e atendimento excelentes. - O apartamento tem boa distribuição e equipado com os principais utensílios, inclusive máquina de lavar roupa o que foi maravilhoso. A localização é excelente, perto de pontos turísticos e restaurantes. O banheiro é abafado, sem ventilação e exaustão.

• Amélie (7/5): - Nous y avons passé une nuit. L’appartement est bien situé, les instructions sont claires et la literie est confortable. En revanche, il manque de la lumière sur la terrasse. Seul du café décaféiné était fourni, ce qui est un peu dommage. Nous avons également rencontré un problème de pression d’eau dans les douches, quasiment inexistante dans la salle de bain du fond.

• Lucrezia (8/5): Very cute apartment in the center of Valencia - Very cute apartment in the center of Valencia, spotless clean, modern decor. The staff was simply amazing! Super responsive to any questions and always ready to give us advice about Valencia. Highly recommend! The only thing to be aware of is that there seems to be a considerable sewage odor in Valencia center in particular when it rains, so it you are sensitive to that, maybe consider staying another location (this is not specific to the apartment, just in general).
