- Leon (8/5): - Wellness war sauber und ruhig Zimmer sind schön groß und man hat eine super Aussicht Es gibt einen gratis Shuttle vom Bahnhof und mann kann super ohne Auto anreisen Veganes Essen nicht mehr wie beim letzten Besuch das Zentrum des Abendmenüs, das nach Wahl mit Fleisch ergänzt werden konnte, sondern nur noch eine Alternative. Es waren einige vegane Produkte (wie z.B. der Käse) aus und man wurde von Tag zu Tag vertröstet. Service wurde gerade eingeschult und hätte hier und da etwas mehr Führung gebraucht

- Sonja (7/5): Traumhafte Lage - massive Personalprobleme - z.T. eigenartiges Essenkonzept - Anfahrt - abenteuerlich (zum Glück gibt es einen kostenpflichtigen shuttle bei Schneefall etc.). Lage sensationell!!! Für Skifahrer ein Traum - für Wanderer und Fussgänger im Sommer sicher auch. Zimmer schön und groß, Bad ebenso. Dusche könnte eine Tür vertragen, weil immer Wasser ins Bad läuft. Outdoorpool - klein, aber wunderbar. Yoga super. Frühstück bestens - bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Viel Obst!!!!! Tolle Terrasse direkt an der Skipiste. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Personal sehr gemischt. Wir hatten 2 wunderbare junge Frauen beim Abendessen und eine sehr spezielle "Restauranleiterin"???? Rezeption: inkompetent und unfreundlich am Anreisetag. Wurden dann upgegraded, weil wir einen Mops dabei hatten, der nur in bestimmten Zimmern erlaubt ist (?????). Hatten ihn über booking.com avisiert. Er durfte dann auch nicht ins Restaurant - aber in die Bar schon (????), obwohl dort auch gegessen wurde. Für den Hund war nichts bereit gestellt - weder Napf noch Leckerli. Kennen wir besser. Natürlich hat gleich die eine von 2 Zimmerkarten nicht funktioniert. Kommentar an der Rezeption: kann eigentlich nicht sein. Ach so, deshalb steh ich hier und reklamiere das? Die Beschriftung im Aufzug wo was ist - nicht vorhanden. Das Konzept der 3/4 Pension ist nicht durchdacht. Nachmittagssnack: 4-, Abendessen: geschmacklich 2 - aber irgendwie ohne Konzept. Die dishes zum Teilen - nein danke. Zimmerservice weil wir uns den DJ auf der Terrasse nicht aus allen Lautsprechern anhören wollten (war auch noch schlecht, der DJ) hätte 15!!!! EURO gekostet. Wir haben alles dann selber transportiert. Am Barbeque-Abend stand man vor höllenheissen Grills für Fisch, Fleisch etc. Und das Dessert gab es dann erst ab 21.00 Uhr. Nein, danke.

- Roman (5/5): - The place is nice. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotel staff. I don’t even know where to start. Apart from the fact that we were always served last at the restaurant table for some unknown reason, it began when we received a different locker key from the ski equipment storage locker, with the explanation that the previous guests had lost the one for our room. When we first returned from skiing, our items left in the locker were out in the room, and the locker was full of someone else’s things. The receptionist took out the foreign items, we put our own things in, and she said she’d contact the owner— to which I objected that it was nice but we weren’t the only ones with access to the locker, it was unpleasant, and what if something got lost? She ended it with “we are here.” When we wanted to visit the romantic rooftop tub—a service the hotel offers, which I’d reserved via email two weeks in advance along with a couples’ massage the next morning—both were confirmed. Upon arrival for the tub reservation, everything seemed fine at first glance. When I asked about the bubbles, we were told it was too cold and the water wouldn’t flow, so they had to fill the tub externally. Okay. We couldn’t even get in because it was filled with boiling water. We went inside to wait in the wellness area and informed the staff. After twenty minutes, we at least opened the champagne—which, by the way, was 375ml, so one large glass each. The “fruit platter” consisted of an old pear and a mandarin. After about 40 minutes of dealing with the staff, the lady laughed in our faces, saying, “You still have time, don’t you?” and then argued they hadn’t had enough time to prepare it because she’d had massages before (???). Then the wellness staff left us there. We walked away. Hardly anyone apologized, and reception didn’t even believe us—they went to check the water temperature. Once confirmed, they just let it be, with no apology or compensation discussion.

- Antje (10/5): - Das Frühstück und das 5-Gänge Menü am Abend waren ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war besonders fleißig und freundlich. Der Spa-Bereich war sehr schön, es fehlte an nichts . Man konnte nach dem Skifahren herrlich entspannen - mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Terasse mit Live-Musik und bester Sonnenlage rundeten 3 herrliche Skitage ab. Evtl. Badeschlapfen für den Sauna-Bereich? Evtl. ein Hinweis/Schild im Bad, dass man nur die Handtücher auf dem Boden gewechselt haben will- der Umwelt zuliebe?

Für Skifahrer mit Wellnessansprüchen DAS BESTE Hotel! sehr empfehlenswert, bin 100% erholt! Abendessen war leider häufiger nur lauwarm ... trotzdem lecker :-)

The staff were friendly and try their best but they were not in general professional experienced. The food quality and cooking techniques were inconsistent
- Gerhard (10/5): - Wellness Bereich Zimmer Aussicht Yoga direkt an der Piste Pool hätte wärmer sein dürfen Matratze war definitiv zu hart Das Abendessen wäre mir lieber gewesen, wenn es auf einem Teller serviert worden wäre und nicht in die Mitte gestellt worden wäre. auf den einzelnen kleinen Tellerchen war es sehr schnell nur noch lauwarm. Wir bevorzugen ein warmes Essen. Im Skiraum ist das Licht während des gesamten Aufenthalts ausgefallen (wir sind im Dunklen getappt)

- Alistair (10/5): It has everything to make you feel life is good. 10 out 10 - Location. Excellent food. Breakfast. Evening meal 5 star quality. It’s not a criticism but a couple of small details. The lifts, it would be helpful to new guests if the lift had a notice of what each floor had. For example floor 1. Reception. Floor 3. Spa and gym. Floor -1 car park. Ski boot room. Sadly I couldn’t use the running machine before 9 am.

- Sabine (7/5): Aufenthalt war okay, aber für den Preis hätten wir uns mehr erwartet - Die Lage an der Piste Im Wellnessbereich wurde an 2 von 3 Tagen das Dampfbad nicht eingeheizt und der Außenpool war viel zu kalt. Die 2 Saunen sind zu klein…wir bekamen manchmal gar keinen Platz.

- Florafaunasonnenschein (6/5): Schönes Hotel aus Holz mit schlechtem Service, Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht - Beim Abendessen war der Service ok, hervorragend Essen und spätes Essen möglich Zimmer sind sehr schön, Lage des Hotels mitten in der Natur • Ankunft im Hotel, keine Beachtung der Servicekraft über 15 min, o Wir sind hin und her gelaufen und haben die Räumlichkeiten angeschaut, keine Beachtung • Einführung direkt mit Du, ohne zu fragen, ob dies ok ist. Wir haben nichts dagegen. Eine Frage wäre serviceorientiert gewesen • Frühstück kein Begleiten zum Tisch, keiner wusste, dass wir gerade erst zum Frühstück gekommen sind, Wir fühlten uns wie Bittsteller o Sonntag Langschläfer Frühstück bis 11:30 Uhr um 10:15 war die Auswahl verringert kein Nachfragen, ob noch was fehlt o Keine Info, was für eine Art Bioskäse, keine Info wo die hergestellt worden sind • Verlängerungsaufenthalt bis 14 Uhr gebucht, wir bekamen die Info für 40 Euro ohne sonstige Angaben, auf der Rechnung war das pro Person und insgesamt 80 Euro • Obwohl wir eine Verlängerung gebucht hatten, war das Reinigungspersonal um 10 Uhr und um 13 Uhr im Zimmer • Nach dem Langschläfer Frühstück ging unsere Karte für das Zimmer nicht mehr, obwohl wir eine Verlängerung gebucht hatten, an der Rezeption kam keine Entschuldigung dafür nur Ups da ist was nicht freigeschalten worden • Beim Ausschecken haben wir alle unsere Kritikpunkte genannt, es kam keine Entschuldigung • Wir hatten den Aufenthalt zur Hochzeit geschenkt bekommen, die Buchenden wollten nicht, dass wir die Rechnung sehen sollten, die Rechnungen haben wir erhalten • am Sonntag hatte ich meinen 60. Geburtstag mein Bruder hatte extra einen Kuchen bestellt, es gab keinen Kuchen und auch keine Gratulation • Wellnessbereich o Ohne funktionierende Toilette, nach Recherche muss die Toilette wohl schon seit März 2025 nicht funktionieren o Über einen kalten Holzgang konnte die Toilette des Spa Anwendungsbereichs genutzt werden o Die Planken an den Duschen aus Holz sahen schon sehr abgenutzt aus o Der Außenpool war zu kalt, um lange darin das Jacuzzi zu nutzen o Zu wenig Yogastunden am WE o Aufgüsse nur am Samstag um 19.30 Uhr zu wenig für den Spabereich Preis-Leistung stimmt hier nicht

- Friedel (10/5): Perfect place for a wellness retreat in terms of location, facilities, rooms, service, food. - It's great value: Calm atmosphere. The woody scent of the room. Spa was never crowded. Fine food at dinner. The free shuttle to an from the train station. Remote location high above the village adds to retreat feeling. Not the hotel's fault: Few hiking options around the hotel. None into the forest next door. Bikes can be rented only for full days, but not for half days or for hours.

- Annelies (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar en dan langer! - Prachtige, rustige locatie! Heel mooi hotel met natuurlijke look! In de winter geschikt voor skiën en zomers fietsen, hiken… genoeg te doen!

- Giuliana (10/5): - Everything. From the very start you are taken aback by the beautiful views surrounding the area and the drive to the hotel from Salzburg. Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The facilities in the hotel are also incredible! From the room itself, to the common areas, spa, restaurant and outdoors. Markus and Claudia together with their staff and family have done an incredible job to look after every little detail during your stay. Another highlight was the staff itself, everyone made us feel welcome and knew who we were throughout the week. The food was superb, every night a different menu and quality always high. Breakfast and afternoon snack were also a highlight. The location is also perfect for other day trips around the area. Overall, this hotel was the highlight of our trip and we hope to come back! Nothing!

- Bastian (6/5): Perfekte Lage, der Rest ausbaufähig - Die exklusive Lage auf 1050 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel Bei Ankunft wurde nicht angeboten das Gepäck aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Darüberhinaus war der Spiegel im Aufzug tagelang dreckig. Insgesamt war die Auswahl am Salatbüffet äußerst eintönig. Zudem wurde der Salat nicht gewaschen und es war noch Erde dran.Die Speisen haben teilweise nach nichts geschmeckt. Käse und Wurst waren nicht gekühlt und sind angelaufen. Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht, lediglich die Betten wurden gemacht und die Handtücher getauscht. Wasser auf dem Zimmer wurde nicht bereitgestellt. Toiletten im Spa Bereich seit Monaten defekt. Insgesamt müsste hier deutlich in Instandhaltung investiert werden. Lage des Fitness unvorteilhaft

- Cassandra (8/5): Could’ve been absolutely wonderful - except - The food options were so clean and amazing. I felt refreshed with every meal. The spa was huge! The amenities were fantastic. There were so many places to spend time alone, relaxing. The views were breathtaking and the balconies, relaxing. However, the bed and couch are equally rock hard and the pillows almost seem homemade with cotton balls. They’re non-existent. Even the room towels provided are small and thin. We paid extra for the large room and Mountain View not knowing that this also came sans any air movement so we had to keep windows open. But the rooms with this view are above the parking lot and the kitchen with constant noise coming and going, car alarms, and early morning delivery trucks that come every day. I would give this place 10/10 and make a point to return for a longer stay except I didn’t sleep the entire stay. I tried. I was exhausted from hiking. But it was too uncomfortable. I just couldn’t. And that made me very sad because everything else was magic.

To ud af tre nætter var der en frygtelig larm fra andre gæster. Det bør hotellets personale få stoppet… Vi oplevede også nøgenbadning i en forholdsvis lille pool, hvilket var upassende og hotelpersonalet også burde stoppe
- Remigiusz (10/5): This lovely mountain resort will remain in my heart forever. - Outstanding food at any time of day, wonderful service that knows everything and can arrange everything. Phenomenal views, and the hotel itself is a place you don't want to leave. Rooftop pool, saunas, spa, garden... Plus a majestic access road. A wonderful stay - just right for a honeymoon!

- Thomas (10/5): Great Skiing and spa facilities, ideal location with a lovey veranda and bar. - Hotel is in a great location, truly ski in and out with minimal distance to the lifts. Great food with a good choice of options, I would recommend the Half Board option when booking. The Hotel fully met our expectations, could not find anything that I did not like.
